Wow! Was in the mood for taquitos and this place cured my craving. We came here on a referral from a friend. We got a burrito mojado beef taquitos and steak nachos. All were delicious and tasted fresh. The customer service was excellent. They were very welcoming and treated us like we had been customers for years. Our food was made to order and very reasonable. We will definately be back!

Myself, and my family has been going here for years. They treat you like you are part of the family as well. They never disappoint. I would recommend the carne asada super burrito that’s my personal favorite. You can chose red sauce or salsa verde. And I love the aqua fresca pineapple one. Delicious!

My favorite on the menu is always the tacos dorados, shredded beef crunchy tacos (they also make it with chicken.) I was so sad that on my last visit they changed their taco shell! They used to fry the corn tortilla with meat inside whole, but now they seem to use a premade taco shell. The taco taste exactly like Tito’s Tacos now, I actually don’t mind Tito’s Tacos but never liked their shell and preferred Carnitas Michoacan because I like the crunchy but chewy fried corn tortilla. So now their hard shell tacos are just like Tito’s still good but I liked them better before!

Amazing!
I stumbled upon this place just today, as i waited for my mom at the hair salon next door.
As i entered i was greeted right away by the cashier, who was very helpful and patient with me as i asked my hundreds of questions lol… anyway, i finally made my choice, and went with something called a SUPER BURRITO, this thing was beyond amazing, one of the best burrito i’ve ever tired!!!
oh and their horchata or i think thats what it was called, was super delicious!
will definitely be back!!!

You want a jerk off business. This is it. Deserves «0» stars. If your money is worth it, good luck. Not mine. It’s too long of a story to even write.
It’s truly disappointing to know that my people can be soooo rude. Why do you open business, if your so unhappy. I operate business… hell would turn over before treating one single customer in a negative manner. On top of everything, the guy doesn’t even let me finish talking. What a great listener, right.

Surprisingly this was pretty good. The place could use a cleanup and a restroom or at least a sink to wash hands before digging in. I had the 3 tacos (2 asada and 1 con carnitas) combo with rice, beans and salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. The lady in the kitchen did a nice job presenting the plate with, to my surprise, a nice touch of avocado. Gotta have avocados. My only gripe is the 4 sad looking tortilla chips…4?.. c’mon now, need at least 10 ¿Qué no? the price is steep. 3 taco combo and a drink $ 12…dang!

Probably the best burrito I’ve ever had. I asked if they put eggs in their burrito and they did. Not only that, they also put avocados which was a surprise and omfg… Best ma and pa burrito ever. Whenever I ask for eggs in my burrito in these latino ma and pa restaurants they never deliver with Excuses like «we don’t» or «we can’t» why not?! It’s easy! This joint in sun valley has changed the game! Shout out to Carlota!

GIVE ME MORE!!!
Stopped by today as I was leaving a friends house and besides being incredibly sleepy from inhaling my wet burrito, I am ecstatic to write this review.
It always seems to be the small places that keep the spirit of good old fashioned Mexican food alive.
The staff is incredibly courteous and helped me pick out what I wanted to consume. We jumped around from a vegetarian to meat option.
Will be back next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Very disappointed here. I ordered a bunch of items to go for our first visit here, to get a full sense of what they offered. Carne asada, chicken and pastor tacos, cheese quesadilla, and a pastor burrito. Price was a little high for a small Mexican place, and the flavor really just wasn’t there. I could barely eat the burrito — it was all beans and rice, and pretty boring. The man at the register wasn’t too friendly, though the older woman in the kitchen smiled and waved when I picked up the order. Too many better places around to go back.

This place can do better… the guy didn’t know whether he wanted to take my order or not, he seemed friendly after he noticed I looked around behind him where the kitchen was, I just wanted to see if the place was clean. It was $ 7.60 for a asada burrito. A bit steep don’t you think and I wasn’t full. Well he did charge $ 1.00 for using my card. Most places will only charge .50 the burrito was noting spectacular. I like my burritos wrapped tight and this one was… well it was every bite I seemed to rewrap, know what I mean every time you take a bite stuff falls everywhere? I was frustrated… gave up in the end and threw it away.

My brother was in the mood for a burrito so I looked for a local Mexican food place to pick him up some food. Entering the restaurant I noticed this place was a bit of a hole in the wall, but they did have a big menu with a lot of selection. They were a bit slow on preparing the asada super burrito I ordered. My brother thought the burrito was very good, but couldn’t finish it because he was too full. I just wanted to have 1 bite of the half of burrito he left just to see if the food was decent. Let’s just say I ended up finishing the rest of the burrito because it was that good. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area looking for some good Mexican food.
