I knew what I needed, but didn’t know the name of the product or where in the store I might find it. A very pleasant and helpful lady, Rhonda, told me to just stay where I was and she went to the other end of the store and brought back just what I needed… and it was quite inexpensive. I had great experiences before. This is my go-​to hardware store.

What can I say about this place, it’s like any other Ace Hardware. Not going to be the cheapest. But it always gets you out of a pinch.
This location is conveniently located at the west side of Surprise. This area is in the middle of growing, and eventually there will probably have a big box hardware store built in this area soon.
I like coming here only because I don’t feel like driving to Grand for Lowe’s or Home Depot. Most of the time, Ace has what I am looking for. They actually have hard to find items that Lowe’s or Home Depot does not have.
Is Ace Hardware better then Lowe’s or Home Depot? NOT! But I have no problem with them, always great service, always convenient,

This is a tiny ACE Hardware. We had gone in looking for some lumber. Unfortunately they carry very little lumber. There were some small cuts in the front. Otherwise, I had asked an employee who indicate you can ask the people at the keys window and they have a limited supply but probably not any 2x4s.
The employees were very friendly and willing to help.
