Horrid manager. Ever since I was a kid, I enjoyed taco bell. I still do to this day, but the last two times I came to this location, there was this old sour lady that I believe is the manager. The first time around, I asked for a lot of fire sause. In a mean voice, she told me that the establishment no longer gave out handfuls. Second time around, the same thing happened, only this time my mom’s order was mixed up, so she oly got regular Doritos tacos instead of supreme ones. When my mom went to ask for supreme, the cashier lady talked to the manager. The manager then practically yelled at my mom that she’ll only do it this once but next time she had to pay for it. I felt that it was unnecessary and rude to yell at a customer.

Manager/​supervisor has the most horrible customer service anyone can have… I order a #4 with nacho cheese she’ll and when I noticed my tacos weren’t supreme, I nicely ask the cashier who took my order to have them fix. The manager /​supervisor was in the kitchen making the food and she started to yelled @ me that I had to pay for it. I answered «I did pay for them»…She shouldn’t be treating customers this way. She shouldn’t have a customer service position @ all

The nicest staff! Give them all a raise! They were very nice when i had to make a massive order! Hooked us up a little! Will always go there instead of the other tbells in town — sun valley as a town is kinda… Shady. But this tbell gives us hope for the towns sake that their is good people in that town!

This is the place I go when my wife calls me when I’m almost home and says «what are we having for dinner we don’t have anything thawed out» and we need something cheap and quick. The food isn’t too bad for cheap fast food. It is much better than Mickey d’s. They offer a fair amount of healthy options. The inside is usually clean and the employees are mostly nice, with the exception of a couple of them who seem to have an attitude. Overall, not a bad place to grab a quick lunch or dinner once in a while, but meh! I’ve definitely experienced better.
