Round Table Pizza

I used to love Round Table! What the heck happened?! Never again — at least not at this location…
The woman at the register couldn’t get the simple fact I wanted mushrooms with chopped garlic, anyway the food came to our table and it was warm not hot like when pizza comes out of the oven, like it sat there for who knows how long! Super disappointed.
As if all that weren’t bad enough, the tables are left dirty and bathrooms are filthy!!!

Quick but not to easy. The stuff crust has been my favorite since they started making it. However for any specials, deals, or coupons you need to go on line. No need to talk to me, use a computer to assist you. When did customer service become simi-​non existent here? Press #, 3#, 2#, for English press 1#. Can’t I just call, get the same deal, and discount the people whom work behind the desk get? I guess not…

Round Table is hands down my favorite pizza of all. This location makes the best pizza with just the right amount of toppings and cooked to perfection.

I am in complete awe at how brain numbing my pizza ordering experience just was!!! And a little sad cuz I used to think round table was the best!
It’s too long to tell the full story but basically I called the # it sent me to a call center where the guy put me on hold about 5 times and we got as far as pickup location… then I told him about my coupon flier that says «half off Tuesdays! Get 50% off your total purchase every tuesday! *dine in or carry-​on only». He put me on hold again and apparently his manager was now on the line, Yesenia. I started to tell Yesenia my location and she began to immediately talk over me to tell me we may or may not honor that coupon. I said «uhhhh what? I thought we were picking a location. ???» And then it just went south from there because she was being incredibly rude and extremely defensive about some coupon I barely mentioned. She’s a nut. I gave up and called Mountain Mikes… 50% off on Tuesdays no coupon and no questions just super nice guys!!!

Round Table Pizza has always been my favorite pizza chain in Northern California. This location has never given me any problems in the 7+ years I’ve been a customer, and when it comes to pizza delivery, they always deliver my pizza on time. I was told that there’s a new store manager that transferred from another location; let’s hope he’s at least as good as the previous guy.
I usually just get a large pepperoni pizza from here, so there’s nothing fancy to write about it, other than it’s always warm and delicious.
Lastly… While Round Table Pizza isn’t the cheapest pizza chain, the ingredients they use help make up for the extra money you end up paying; I’d rather pay more for good pizza than pay less for bad pizza.
I recommend this location to every pizza lover.

Craving pizza and needing a tv to watch some football, i made a quick drop in after some shopping down the way. The lady working seemed a bit surly from the previous customer. However when i made a quick concise order and was polite she cheered up. Personal pepperoni, iced tea and half a game to get the sports day going

The 1 star is for the driver.
My experience was from the CALL CENTER and a delivery we had tonight out of the Bernardo location. Our driver was very friendly. No complaints on him. When I called to place the order, I assured the agent that we would need «extra» marinara for our 16 piece bread order. When the order came, there were only 2 marinaras. (That is the equivalent to a few tablespooons.) Driver apologized (I still tipped $ 6) and called the call center, hoping for them to make me whole and either re-​deliver (quickly) or refund the breadsticks. (Our total order was close to $ 100 however, so this seemed reasonable.) The woman I spoke to said he was on his way back with the marinara. I said if he is not here soon, it will be too late. 20 minutes later, and cold breadsticks, I called a THIRD time. I said CANCEL the delivery the bread is cold and hard. I just want my card credited on the breadsticks. Instead, I was offered a $ 2 credit on my next visit or a re-​delivery. The children are young and would not even be awake to enjoy them. You must be kiding me? Asked for a supervisor, who by the way was completely patronizing and rude. «Yes, that’s what I said. $ 2 or re-​delivery on the bread. I am not approved to credit more than that.» Over and over (read from a script of some sort) I heard the same line. MARINA was her name. I am expecting to hear from Vanessa who is a supervisor at the call center. If this goes further, and I spend more time on this experience, I will expect a full refund. You have failed at making our experience a good one.

I’ll be honest: I RARELY get pizza from chain pizza places. Somehow, I just felt in the mood to get a pizza from this location for lunch.
Facts:
* The employees who I dealt with were friendly.
* Plenty of seating (no outdoor seating, though)
* Speedy preparation time (my pizza was finished in just over ten minutes).
* As for the pizza itself, it tasted good (I ordered a Hawaiian) but the crust was slightly burnt.
It’s not a bad place, but I think I’ll stick to 212 and other non-​chain pizza places.

In today for the lunch buffet deal. The service at the register was courteous and attentive. The location was pretty busy and there were a few tables in the front needing bussing and clearing so my group went to the far back. The buffet was lackluster. The pizza was replenished frequently but the smallish pies were sliced into very narrow portions and there was not a broad variety. The salad section was not great, the salad mix needed to be run thru the salad spinner a bit longer… glad they washed it but it was too wet. The salad add-​ins were a pretty good range, and nicely re-​filled. The dressing selection was pretty good as well. The location overall was a little rough in terms of overall maintenance and upkeep. I would give them a second chance but won’t make a point to go back soon.

This is a great location snuggled in a strip mall near Safeway. The manager is Ron, very professional and friendly transferred from the location that was closed off of grant.
This location has great parking, clean and much larger then the other location. Never a crumb left after our son leaves. One of the best locations we have been to:)
They have a nice area in the back and wifi:)

the buffet here is decent and it’s less than 10 bucks. wish they had more of a selection for the buffet. i get tired of the bbq chicken, meat lovers and maui zoui.

Great pizza. Wide range of desserts. Macaroons are awesome, brownies are dry. Fast delivery service. They always get the order right.
I go to this one for the customer service. The store on Hollenbeck has terrible customer service, and this store has always been so friendly and courteous. However, I am taking off one star for the new staff taking phone orders — snotty, rude, bored attitude. So much so that I might not go back. I have to wonder whether the manager is listening to her take the calls.

I’ve been to this location several times already and it’s time to put my $ 0.02 in for a Unilocal review.
Every single time there was wide open seating, the salad bar looked fresh, there’s a kid’s corner with little tables+chairs+toys, and the food comes out of the kitchen quick. $ 25 for 2 adults and 2 toddlers with drinks. RIght next door is a bakery with evening hours, so don’t forget to stop by for a cookie!

So I’m a ninja turtle. It’s kind of my brother’s fault. Back when we were both in college he used to order a lot of Round Table Pizza, and rarely did he ever have coupons or was even savvy enough to get his pizzas at a discounted rate. A lot of times we ordered a large King Arthur Supreme and from what I can remember it would end up costing $ 27. (He would order at least once a week if not sometimes twice)
But this location has 3 different nights (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday) where you can order a large specialty pizza for just $ 19.99. Score!
I’ve been on a pizza binge for the past month because of a trip to Chicago, and this chain of a place can make a good pizza. Honestly, it was great to have tried Chicago style deep dish pizzas, but nothing beats California (and maybe I’m just biased because I’m from here). But the minute my husband and I bit into our King Arthur Supreme slices, we both looked at each other and thought we found the Holy Grail. Great crunchy crust with a plethora of toppings. Not too over indulgent, but addicting every slice.

Pizza was great! However, customer service sucks. So chick charged my card twice! How could you make that mistake?! Before you do something, double check your damn work! How hard is that? Seriously… never going back to this round table again! Horrible!

I am not a «pizza» guy. Let alone a fan of chain restraunts… So, I guess if you are starving

As far as chains go, Round Table Pizza isn’t a bad option. I like how their sauce has that little extra kick to it, a nice little spicy zest that complements the flavors of the pizza.
This location of Round Table Pizza is located in a strip mall near a Safeway. There is plenty of seating space, the most obvious of which being right when you walk into the restaurant, although there’s more seating to the right of the counter (behind the arcade). As this seating is a bit more «hidden,» it also tends to be a bit quieter, too, which is why I usually like sitting off in this corner.
Service is very friendly, people who seem to really appreciate being there and working with customers. I’ve never been disappointed by the people taking my order from behind the counter.
I would usually go with their $ 7 lunch buffet, which is a pretty good option for someone who feels like: a. eating a lot and/​or b. having variety!
As for the pizza, it’s not bad as far as chains go! I definitely prefer some of the local pizza joints around Sunnyvale, but honestly, this is probably the best local pizza buffet that I’ve encountered. The local joints either don’t do buffets, or else don’t do them very well. Round Table’s buffet comes with lots of options for both pizza as well as sides (including their frosted cinnamon sticks).
Overall, not bad!

Pizza is good but overpriced, except for Monday, which is half price night.
Beer on tap is not cold enough.

I grew up eating Round Table pizzas and I expect the best from them. We ordered two large pizzas with an order of Garlic Parmesan Twist.
Pizzas usually take about 20 mins to bake, so waiting is a must. My inner child decided to come out to play. I noticed the little arcade area and I couldn’t help myself. I sprang. Out of my seat and dashed over to check out the games they had. Feeling a little nostalgic when I saw Metal Slug and Marvel vs. Capcom 2. I decided to give Metal Slug a go, but didn’t realized until I inserted my quarter that one of the buttons didn’t work. Needless to say, I lost a quarter to the machine.
Short after the pizzas and twists came. Food was exactly the way I remembered it. I love eating my pizza and twist with a little bit of ranch dressing on the side. The ranch dressing looked like it was frozen, it was kinda of difficult to apply to my food. Speaking of hard to apply to food, don’t sit under the fan. As I tried to sprinkle so cheese and pepper on my slice, the wind blew it 30 degrees west. I had to angle it to get me toppings at my desire location.
