Most employees, not all, refuse to wash their hands after handling currency and then proceed to make sandwiches. Yes, they do wear gloves, but in order to get the gloves on your hands you must touch them. Unsatisfactory.

The employees at this location is VERY rude, and have no customer service skills when dealing with customers! They need to shut this place down or get rid of the people working there. INCLUDING the so call managers!

I’ve been to so many subways and this was clearly the worst one… I mean the food was fine but, no refills, you have to listen to the people in the room right next door play bingo, and yes you can hear it. There’s is a lot of TVs«yay TV»… But it keeps being interrupted by that bingo game.

Airborne bacteria breeding ground. The place is hot and stuffy during bingo time and the people are in there coughing, farting, etc mere feet away from your veggies that are just absorbing all that nasty stuff. Could be me psyching myself into it, but I never feel good after getting food here. Recommended action: AVOID. There is a better location on Main St a couple blocks down.

I’ve been into this location a few times with my daughter, and most recently with my boyfriend as well. If you like Subway sandwiches, you won’t be disappointed with the fare here. The food area is kept very clean and everything looks really fresh. The toaster oven is brand new so it works better than others at different locations around town. There are some quirks about this place worth mentioning though. They share the inside of the space with a bingo hall. So when you walk in, there’s a large dining room with a Subway counter to the right and a man behind a counter in the back with touch screen gambling things you can take to your table. There’s also a vending machine full of dot markers for bingo in the back as well. It seems like a strange pairing, but I’m sure being in the same room benefits both businesses on some levels. Unfortunately, I’ve seen a likely downside to this pairing that has led to a drink policy I haven’t seen at any other Subway restaurant. Because they likely have Bingo patrons sitting in their dining hall for several hours blowing money, I’m sure these same people get thirsty and need a drink or two. It seems though, that one or more people were getting too many refills and this location now has a $ 1 per refill policy on soda and coffee and a 50 cent fee for refills on water. With my family just sitting there for lunch this seemed kind of unfair. I myself can never finish a soda as it is, but my boyfriend is known to sip down his fair share during a meal. They really ought to consider implementing that fee only for people who are playing Bingo, or something similar. I don’t know, just kind of a lame rule. The staff is nice, but every person I’ve worked with seems like they’re still learning how to do their job when this place has been opened for a while now(at least a few months or more). The lady who helped us today spoke in barely a whisper and asked more questions than needed for sandwich construction. Regardless, the end product is the same and we all enjoyed our toasty subs.
