I usually come here when one of my watches runs out of battery. The workers are always very nice and help me open my watches to know for sure which battery I need. I always thought one battery fits all when it comes to watches but I guess I was wrong. They are very patient and really help you with all your needs. Also its a lot cheaper to get your battery here then to go to jewelry store.

Shady dealings at this location. The cashier added their insurance protection to my $ 50 purchase without asking. When I asked about the extra item before the subtotal, she pointed out a later debit on the receipt. Since it was a very hot day, and I was carrying a different heavy purchase, I took the explanation as reasonable. Later on, when I looked at the receipt closer, I saw that the cashier had added the insurance protection, and then lied to me when I asked about it. The extra debit, which looked like some sort of employee discount, was added for the purpose of confusing the customer, to make the total for the item appear close enough with tax added. But what really happens is you pay an extra $ 2 or so for your item, and the Radio Shack employee gets some sort of credit for selling the insurance plan. It’s pretty clear in the end that it wasn’t a mistake, but a fraudulent transaction. Also, there was an older looking guy in a different color radio shack polo. I assume he was in charge but I don’t know for sure(one of the two must have been). He was doing some type of busy work right beside her, no other customers around. He must have heard my question and her answer, but I guess my question and her explanation didn’t sound at all odd to him. I guess, as well, that they don’t have any type of audit control to catch this type of scheme. Sure it’s only a few bucks, but its pretty dishonest… so choose for yourself what type of company you deal with.

Ok place, BUTBECAREFUL, they like to add their insurance protection to anything and they DONOTTELLYOU. I have purchased some electronics there and recently noticed the girl(chunky spanish one) doing this and my bill came to around 67, but this was a $ 50 item. I think is very sad they do this and do not tell you at all. She had an attitude too… i over heard her comment in spanish and that is a very rude way to treat customers(good think i can speak it) Personally i will take my business some place else. and YOUSHOULD too.

Everything you would expect at a Radio Shack. Medium-grade electronics and electronic installation equipment. It’s never that busy so you don’t have to worry about lines. Make sure you check your receipts though, I was charged $ 7 for a $ 3 item.
