Today I was thinking of getting juice. When I parked there was no one at the front and so I thought it was closed but since I was there I might as well try to make sure. It was open. No one was there and I had to call for a rep. A woman called Leia comes out and I order my usual. She tells me that she cannot serve me a 28 oz cup she can only do 22 oz with even a higher charge of $ 2 more. I go to Jamba Juice every other day and just stop by the one that is on my way and I get the same fresh juice every time for 28 oz at $ 7.09. She tells me they are ringing me up wrong. So the stores in Cupertino, valley fair, Santa Clara, and by San Thomas is doing it wrong all the time? Never mind that. The store is dead. You’d rather not make revenue than to satisfy your costumer. Not to mention this exact same order was actually recommended by an employee from this store itself. This woman is even the manager I think(from the attire, hers was black) but I feel the general manager must have been out of his/her mind to give such a position to her. Note: don’t visit this store on a Saturday evening.

Never any complaints! Fast, quick service from the guys there. I love how quick and efficient the team is. Even when its busy the service is fast and prompt.

I love Jamba Juice but if the employee fucks up my order or if the smoothie wasn’t blended well. I’d be disappointed and that happened today, 11/18/2015. Maloney was the one that made our orders. TBH, it was not the usual taste and texture of the drinks we ordered. They rushed it! There are even chunks of fruits and vegetables that wasn’t even blended yet! If knew before we left and we were not rushing to go back to work. I would’ve came back and get a refund.

Walked in at 6pm, asked for OJ carrot juice, cashier told me the machine is closed, they are not making that. I thought I looked at the time wrong and show up around closing time, so I checked my phone to confirm. Nope, it’s 6pm. Then I went on to asked another associate do all Jamba Juice close their carrot machine around this time, he stuttered«no, but our machine is broken». A sec ago, someone just told me the machine is closed, now it’s broken? Sounds sketchy me, more like the associates been lazy.

Jamba Juice won’t let customers consolidate gift cards. I have 5 $ 10 gift cards that I want to consolidate to 2 $ 25 cards and they said there is no way for them to do this transaction. Makes no sense to me.

I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here at this Jamba Juice. The early morning crew is awesome! They are extremely friendly and get started on my order right away. Even when I’m groggy and tired, they are alert and smiling. What better way to start the day?!

Sign says fresh squeezed and I was given freezing cold juice from a refrigerator. Paid $ 6.19 for a small cup. Stay away from this location.

For the 4th day of spring it’s feeling like summer. Flirting with 90 degree F weather. Time for icy cold drinks. It’s a smaller JJ but still fast and efficient. Friendly employees and they must do good business as the tip jar is so full it’s hard to get yours in there. Medium peach perfection hit the spot

I used to go to this place a lot before I saw flies in the glass storage for the goodies between the registers. On another visit, I saw an employees cleaning the storage with spray and cloth while the food was on the trays in the storage container. I came back today to find flies inside the storage bin again. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. It doesn’t feel like a sanitary place to buy food and drinks that you’ll consume.

So I’ve been by this location three times in the last two months. I don’t drink their smoothies. Each time I’ve been there earlier in the morning they are either out of oatmeal or it’s not made yet. They are poorly managed.

So-so for a Jamba Juice. Generally what just what you’d expect and usually the lines are short, but one time my wife’s smoothy left her stomach feeling a bit upset a couple days in a row — perhaps soy milk close to expiration or similar.

Eeeeh used to come here allot when my girls Marissa and Alex worked here back in the day. Yesterday sent my husband in for a post workout snack smoothie. Waited in the car with the kids once I started drinking I realized that my smoothie was super chunky! And water-y consistency. My daughter’s was as well. She didn’t mind. I hope this isn’t a new trend at this location. Other then that they are always relatively quick! Usually very nice.

Me and my husband frequent various Jamba Juices in the area and it is with sadness that he no longer wants to go to this one Main reasons can be attributed to the following: — Always seems to be new workers who are uncertain what to do — If your smoothie is made too fast, it does not seem to end up right — Smoothies not being compiled properly and having to be placed yet again on the machine — Fruit and ice not being ground properly into what a smoothie should be. Leads to lots of chewing of actual ice and nickel sized pieces of fruit rather than small pieces/smooth consistency We can deal with our smoothie being a bit less than a full cup but if not made right, it really makes it difficult to like this location. Combine that with horrendous parking shared with many stores and there really is not a reason for me to go to this location any longer when others are on my way home from work

Nothing remarkable unless you have never been to a Jamba Juice before. Parking situation is not o great, but I usually find a spot within a 3 minute walk. Staff is willing to treat you as a human, so thats cool. They will even recommend off menu stuff they like if you ask. Expensive for what you get but I suppose the ingredients do have a higher cost than say mcdonalds stuff. No seating area or anything so, dont expect to relax, although if you walk down past the grocery store there is a table that you can hang out at if thats what you are looking to do. For whatever reason the crap for sale section always looks bare, maybe they sell a lot of it and cant keep it in stock? Dunno, but always seems to be the case as you tend to have to wait in a line, so in my boredom, I notice.

This is my most used location. I come here most because of the drink consistently tastes the same. I noticed some locations aren’t as consistent. The service is hit or miss but that might be because of the lack of supervision. It’s mostly teenagers so one can’t be too mad or expect superior service.

Located in strip mall shopping center anchored by Safeway. Parking is in the shared lot for the shopping center, and if you’re lucky or it’s not busy you can get a space at the curb directly in front of the store, which is pretty convenient. This small Jamba Juice doesn’t have any indoor seating(if I recall correctly) but there is a little outdoor seating. They are fairly busy and for good reason — the staff are delightful! Of course my smoothies were delicious. I will definitely be back!

This is how I ended up getting my Jamba Juice«Peach Pleasure» Mashed cup half full of juice with clumps of sherbet, it was just rude service and a horrible experience. The thing that got to me was they were. And I was the only customer in store

Good location, because there’s a Rite Aid and a Safeway in the same strip mall, and I can get something for my kid and do a little grocery/drugstore shopping too. Parking lot is kinda nuts. It will test your patience and your vocabulary. One guy was screaming expletives through his open window at a rogue minivan in the parking lot, causing me to point out to my daughter exactly the type of guy that she should avoid in the future. Staff has been friendly. I do hate how some of them toss the used plastic blender containers across the room into the sink. I sometimes get a little«microbial» about things and can imagine little teeny tiny bits of matter flying through the air upon impact. It’s not my job to instruct or chastise. However, a long look of stern(and sometimes scathing) disapproval is offered, free of charge. That said, I do enjoy coming here, and will continue to do so.
