Don’t get me started! You would expect that a Burger King in sugar land should have some kind of customer service/food prep training. I get better food and customer service at the Burger King sitting between smoke shops and strip clubs in south east Houston!

This place is ridiculous, I can’t believe it lol. If you want certain items and the workers do not feel like making it they will lie to you and tell you the machine is broken. Also a certain manager there is very friendly to costumers to their face but pretty much always will cuss and talk bad about you once you’re gone. I worked here for a short time and most of the workers here are pretty shady.

Popped in to grab some breakfast sandwiches on the way to the airport. Good deal with my coupon and rather tasty. But it’s still fast food…

Note: I went here with family strictly for their 2 sandwiches for $ 5 deal. We ate the whoppers, chicken sandwiches, and fish sandwiches here. All of them were not too bad. But, the whopper could have been juicier. Now, if I have to compare BK with McDonalds or Wendy’s, I would say the latter 2 places tastes better than the former. The food at Wendy’s also tastes a lot fresher. However, if I’m around the area and craving fast food, BK is a ok with me. What I like particularly about this BK is the décor. They recently renovated the place. So, there are comfy sofas, cool lighting, and plasma TVs. If this wasn’t a BK, I’d think it was a trendy coffeehouse. Oh, they have free Wifi too!

Beware you will wait in the drive through for at least 30 min! I will drive an extra mile or two to another BK before I come back here again! You will waste all your gas messing with this spot! They even gave me a freeze with a whole in the cup! I get the blues when I get there order my food and have to wait such a long time to get it. I’m not making that mistake again!

Ordered food at 3:18 with 3 cars ahead done 3:24 and food perfect. This was good service and they didn’t mess up the order.

Im a sucker for fast food. I love love love their veggie burger it is delicious. The service is very spotty but thats with all fast food places. I do enjoy burger king.
