Jack In The Box

This place is great. I as able to go to the drive thur and place an order and they didn’t forget anything. Even when I ordered fries at the window. They where nice about it and fast. Great place to come and eat. I was sad that they took off the sandwich trio.

Honestly I just want to give a shout out to my local Jack in the Box because the girls that are working there right now are awesome they are always very nice to me they always have a good attitude about what they’re doing and I has a customer appreciate that so I just want to give a shout out to them because they are very very nice and I always get my food correctly which is awesome thank you girls!

The truth of the matter is that I needed to stop for a bio-​break. I was waiting patiently doing the happy dance outside the men’s restroom door. A nice older hispanic gentleman told me that there’s a guy bathing in the men’s restroom. He directed me to the women’s restroom.
I followed the general courtesy of buying something and being a «customer» instead of just using the facilities and leaving. I ordered a hazelnut iced-​coffee.
Holy-​moly the coffee is soooooooo sweet! I remembered it tasting different at a different Jack in the Box. I’ll have to skip this drink next time. It’s too sweet to enjoy.
The area is a little rough around the edges so I’d be careful leaving anything in an open truck bed. I’m trying not to knock this restaurant too much for the dude bathing in the restroom because the people working inside were really nice and upbeat.
Food = The iced-​coffee was way too sweat.
Seating area = very clean
Service = very friendly
Restroom = The women’s restroom was very clean.

Ugh so gross I ordered there number four meal its the ultimate cheeseburger I think that’s what its called and it was so nasty. The sandwich was cold and there was way to much mustard that’s all I tasted. The fries were cold and hard. The whole meal was just bad :/

Ever single time I go to the drive thru they always mess up my order. I have never left a negative review for them though because the manager always corrects the issue and I’m on my way. It never happens when I order inside either. The cashier they had working at the drive thru the last time I visited was horrible, gave me attitude when I noticed my order was wrong then refused to fix it even after confirming I was right by checking my receipt.

The staff is always super friendly!!! I can tell this place changed a lot… Great customer service and my foods been good so far I also like how they’ve never forgotten napkins in my order

I have been going here for years, usally they are okay you know typical fast food restaurant. But yesterday was a let down. I ordered the southwest Chicken Salad with no chicken since im a Vegetarian (yes you still get charged for it), I was enjoying it till I saw a BIG BLACK HAIR ON MY FOOD!!! It was disgusting I quickly ran to show the cashier he told his manager, the manager didn’t even come see me, Cashier Simply offered was another salad nice of them but I wouldn’t want another hair in my salad, so I just left very disappointed and disgusted never will I go back.

The ladies here are sooo sweet! I live a five minute walk from here so I frequent it quite a bit, Marta is almost always there and she’s a breath of fresh air on my otherwise shitty days. The waits never bad– even if it’s a little crowded, parkings decent for the location. Be sure to check that they don’t forget your shake!

**First off, the people here are so cool. At least when I’m here they are all happy (mid afternoon 12 – 4). I honestly only go to this establishment because of the customer service. The manager with the short haircut & rosy cheeks is hilarious. He is so cool, very friendly & enthusiastic. He’ll ask a guy across the restaurant if everything is ok, if he could get him something haha. He has a bit of an accent, obviously look at the neighborhood I’m in; my raza all around me

This is my favorite Jack in The Box location the staff and especially management which is always on hand is super fast and courteous.

Excellent customer service !! I always get the Ultimate Breakfast with hash brown and coffee great breakfast choice! I eat it all the time I go there! Taste Amazing!

This is a 5* restaurant people! Older than I am, shit I was probably conceived here, that’s why I keep coming back!

Give this place 5 stars for their service. They’re always polite and get your order correct. Been around 2 or 3 am for tacos, a lot of tacos and they’re always nice. It’s quick and pretty good fast food.

So this jack in the box is tricky! Day time I love this place food always fresh and good. Middle of the night forget it! Burned and nasty! I don’t know if it’s the ppl that work there at night or what but they need to fix that

Typical Jack In The Box. Nothing more, nothing less.

This is my local Jack in the Box and I too, have been coming here ever since I moved to this block. These people have my back!
Cop something on my way home from work, after class or when I need a snack to tie me over when I know I’m gonna be stuck on the 5 FWY. Their service & food is consistent. No attitude, no wait… unless you mob up on a Sat. night at 2am. That turns out to be an adventure on it’s own.
Jack in the Box is on the cutting edge of technology! They are on top of their game when it comes to new items. I’m diggin the grilled cheese right now. 2 tacos for a dollar, jumbo jacks, egg rolls, jalapeño poppers, smoothies, iced teas, curly fries, they got it all.
The only thing I miss are those mac & cheese balls about 2 summers ago. It must have been too much for everyone because they removed it from the menu. I just think America wasn’t ready for balls… or at least asking for them at a drive through speaker.
I give it: 5 Stars!
