I went to this store because of an issue with my s5 and John was extremely helpful and worked with me until we solved the problem.
I was considering changing carriers but after the service I received from John, I’m staying with team mobile. They really need more employees like him. He truly is an asset to the company.

I was a loyal AT&T customer for over 14 years. When I saw how OUTRAGEOUSLY high my bill kept getting I decided to look at other carriers. Sprint and Verizon were just as expensive and/​or rude!!! I called Tiffany at TMobile and explained my situation to her. She gave me an estimate of service costs and fees right over the phone. When I made my decision to switch carriers not only was the service costs almost 50% less than AT&T she got my family the most money for the trade in value of our phones. If there is ever a problem with my invoice Tiffany handles it for me so I don’t waste my time on the phone. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There are no pushy sales pitches or offers. In fact I received a free tablet just for being a customer. No contract; no purchase; no gimmicks!! Tiffany has always kept me aware of all improvements TMobile is doing to improve service. Amazing customer service. I have absolutely no complaints.

I have been a loyal T-​Mobile customer since 2001 and this has been my go to store. Like many companies, T-​Mobile has changed over the years but I’m a loyal customer and like most, I don’t like change. My bf needed assistance with his bill so I brought him here since we were in the neighborhood. The store was relatively busy with each associate helping a customer but we only had to wait 5 minutes, which is totally acceptable. The purpose was to lower my bf’s phone bill and the associate was nice. The ONLY problem was that if my boyfriend wanted to cancel a feature (i.e. HotSpot) he had to call customer service. The reason we went to a location was because he was on hold with Customer Service for over 30 minutes and then they disconnected him. In my experience this is not typical but it happens and it’s annoying! The associate we spoke with was apologetic and gave us various scenarios on how to bring the bill down and save him money. That was most helpful so all he had to do was call Cusomer Service and tell them what he wanted to cancel and what new plan he wanted. Overall, I am happy although it’s a bit antiquated to have to call when you’re standing in front of a rep.

Great customer service. I had an issue with my new iPad that I purchased from a different corporate TMobile store, and went to the sawgrass location. They were rude, and unhelpful. The girl at the nob hill store had my problem fixed in a few minutes, with no hassle or attitude.

Recently changed from AT&T to t mobile however also thought it would be a good idea to switch from my iPhone to the galaxy 5. After 10 days I loved t mobile but hated my galaxy so I came here to exchange it and go back to the iPhone. The customer service in this store is truly amazing. The employee (Kareme) who helped me was knowledgeable and made this transaction simple and quick. Normally I dread any dealings with phone/​cable companies but I’m very happy to have found this store

This place is crap. I went in to buy a new phone as an existing customer because my old Sidekick was beat to all hell. Even though I bought the same exact phone, with the same exact plan, my monthly bill went up $ 20. I’m no longer a T-​Mobile customer, but if I were, I would certainly not go back to this store!

I was a t-​mobile customer who for years put up with their average service because I tend to be pretty loyal, but the service I had received here on my past two visits was horrible. The 1^st time I went, I waited patiently for almost 45 minutes respecting the person in front of me’s problem. As they left I started to explain what upgraded fun I would like, In walked a cute girl and both guys stopped helping me and a middle aged woman the other guy was helping… Im all for saying hi and helping a cute girl but don’t ignore the people you were originally helping. Still i waited and finally got out of there an hour later. The 2^nd time was the straw that broke the camels back. You see they had to order me my phone from the original trip i had made 8 months prior. When it arrived it was defective… didnt even power up. So t-​mobile informed to go to the store with the entire package (packing slip, receipt, defective phone) to the store as they had some of the same in stock now. I arrived and swapped it out. 4 count them 4 days later the phone stopped working. I know i had purchased the insurance on it so I went back to the store. They informed me the insurance covered the damaged phone once and i had already had met my maximum by bring in the phone the original time. I asked the sales person if their was anything I could do to get it replaced, his response (instead of saying let me make a call or see what i can do) sarcastically was «pony up another $ 399 for a new phone.» F– YOU T-​mobile.
