Over priced, watered down. Also poor service. I waited at the bar to get a drink and after quite some time. I placed an order. Well vodka and tonic. Recipt came back stoli.(Premium vodka) I asked them to correct this and the girl said there was nothing she could do because she already poured Stoli. After I demanded a manager it was begrudgingly corrected. I’m still waiting for a check.

A compact bar in concourse«A» of ABQ airport. The bartender was friendly and working his butt off, but he was barely keeping up with the Sunday afternoon crowd, so service was on the slow side(Dear management: please look into a concept called a ‘cocktail waitress’). The draft beer list was about 10 beers long, but unimpressive — The usual list of ubiquitous macrobrews. The only items of interest were Sierra Nevada, Guinness and one local pale ale. No IPA. No porter, ESB or brown ale. Welcome to Ho Hum. I chose the Sierra — $ 9 bucks for a 16 oz draft(about the same as a six pack at the store). Expensive, but it’s the airport, so admittedly hard to do better. I tipped the barkeep heavily… the poor bastard. In short, Rte 66 served its purpose for a quick beer before the flight, but that’s about it. Yet another mediocre airport place serving to a captive audience. It gets an average rating from me.

The only thing I got was the green chile soup to go. It hit the spot on the way out from ABQ. It’s not quite a green chile stew. It has huge chunks of chicken breast and some potatoes. The taste is fine for a New Mexican green chile soup/stew product while limited by airport restaurants. I wouldn’t get the soup outside of the airport, but I would again inside.

½ oz of kettle one for $ 10.00. Served through a gun!!! 2 watered down double kettle and cokes were 40.00 bucks… Thanks but no thanks !!!

This place is deteriorating fast. Jorge the bartender was very nice but I couldn’t believe how watered down the drinks are. When I said something he explained the management was using vacuum jiggers now and you get precisely ½ oz. is that even a shot? Simply ridiculous. Southwest Airlines and their free coupons offer a stiffer drink than this place.

Terrible service. Place was understaffed. Waited 15min at the bar before leaving without service. Only two people were working for a completely full lounge one of which was the manager.

$ 14 well vodka red bull you have gotta be kidding me. This place is way overpriced and under staffed so not only do you get served an overpriced drink but you also have to wait 20 – 30 minutes for them to greet you and make it for you.

I came here for an Old Fashioned, as I am a huge fan of, and was served one of the worst, most expensive, pathetic attempt at a drink I can’t even classify in the same category. Won’t even dignify myself to order another choice.

My husband and I stopped here before our flight home in the Albuquerque airport. The prices were normal for an airport bar. However, even though the bartender was polite and helpful, there was only one woman working and the entire bar was full. They needed more people working to ensure quicker and more effective service. My husband got a draft beer and was pleased with the selection. It just would have been nice to have gotten it a little quicker so we were not rushed to drink it.
