THE WORST!!!
DON’T EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREAMED AT FOR NO REASON.
I called regarding an issue I was having with my phone, and I asked to speak to a manager. The person who answered the phone refused to transfer me to someone and kept repeating «How can I help you». I said, «Are you the manager?» Once again, «How can I help you». I asked please transfer me to the manager, and they hung up the phone!!! I called back three more times, Was hung up on, then they answered the phone to only blow a whistle in my ear. Is that how you really treat your customers!!! I work in the service industry an this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business.
Unfortunately I was never able to contact someone higher up to complain, so the best I can do is warn others about the shady business that goes on here.

What a disappointment this place turned out to be. when we first got our THREE lines there (with THREE new phones), the owner was sweet as pie. after he got our business was a different story. All of a sudden, he had no answers and couldn’t help us. Willie was there and he was SO nice. I had issues with my phone a few times and he helped me every time. I don’t know why he left, but his replacement leaves a lot to be desired. He’s rude and clearly doesn’t give a damn as to whether you have your answers or not. The owner… let’s just say he could care less. We will never go back there and will never pay our phone bill through them again.
