Cheese Steak Shop

Usually a great sandwich from this place. Today I ordered a bbq cheese steak sandwich and when I got home there were no peppers. I ordered light onion, yes to the peppers. Very disappointed. Just didn’t feel like driving back today.

Pretty good. I wish they would get fried mushrooms. But the cheese steaks are amazing!

Love the food and service. Delicious every time! I get the chicken with spinach (comes with mushrooms as well), with sides of cheddar cheese. Perfect meal! Plus Sundays and Tuesdays are double stamp day!

I was so shocked when I received my cheesesteak. No grilled onions, peppers and roll. What’s up with that???
The peppers onions were fresh out the fridge cold. Needless to say I got my money back.

This place is an all time favorite for me and my family. Food portion are great but taste even better. the place is always clean with upbeat employees. its a hidden gem of Suisun city for sure. must visit.

Place is clean, service is good, server is polite, food yummy… military discount n double stamp everyday for military. Triple stamp on Tuesdays n Sunday for military only. Try it you’ll enjoy their sandwiches. By the way I like their garlic curly fries better than ball park garlic fries…

Clean, good food. Been there everytime I treat myself to a cheat meal. I like their frequent visiter program too. Totally judged this place unfairly before trying it out.

Loud music, can’t enjoy eating my food which is excellent by the way. Also the Service is very friendly which is a big plus.

I’ve been living in Suisun for 3 years now and this was the first place ever that I had a philly cheese steak and I gotta say this place is great! The atmosphere is great the food is delicious and the people that come in always come with a smile on their face. My personal favorite is the king of philly, tho it can be a little pricey I do believe it’s worth the money. I’ve only been to 2 other philly cheese steak restaurants since (Pinole, and Vacaville) even tho the same owner of the Suisun location is the owner of the Vacaville location also, I believe that this one is way better than all the others.

This is one of the cleanness cheese steak house I’ve been to. The food is awesome the staff is friendly…

A hidden gem in Suisun City. I was in a hurry on the way home from work. I saw a fire dept. vehicle parked outside and figured it must be good food. The food is excellent. Friendly server, fast setvice, and good prices. I highly recommend!

Great service. But the product is nothing special. The 7inch sandwich comes with more wrapping paper than actual sandwich. The bread to cheese steak ratio was terrible. I got about two bites of good Philly before I was eating straight bread. Definitely not worth the price. I suggest the store give their customers a little more bang for their buck. Unfortunately I’m still very hungry after eating here.

My mom hyped this place up so I came to support what appears to be a black owned business. Ordered the 15in Philly classic 11.99 & made it a meal… Why not! Our 15 in had the amount of meat on a 7 in. You pay 13 bucks for a sub you’d expect adequate meat in it right? And the young waitress seemed so uninterested in being at work let alone having to take someone’s order. She seemed annoyed when I asked about recommended choices… Not the best experience, I’d pay more elsewhere for a real Philly & better service and more than just bread & peppers!

I ate here for the first time 2 months ago and I had a pleasant visit. It didn’t take long for me to order and the staff were friendly. My phillycheese was really soggy but I enjoyed the taste. Very delicious. I am a returning customer!

Awesome service and food. Multiple locations around the Bay Area. one of my favorite spots in the bay to get a consistently good Philly!

I’m surprised I haven’t rated this place before. I’ve been coming to this place for years. They’re consistent and taste absolutely delicious. I normally get a normal 7 inch sub, but today I went with the 10 inch. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich with bacon. I will say I didn’t taste too much bacon on it. I also ordered a side of onion rings with sweet and spicy peppers on my sandwich. I don’t know if it was just the time we went (right before they closed) but the tables this time around were kinda a mess. The girl working there ended up cleaning it up though eventually. The staff is friendly and like I said the food is consistent albeit on the pricier side. I will continue to come here once in awhile when I have a hankering for some Philly Cheese Steak!

I love Cheese steaks, but this one was disappointing. Had to wait almost 30 mins, which would have been fine if the food was worth the wait. There wasn’t much flavor and the bun was so soggy, we threw it away. I would like to try another location since this was my first visit. The stars are for the nice, friendly guy that waited on us.

Called 8:30 for pick up and the lady told me they are closing at 9 pm. I told her that I am 10 minutes away and will be there to pick up before it even close. It usually takes 15 minutes to prep the order and I didn’t wanna wait. She was rude and told me «no» and hung up the phone.

I love the cheese steak shop, been coming here for years! The closest to authentic Philly cheese steaks that u can get anywhere in our area. Tuesdays and Sundays are double stamp days where you can add up to get a free 10″ cheese steak so come take advantage of the offer. A lot of other places do basic peppers or they’re dry and not very flavorful, but the cheese steak shop is always delicious, juicy, full of sweet and spicy peppers, and full of flavor! Prices are also better than buying at somewhere like black bear and they have true official onion rings, not the same hard crunchy thin onion rings at fast food places.

They serve delicious cheesesteak sandwiches here. I prefer the chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms, cheese, onions and a side of steak fries.
I like the steak cheesesteak too, but I try to make a healthier choice by going with the chicken. The chicken and the steak both taste great though and you really can’t go wrong with either one.
They employees are very friendly. I really like and feel appreciated that every time you open the door to leave they always say, «Thank you.»
