For those of you moaning and whining about slow service: you just don’t get it, do you? Working in fast food is very stressful and you see… there’s a thing called cooking the food. *gasp* OH MY GOSH HOW DARE WE COOK OUR FOOD FRESH FOR YOU AND ALSO BE BUSY?! HOW DARE WE HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO TEND TO?! Shocker! There’s other people in this world besides you, you know!
We ARE hiring. And maybe instead of whining about your unneeded grease feast not being served to you quickly, how about applying and working here? Then you’ll get a nice wake up call. Fast food ain’t easy, folks.

This location is near I-71 so it is convenient when I am traveling. However, in the past year the quality, cleanliness, and service at this location has plummeted. The tables are rarely wiped down, food is on the floor even in non-busy times while staff are just standing around, and wait times are lengthy.
This location is known in my family as the «Slow McDonald’s» because it always takes so long to get your food. Last Sunday, during breakfast hours, we waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through. The line in the lobby was equally as slow.
I’m a fan of McDonald’s, especially Egg McMuffins, but if you want high quality food in a reasonable amount of time, don’t go to this location.

Just went through the drive-thru, but everything was pretty standard. Our meals were good (by McDonald’s standards, anyway) and we got the food relatively quickly. I did see a woman who was yelling «What do you keep saying my name for!!!» which leaves a bit to be desired in a customer service setting… but otherwise, a-ok.

Late-night service an be slow.
The quality is better than the Wendy’s and Taco Bell at this exit.

Seriously. What is so hard about establishments keeping decent bathrooms?
My wife and I stopped here to switch drivers and to go to the bathroom. Nothing more. The restaurant was in fine shape based on a two second look-around. The bathrooms? Not so much.
Graffiti, broken hand driers and paper all over the floors. Is it that difficult for places to send someone into the bathroom once per hour to sweep/mop as needed? Report to their bosses that something is busted or broken so it can get fixed?
All you ever need to know about how some place is run is to check out the bathrooms. I don’t know why or how this is true, but it almost always is.
