Dry Clean ABC

Hmmm … If I could post zero stars for this establishment, I would. We used to love going to Dry Clean ABC because of the discount they offered frequent customers … as well as the convenient location. And although it’s been a while since we’ve used them, my husband’s experience today shows that the level of service or interest in serving customers isn’t there. Perhaps this store is now under new management or something, but it’s not the same service we were used to. This afternoon my husband took in a few items we need to have ready for a graduation this weekend. The woman at the counter refused to take our clothes because of the presence of dog hair. Now it’s been a while since we’ve been to this dry cleaner, but in the past they never refused garments — with or without pet hair. She then instructed my husband to return with the pet hair removed before they would consider taking them for cleaning. Really? We need to clean our clothes BEFORE we hand them to Dry Clean ABC to clean? Aren’t they a «cleaning» service? Anyway, he ended up taking our items to Nature’s Best Cleaners on El Camino. They happily accepted our garments and plan to have them ready by Friday afternoon when we need them. With a number of dry cleaning establishments in the area offering top notch service, I would recommend folks try Nature’s Best Cleaners. I definitely wouldn’t patronize Dry Clean ABC.

I have been a loyal customer of Dry Clean ABC for many years now. My clothes are always fresh, clean and pressed perfectly. The service quality is consistent. And they do alterations too. The lady at the front counter is very nice.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. Turn around time is fast which is important for us. They do a great job with hard to remove stains and suede as well.
Prices are reasonable and the lady in the front is very nice.
