This review is specifically for Justin. Not sure if he’s the manager but he overheard me asking one of his Co workers why one of my sandwiches was taking so long and he made sure my frustration was compensated for. That’s great customer service. Being able to multitask and still take care of the customers happiness.

I hate to say it, but I think this is the dirtiest Starbucks in all of Queens. The floors are always filthy, and I’ve see people with their bare feet on the chairs the last 2 times i have gone in(so gross). I’ve witnessed the trashcans overflowing, sticky counter tops, and still the place is packed. Steer clear.

Stopped by tonight at 9pm… couldn’t help but notice how dirty the floors, tables and counters were. a total pigsty…$ 4 for a latte… How about sweeping, mopping the floor and cleaning the counters?.. The staff seems disinterested… Is it too much to say thank you to a customer? I will no longer visit here or the Woodside northern blvd location… They both are basically opposite sides of the same coin

I seriously dislike this Starbucks cause of their employee. But unfortunately this is convenient for me to get my caffeine. Employees are Rude and just make customer feel stupid. Reported to manager couple of times but no changes.

I always have mocha latte everytime I went to coffee shop, not just starbucks. But, this store, always inconsistent with the flavor. Sometime too much mocha, sometime less mocha, but, sometime perfect. It depends on who make my drink. You guys need to pratice more. Consistancy in flavor makes customer happy, or at least me happy. :)

Pretty disappointed with my hometown Starbucks. Most of the employees here are friendly and do a great job, but the manager is really rude and unprofessional. I’ve seen her raise her voice to her employees in front of customers. One day their coffee brewer wasn’t working so they could only make espresso drinks. The manager announced to her employees: «make sure you charge them(the customer) full price – were not giving discounts just because our coffee brewer isn’t working.» Even if that’s the policy, it’s pretty unprofessional to announce that in front of customers who had to take Americanos instead of brewed coffee. I really didn’t care about the manager being rude until this morning which is why I’m posting. This location is supposed to open at 6 am on Sunday mornings. I arrived at 6:30 but the manager had the doors locked. She was inside and just looked outside at all the customers waiting to get inside. She never posted a sign saying why they weren’t open yet and never came out to offer an explanation. Most people left and went to Dunkin Donuts next door.

The new manager here is a disgrace. So rude. Absolutely NO customer service what so ever. Did not say a word to my husband this morning when he went to get our coffee. We go here every single morning and spend 15 dollars if this woman stays we will take our business elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting!!! I would give her negative 10 stars. Not to mention the fact that in the last month the store has not opened on time numerous times!!!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to in terms of drink-making. In the 5 months I have lived nearby, i have, perhaps, had 2 – 3 drinks made correctly, and i’m there at least 2 – 4 times a week. Last weekend my drink was wrong & not only did the barista argue with me about it, but she made it very clear that she was not going to be re-making it anytime soon. I have officially given up on this place.

Really dodgy bathrooms, quite a few checked out baristas and frequently stuffed with laptop hobos. Feels more like an airport stop over than a café.

I’ve been coming here on and off for about 2 months now and the service is horrible, cashier constantly forgetting the order, the ridiculous waits and just plain horrible service.

I like Starbucks’ breakfast baked goods like chocolate croissant with my hot chocolate. I enjoy the efficiency of this establishment. There is long line which goes by fast. I appreciate the effectiveness of how they run things here. I come here often.

Not following directions. Kudos to the cashier who didn’t listen to my order(tall soy caramel latte with whip cream and caramel drizzle). She told me she was going to put it as a caramel macchiato with extra caramel syrup instead. Why I said, because she said. Okay, I said. Just make sure you tell the barista. Of course when I go to pick up my drink, it’s been made as per her directions as indicated on the sticker on the cup. She didn’t even ask for my name, which I’m pretty sure is a Starbucks customer service standard. Boooo and thumbs down to her. When I told the guy who served me my drink exactly what happened, just try it he said. So I did and it tasted like what I actually ordered. But that’s not the point. The point is, I should have received what I ordered and if not this should have been explained to me. And why did she switch it up anyway. I’ve ordered the same thing at other Starbucks’. Annnndddd if the drinks are the same then why do they have two different names on the menu? Explain that. Apparently(as in according to Google) these two drinks are the same thing, just layered/made differently. So why not just say that. Sigh*

My second casa LOL. Everyone is cool and laid back. If you sign up for the Starbucks rewards card, you earn a star for each purchase. Every 12 stars earned is one free drink any drink any size. The workers are nice and friendly. If you a regular, they will know your drink by heart and will get your drink ready in seconds while you are waiting on line. The only thing that I HATE is BROKELOSERS that come to the establishment don’t buy crap and cockblock the tables and seats. They should kick those people out. Not fair for loyal customers that got PRODUCTIVE things to do such as school work etc that can’t get a seat or got to wait for a seat ’cause of those people. But other than that, very good here. The baristas are very courteous.

They definitely serve coffee, which is always appreciated. It’s just very slow, especially considering the quality of their product and the lack of cleanliness. As a former Starbucks employee, I’m always amazed to see massive fluctuations from store to store. If you have another option, you should probably take it.

My husband usually comes here to get coffee bags but today I went in and I asked for Sumatra coffee bag and I asked them to brew for me, geez I meant grind! Last time I was there the manager was a girl and didn’t know much about the store but recently I walked in the manager responded to my question and she seemed like she knows what she’s doing. The Manager is Sherry, a knowledgable woman. Here is a place to stay. Starbucks has been the place where people come to get coffee and do their work on their laptops. It has been like this for many years. So same here at this location. I’ve been here couple times but didn’t really spend hours hanging around here. Before, I thought they should have hired a different manager and so they did, I’m glad. Every dessert looked so good and trust me if I said they don’t just sit there, they’re taken care, always checked by the manager and they keep it clean. Service is important. The staff behind the counter were all very good. They let me try a new coffee flavor, very good but too strong. Thank you all!

The reason why his Starbucks doesn’t get a full five stars is because the bathrooms are pretty dirty and because most of the seats have been taken by the inconsiderate people who want to make this establishment their permanent living room. It is pretty annoying to plant your smelly butts in the store for hours. Most people don’t have a visible drink. At the very least, PLEASE take a freaken shower and buy something for crying out loud. Now, as far as Starbucks goes, these guys are pretty on point when making a drink, and keeping up with the demands of this location. I’d personally pull my hair out and run away if I had to deal with the rude customers who aren’t very nice to these guys, but you somehow manage to be courteous. Every time I’ve made a purchase, I’ve had a great experience, thank you, thank you, thank you. Tip: it may be a good idea to get rid of the benches in front of the store. It attracts far too many loafers and some are creepy.

Starbucks is the expensive cousin of McDonalds– I feel like the quality of staff and the training of quality customer service is just deteriorating instead of getting better. It’s often like a cattle line of patrons waiting in line to get ripped off by the cost of an overpriced drink only to wait some more for the beverage that more often times than not is just not the best. They advertise that they are happy to re-do your drink until it’s what you want but I guess the attitude and displeasure in their faces is part of that deal too. This place is A-OK, Starbucks gives them their standard and they just make it– nothing special about the service and the usual over crowded areas can be found. Wish they were more community focused and became more like The Grind(does anyone remember that place?) But alas it’s corporate store– individuals with a focus on their community wont be found here but only hoped for in smaller coffee shops.

My 15 year old brother and i came to this starbucks yesterday, after happy hour and brought a s’more frap. The barista messed up the order and didn’t want to re-make it, only after i insisted did he make a new one, but he was a little baby about it. Even after i said thank you, i really appreciate it, he ignored me. Came here again the next day, because my younger brother really liked the frap, so this time the same barista told all the other baristas that i was a pain in the ass customer. The barista basically made me wait, while he made the drinks for all the people that placed an order after i did. This african american barista, His name starts with a «T,» decided to give my younger brother a messed up frap. instead of a s’mores frap this barista gave him some nasty looking drink. I informed him that this was not what i ordered, but in a condescending way he said it was the right order. He refused to re-make it and then the other baristas and he decided to let everyone in the starbucks know that i have a bad attitude. OF course I’m going to have a bad attitude! A 15 year old boy saved his allowance to buy this frap! he was upset and disappointed that he got some disgusting looking beverage! Thanks for being a bully starbucks. Thank you starbucks for being such a little baby, and having such a nasty attitude! this is what happens when you hire a bunch of idiots.

Crowded but still has seating on a Sunday afternoon! That enough is impressive for the only Starbucks in the neighborhood! The baristas are friendly and the tables are not squeezed together like the ones in the city. My iced coffee was made within a minute or two, before the fancier drinks already ordered by people in front of me — very efficient! Very tempted to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately the A/C is a little on the strong side and it can get chilly fast, especially with a cold drink.
