My iPhone was eligible for an upgrade so I brought it in and only paid $ 1 for an iPhone 5c. I absolutely love it. Robert was the only one in the store but did a great job at providing customer service to everyone. He is very friendly, knowledgable and gave me important info about my plan.
Other notes:
–This isn’t a corporate AT&T store, meaning that sometimes they won’t be able to fix all problems and you’ll have to then go to a corporate location or the Apple store (for Apple products). There are two close by.
–Plenty of parking.
–Dunkin Donuts next door.
— iPhone 6 and 6+ are available.
— Scare variety of phone cases. I suggest buying them for cheap on Amazon.
