Gonzalo, the owner/​trainer is an egomaniac! Went to check this place out and meet him and what a jerk! He seems to think he’s the greatest. The gym isn’t even a gym, they use a martial arts shop, which is just very dirty floor mats and no equipment. Don’t waste your money here, go to a real gym with an actual trainer.

Feel so blessed to have found this place. Decided to come here after I saw the amazing results my mother in law got. Shes over 50 years old and she looks AMAZING! She had to buy a whole new wardrobe! Ive only been here myself for a couple of weeks now and Im already having great progress. I love the training here the personal attention to ensure I am doing everything correctly and gettimg and feeling results! Gonzalo is so motivating and pushes me farther then I ever thought i was capable! I will update this review with some before and after photos in about 6 weeks.
Oh n its not just workouts! He really focuses on helping to change your eating habits with meal plans… i feel that is why the results my mother in law got are so great

Worst place ever. Gonzalo did not update my meal plans, constantly canceling Saturday boot camp, and on top of that he promised me a refund and still hasn’t played me.

This place is fantastic! The staff is dedicated to helping you get to your fitness goal. The different programs make it easy to fit in your schedule. Gonzalo is always looking for ways to challenge you and make you feel your best! I have my life back because of T.R.I.M and I can start living again!
