I will give most businesses a second chance, but not a barber shop. Butchered my hair pretty bad. Looked like they used a weed-​eater on it. Took about a month for it to grow out. Went to the barber across the street and have been going there ever since.

Haircuts are relatively cheap: $ 10.00. There is a ladies beauty shop there also. Haircuts are quick. Location is convenient and parking is adequate. From one to three barbers usually available.

One star because I couldn’t put zero stars. I don’t recommend Sun City Barber Shop.
My dad (Hispanic, 63 years old, recently moved to Sun City) tried to go there and another place (both had only Caucasians in the shop), who told him that they don’t give flat top haircuts. He went home, so my mother (Caucasian) called this barber shop, who told her, yes they do give flat tops. VERY STRANGE that when my dad went into the place, he was denied service by saying they don’t give flat tops — a very basic service in hair cuts; and yet when my mom called on the phone, yes they do indeed give hair cuts. VERY STRANGE!
He was later told by others, that there is racism in Sun City. He ended up going to another Barber shop that did give flat tops, and indeed it was a multi-​cultural shop.

I get a haircut every 5 – 6 weeks. So I have now been coming here since last June and have probably had just over a dozen haircuts. Time to upgrade to five stars.
First 2 or 3 cuts were from Ken and I was satisfied. Then I showed up one day, he was busy, but Staci was available. I have been going to her ever since. She likes to talk, but she pays great attention and remembers things. Will definitely keep going back to her.
Best part is that my wife — who is actually the one that has to look at my hair much more than I do — likes the way it is cut!

I’ve lived in the Menifee area for over 10 years now. Menifee continues to grow and business seems to be booming for many new companies. However Sun City Barber Shop is one of the originals and one of the best.
Ken, Stacie, and Tony are all excellent Barbers. They take pride in their craft and I always leave extremely satisfied. On top of the excellent service they are also the cheapest in town. I get a regular mens haircut for only 10 bucks.
There isn’t anything flashy about the place and the wait can be a little long depending on the time of day but that should tell you how popular this local spot really is. I highly recommend Sun City Barber shop!
