This location is a hit or miss for me everytime I go. Sometimes the employees are friendly and helpful, but other times the cashier is rude and dismissive. I usually get the banana and strawberry açai bowl, but last time I went around 4pm and they had run out of fresh strawberries. Really??? They said the only fresh fruit they could replace it with were blueberries and bananas.

20 people in line and a 45 min wait for juice on a Saturday… while one person is working… other times I’ve been here one worker ringing and making juice. This location is terrible.

Everytime I come service and quality goes down. I visit this location nearly every day and unfortunately I’ll have to look elsewhere from now on. If I planned on placing my order when I walked in I would plan to have 15 – 20 minutes to wait for them to make my order… even when there are no other customers. To solve the issue I started placing my order online, however every time I add extra’s to my order(and pay $ 1.00 per extra) it seems to be missing. The manager insists it’s in there, however coming in every single day to get the same bowl, I’m definitely aware if it looks different, tastes different and isn’t filled the same as it is previous times. Considering that I spend $ 10 every time I come in, and I’ve come in well over 10 times, I would expect better service. I don’t recommend.

Decent, as long as you know what you’re expecting. First off, if you want to do a cleanse — just walk in the door and buy as many daily packs as you need. I opted for the online purchase, which requires advance ordering and doesn’t save any money — really regretted that. But when I wanted to extend, walking in and picking up two more days was super easy. Also, be warned, their juice cleanses are the exact same each day — so don’t expect variety when you buy.

Although this place is pretty good(I always go for their acai bowls), it can get pretty pricey therefore I try to limit it to weekend treat/meals only. Conveniently located in a plaza with trader joes, restaurants, hair cutting, etc so good place to stop by

I like the acai bowls here. I usually get the acai banana berry(I prefer it over the tropical). The good: granola!!! The granola makes the acai bowl x3059939583 tastier. Large serving size. The bad: the acai is really icy, and thus doesn’t have much flavor. I had a fat chunk of frozen… acai? in my bowl once. Not sure what to think if I like an acai bowl more for the particular granola than for the acai… I wish I could order a smaller size too. The«acai» also gets nasty(watery) once it starts melting so dont hold the bowl with your warm hands!

I chanced to visit this place for taking a quick bite before shopping at trader joe’s and look back on the visit fondly. I chose an acai smoothie and within a few minutes, it was ready and absolutely delicious and nourishing. I was served by Rochelle, who made my day. She’s very warm and attentive to customer needs and always wears a pleasant smile. I’d definitely go back to this place, what else can one ask for when you have the ideal combination of nourishing food and warm service. Thanks Rochelle, thanks Nekter!

I love açaí bowls and Nekter did not disappoint! The berry banana bowl was a healthy size and their granola is delicious.(I’m planning on trying the PB bowl next — sounds amazing!) The only issue I had was the wait. As some other Unilocal reviewers have mentioned, service can be slow. It seemed like they were making all the smoothies and bowls one by one, and there were like 4 or 5 people ahead of me. Next time I’ll definitely be ordering ahead.

Aside from the over crowded no parking location, Nekter is really good. Similar juice blends as Pressed, but they are all made fresh while you wait. I’m a fan of the juices based on green veggies, ginger and fruit, their version was tasty, albeit a little tart/sweet. They said you can customize any juice, nice to know for my next visit. The sizes are also generous, 24oz medium and the approaching big gulp size of 32oz is nice when super thirsty, or looking for a huge jolt of fresh juice as a meal.

UPDATE: the blonde with glasses is gossiping about other customers right in front of us. — — — — — — — — — — — — — The Date Nut & Pink Flamingo smoothies are my favorite. The only reason I don’t go as often as I’d like is due to the amount of time it takes to get your drink. I’ve had occasions where I’ve placed my order, shopped at Trader Joe’s, and my drinks were still not ready.

Recently, I found this place and I have been here half a dozen times. In general, I do like it and you WILL find me here again. Okay then, so why only three stars? I do feel the prices are kind of high for some of the items. The staff can be kind of slow sometimes(like really slow once, almost 25 minutes waiting). This parking lots — SUCKS. I know, I know, it is because it is a popular spot, but still. I bought this protein snack and it turned out to be weeks passed due. Luckily, I caught it before I consumed it! Cute décor! Tasty offerings! Go with the HEALTHNUT!

I’m so happy Nekter Juice Bar is in Sunnyvale!!! Back when I was still in school, I was spoiled by having a Nekter on campus at USC. And I didn’t even know it. Now it’s just down the street from my office and I can have a green juice or smoothie every day for as long as I pass by Nekter on the way home. Only giving 3 stars because the workers here aren’t the friendliest. At least give your customers a smile while they wait 20 minutes for their juices!

Food: Acai bowl and green juice to detox my body. The acai bowl was good. Fresh, flavorful, nutrient dense! Overall, wholesome and delicious. The green juice isn’t the tastiest, but it definitely does the job of cleansing the gut. Price: Expensive. You’re going to have to accept that juice bars are going to be expensive, especially ones with cool names like, Nekter and Pressed. Service: Friendly staff, just can’t pinpoint why the orders take so long. Are they lazy or is there a problem with their kitchen appliances? Beats me. Ambiance: Hip/modern, adorable décor. Different types of seatings, indoor/outdoor, couch type chairs, high table seating. You decide. It’s really cold inside, like a freezer, just FYI. Service: Beyond slow. I ordered online so I could skip the long-lines/wait. To my surprise there was no long line, yet my order wasn’t done. I don’t think they had even started it to be honest.

So excited to find a place that has juice! I read the history of the business. I share the passion for cold pressed fresh juices. I brought my family of 5 here for Açaí bowls and juices. We liked it so much we came back the next day!

So happy there is a juice bar near me!!! Been here only once, but I loved what I got. It was refreshing. Place is nice and clean and staff is friendly. They sell juice cleanse too. I may just do one of those 2 days one again. Hopefully it is still on sale as it was when I went. The only issue I have is how busy this plaza is considering there’s Trader Joe among other restaurants near by and oh yeah, a Starbucks; thus, parking can be tough depending on when you go.

Let me tell you one thing, it really takes a lot to push my buttons and this place sure did it. I came in for lunch and was greeted by a young girl at the front. I assumed she was going to take my order but she continued making drinks for whoever(I was the only one in at the moment.) After 10 minutes, a guy comes out and FINALLY takes my order. Guess what? It took 20 minutes to get my smoothie. 20 minutes! I guess that’s what I get for waiting too long and not leaving lol. My drink was disgustingly warm too so whomp… whomp… whomp I’ll stick to my home made juice, jamba juice, or even those Asian boba places lol.

Oh my delicious goodness! I’ve been here a few times already and I’m addicted! The descriptions on the menu tell you exactly what the item is consisted of. The buzz is recommended to those trying it out for the first time if you want a juice, make sure to mix well after it separates. 16oz for $ 4.95! It’s $ 6.95 for all of the acai bowls. I don’t think you can go wrong with any toppings! I tried the PB first and it was delicious. the acai portions are huge! I usually can’t finish it all myself. I tried the Pitaya bowl the second time around and I loved it! The Pitaya is definitely more refreshing than the PB and my favorite at the moment! They always make the acai bowls so pretty and picture-worthy!

I’ve been to the Mountain View location and prefer that area better than this one. They were a lot slower here and it wasn’t busy when I came in. My bowl was handed to me very messily if that makes sense? The acai base was all over the bowl. We ordered a PB Bowl and after having one at the Mountain View Location, this one tasted off. I tasted no peanut butter whatsoever and that strawberries weren’t fully sliced so it made it difficult to eat. Oh well. I was excited to have this one open since it’s much closer than driving out to Mountain View.

I was really thirsty and randomly decided to stop in. They have several locations in several states– AZ, CO, NV, CA, TX. I’ve never heard of it before. The place has been open for less than a week. I’m all for blending, but I’m not a fan of juicing myself. Such a mess and hassle. I tried the Toxin Flush which was fantastic. I asked for ice because although most places serve their juice cold – adding ice really just does it for me. They sell acai bowls that I was really interested in trying but I was headed out to lunch. I’d return.

I’m in big trouble now that there’s a Nekter open in Sunnyvale. I was both elated and disappointed when their first South Bay location was in Mountain View, elated because it’s amazing, but disappointed because it was so far from my house. I’m not super stoked about the particular plaza this store resides in because it already gets so dang packed and parking is never, I repeat, never easy, but I’m also happy all the same to finally have a location so close by. While their acai bowls are legit, I’m a bigger fan of their smoothies and fresh squeezed(extracted? pressed?) juices which contain no filler ingredients and you can be sure will be excellent for ones bod. Here are my favorites– Date Nut smoothie, Popeye’s Acai smoothie, ‘The Buzz’ juice, and of course a good ol’ ginger shot. I’m sure you’ll see me around bc, not gonna lie, I’m obsessed.
