McDonald’s

This is my local Mcdonalds which I would come a few times in the week for late night dessert cravings. There has been a few times when the ice cream machines were down. And other times when they get the order wrong. Today is the day I had it with this place. My order included a crispy chicken with one dessert item. I simply said i do not want mayo on my crispy chicken sandwich. I would like it plain. No sauces of any kind. Thats exactly how I told the employee. What do i get? Mayo in my sandwich. Mayo in my damn fkin sandwich. Let me repeat that again for you. No mayo. Plain. Very simple small request and these employees couldn’t even process it. My sandwich is ruined and money wasted.

Horrible service they take forever I literally waited 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to get my food. The one in tujunga is better

Once in awhile Mcdonalds hits the spot. This location is repulsive and should be shut down. My McGriddle smells like rat piss I’m not even joking. My boyfriend ordered a dr. pepper and the manager says diet coke and he says dr pepper, the manager seriously says no. Obviously he knows what he ordered to drink. Not to mention every time I’ve been there and the employees are mocking how dirty and disgusting this location is.

It’s horribly obvious when you refry your nuggets and/​or French fries. Clean your oil and stop refrying! Maybe reviews would be better, if you used fresh ingredients???

The worst customer service ever!!! I started placing my order at the drive thru. I ordered 3 caramel frappé and 2 mocha frappé. The lady who was taking the order did not respond so after waiting for 10 minutes i decided to pull up to the window. The lady ask what did i order and said that she needed to help a worker who is having difficulty taking the order of another customer. We waited for a long time. There was not an apology given. I will never go back!!!

We didn’t end up eating here. There were about six people in line and only one worker on the register. Thankfully it gave us time to see that they got a B grade. That’s pretty bad. Didn’t want to chance getting sick.

Again, I unfortunately went in this dump again. I ordered a hamburger with ketchup and mustard only. The guy behind the counter got so confused, he asked me if I wanted cheese… NO, do you want pickles… NO, do you want onions… NO. Are they that dense, when they can’t understand the word «ONLY». Again I ask, who wins this hell hole. I will not make the mistake of going there a third time. Then I noticed they received a «B» health rating. They have the sign almost hidden to where it is hard to see. The place was also filthy. No one swept or mopped all day. Don’t bring your children there.

I will never eat here again… As I was drying my hands in the bathroom, I noticed one of the employees quickly rinsed her hands with NO SOAP. I am beyond disgusted.

Lived in this town almost all my life. This McDonald’s gets worse as years go by. Service is horrible. Workers, not all, look down to you. Service is slow, jack in the box down the road is 10x better. The quality of food is horrible compared to other McDonald’s. Drive in is slow, turtle slow. Most is the time, they manage to somehow screw up my orders. This McDonald’s needs a complete overhaul. I am usually very understanding but this place is complete crap. Customer service, quality of food, cleanliness is no where near perfect. Over all, no one here gives a rats a**. I would not recommend this place to anyone in fact, they screwed my order up an hour ago… which is why I write this.

This Mc Donalds is much more expensive than most other ones. I tend to pay around $ 8 something for a filet-​o-​fish combo at this location, then when I go to the Mc Donalds in Pasadena I pay around $ 5 something for the exact samething! It’s ridiculous.

I’ll start it with this: THANK GOD THIS IS NOT A CURBED DRIVE-​THRU. You will leave while waiting for your order if you have somewhere to be.
Avoid coming in the middle of the night. You’ll know what I mean if you do. It should come to no surprise that this place, as well as many other McDonald’s. are a joke.
True. Ice cream machine is not always working, and if you’re lucky, they’ll get a 3^rd grader to write «NO ICe CrEAm» on a fancy piece of white paper and plaster it all over the order screen — the screen that doesn’t work quite often. Don’t get your hopes up though, usually they like to tell you themselves that there’s no ice cream, once your hopes are up :)
I can’t stress how much faster it is to get a fancy drink and healthier breakfast down at the twice if not three times as busy Starbucks drive-​thru that recently opened only half a mile down the road.
If you plan to come here at night — prepare to rip your hair out and give up on the order you’ve been waiting F O R E V E R for. Thank God this drive-​thru isn’t curbed. I’ve left at least 4 times that I could remember. The man who has been running the drive-​thru for the last few years is a total idiot. Incompetent, rude, MORON. He gets your order wrong, probably because the language barrier is a huge issue… a line of 3 cars takes about 20 damn minutes… and it’s probably because once you FINALLY reach the window… he leaves it shut and chit chats with everyone else as he walks around laughing. Without acknowledging you. Then 5 minutes later. he comes by and sticks out his hand without even looking at you. Takes your payment method and disappears for a while again. Easily another 5 minutes later, you finally get your change or card, and your INCORRECT ORDER.
I have to assume he is a total idiot. Why else would he not be able to do his job at MCDONALD’S?!

Worst McDonalds Ever! I live right by this place and it sucks! After receiving my food I ask the «manager» for a ranch and she proceeded to tell me it was an extra $ 0.27. Does that even make sense? I got mad and said «bullshit.» Then she said «you pay next time» and gave me the ranch. I really feel like they do this to multiple customers and make an extra $ 10 an hour. I hope they get caught up and all them get fired!

I feel bad leaving my first one star review but I feel this joint earned it. One thing people come to expect from large franchises is uniform service. To start, the workers at this McDonald’s have no sense of urgency or any desire to be there. I feel they would all be better off somewhere working in a back office without human interaction.
I used to always come through the drive thru except for once when they forgot my fries. The vessels of human appearance who give you the bag of food and drink don’t speak English and are too busy laughing and probably talking shit in Spanish. Don’t bother asking for sauce. Even if you’ve ordered 40 chicken mcnuggets, large fries and a burger you’re only getting two bbq sauces. They act as if they get a bonus for having the most unused sauce at the end of the day.
Enough negativity, please hire real employees not robots.

The Bad: Consistent bad service
I’ve been to this location several times and it seems the bad service varies each time from endless wrong orders and inconsistent service. Haven’t had a good experience as of yet.

I ate breakfast at this McDonalds in Sunland, CA on 6÷1÷2014. It was my first time there. For breakfast I had a hot fudge sundae (yah, I know) for $ 1.49. Afterwards I realized that just a few days ago (5÷29÷2014) I paid just $ 1.29 for a hot fudge sundae at the McDonalds in Rosemead, CA — what gives? Oh, and I took a photo.

This particular branch sucks! I don’t know if they’re short-​staffed or simply does not care about service but most of the time, the drive-​thru lane is ssssssllllooowww!
I only get a cup of regular coffee in the morning but what’s up with these non-​English-​speaking ladies? I can’t relate so I had to make sure that every time I get my coffee, the amount of creams and Splenda will be accurate. Arghh!!!
