I changed my mind because I have no tolerance for idiocy. It’s 9pm. They are out of Passion Tea. I nicely ask if they can brew some more. «Is it out?» A brilliant question as clearly I would only ask her to brew more if the passion tea dispenser was filled to the brim. Then I’m told, oh we have a pitcher back here. I’ve had their pitcher tea and it tastes like plastic. Then I’m told, «oh we no brew because it almost closing time.» They close at 11pm. A bag of tea costs what, a couple bucks max? In short, brew more tea, dummy! And by the way, you got my order wrong too. Josette was not there this night. Maybe that’s the problem?

The service here is terrible. I’ve been here several times in hopes that it will get better but I’ve given up.
If you enjoy the feeling of having surprise orders different than what you asked for at the drive-​thru, this is the Pollo Loco for you! I, on the other hand, am not a fan of that feeling. Or of missing sides. Or of unfriendly staff.
This Pollo Loco is no bueno.

I been going to this pollo loco on the weekends. The staff has been very nice and very professional. They been very patient when taking our order when I have translate to my deaf friend. thank you all for your hard work. You all work as a team and this could only happened if you have a good manager. Araceli is wonderful she always makes sure that were happy and ask if we need anything no other fast food restaurant does that. Thanks ones again. :-)

I’ve been visiting this location for many years and over the past 6 months, the service has been extremely upgraded. The food has always been great and consistent like all El Pollos elsewhere, but it always lacked good service and sometimes things ran very slow. Now the staff actually smiles and are very accommodating with any requests and they prepare your order very quickly. Usually even before I pack up my salsa, my order is ready.

The customer service at this store is fantastic. They give a discount to police only. Veterans and the fire department aren’t given this 10 percent discount. Shame on you guys. I do enjoy the food, and again the service was fantastic.

The ladies at this place gave excellent customer service you can see and feel the smile through the order box. They were very courteous and they’re very friendly.
I mean they know what they’re doing the food is fresh and I would recommend everybody going there 5 stars all the way I’ll definitely come back and recommend people

Definitely one of the better El Pollo Locos out there. The food is fast, consistant, and not greasy. The staff is always super friendly which is getting harder and to find these days. It could be kept a bit cleaner but that’s all. I’m always happy with my food from this one.

I always come here and I always get the same thing. One Baja shrimp and chicken avocado bowl with NO BEANS. This is what is always given to me.

Just do drive through. Not sure what the kitchen is like but the dining room and bathroom are disgusting. They need to power steam clean the entire joint. Ewwww! Food was hot and tasty.

I actually work at this location, but I’ve work at another, and this one is by far one that creates way more delicious food, as well as maintains impeccable cleanliness. I love the food here, and I’m VERY picky about my El Pollo Loco. The salsas are always fresh tastings, the bar is always clean, the burritos are full and the chicken is (almost always) cooked to perfection. The only thing they get dinged for is the drive through can be slow sometimes, and sometimes when it’s really busy walk in guests have to wait awhile for their meals, especially if there is a popular food item being made with none available at the moment (ex: mashed potatoes with no gravy is no bueno for the guests.) Oh and the trashes get full if they don’t have someone on top of it, but thats only on the busiest of days. Come visit us today :]

I love the new look. Friendly cashier, employees, and managers. Good ice tea. Clean bathrooms. Hint: order your burrito «double grilled». Parking spots old fashion, slight hard to get into. Overall I’ll come here again in a heart beat.

This place is A-​OK! Our office gets El Pollo Loco at least twice a month. The Pollo Bowl with black beans always hits the spot. I wish their salsa bar looked better but I can’t complain. I know my coworker has had issues using multiple cards when picking up food for several people. I know where they are coming from, but we don’t all carry cash ALL THE TIME.

wow! today must of been an off day there, my tortillas weren’t steamed just thrown in the bags and placed with my order, and the house salsa taste like plain tomato and onions.

This review is for this location only… It is your standard El Pollo Loco but it is clean and he people are really nice! Every time I have come they have been extremely nice and professional. It has a personal feel to it, meaning that the people there take pride in their work and go out of their way to make feel welcome.

I understand what the other reviewer said about this loco. All of that is true, but I will say, I have never had a more friendly, sharper group of people help me with a large party order than this place. It’s not one of the best el pollo locos for handlng larger orders, but one of the best as a whole. I order a lot of food for my job for meetings and events, so I deal with a lot of idiots, and they were incredible.

I like el pollo loco, this one isn’t alot to brag about. Their parking lot is super tiny and can only fit like 7 cars. The drive thru always takes a long time like 15/​20mins sometimes even 30mins. They only take debit/​credit cards if your transaction is more than $ 5.00 (which totally bums me out since everything I buy, I buy with plastic). And depending on what time of day, the service is only so-​so. Oh an worst part is, if you ask for salsa they give you stale like 2 day old salsa that taste really rancid and horrible.
