Dunkin’ Donuts

I am done going to this DD. On my most recent trip, I ordered my sandwich without cheese. I have a dairy allergen and can not have cheese. When I got home there was cheese on the sandwich. I drive back to get it exchanged, the manager did not apologize, just took my receipt and the sandwich to the «kitchen». I watched the women «make» my sandwich. She took the cheese covered sandwich, took the bread off, and proceeded to use the same meat from the old sandwich for the «new one». I told her that I need her to make a new sandwich since I have an allergy to dairy, I would not be able to consume that sandwich safely. She proceeded to throw the old one out entirely now and gave me a snarl type stare. After she makes my new sandwich and hands it to me, she doesn’t apologize on anyone’s behave, no thank you or anything. Basically she threw the bag at me and walked away. I work in customer service, I could never hire such an unfriendly person in my life. This DD needs to get back on their game. It’s a shame because it’s in such an ideal location. The only reason I see they get business is because of where they are located. I’ve been to several other DD and I love going there. This specific chain however, I will not be returning to.

I have come here almost every day for a week and they never have maple donuts everyday same time just to see if they have maple donuts at 4:25 and they never have maple donuts the only answer they give me is I need to come sooner but I can’t come sooner if I’m at work. Seriously they need to make more maple doughnuts. SMH

Probably one of the most rude encounters I’ve experienced at a Dunkin Donuts and I travel up and down the east coast. I pulled up to the drive through and was greeted with: «Please Order!» Okay not your normal greet but I can work with that. As I’m ordering: me: «May I please have an egg and cheese on a croissant?» Shean.: «And.» The «ands» continued until I was finished. I pulled up and Shean. Snatched my card. No hello, please or thank you were offered. Typically I tip people who work in the customer service industry but her attitude was too much! Then I checked my donut, well you can see below. I frequent this Dunkin often and the manager or maybe she is the owner is very sweet. I’m surprised by this type of service and would recommend taking her off of the drive through.

Nothing more irritating than saying your order and the employee repeats it back incorrectly while cutting you off mid sentence each time. When you correct them, they are incapable of acknowledging they made a mistake and become defensive, to then treat me like I am stupid? Maybe if they would remain quiet they will be able to hear what is being communicated. Then I watch as they prepare my order from the window, to only mix the bags up. I’ve never seen anything like this. Thanks Sheadean for the shitty experience at your venue. I guess the expression «the customer is always right» is unknown to you. How you are making it through life is a mystery.

You all should be ashamed. How the heck do you NOT have ANY donuts? That’s your name DUNKIN DONUTS. That’s like going to Subway and they have no subs. I sure hope someone is fired for that one. I guess someone did say, (Time to make the donuts.)

This DD is the worst. They run out of everything by early afternoon. News flash — make more! And slow as molasses. Nobody in drive thru lane but we don’t get served for 5 minutes. And they’re rude. Bye bye DD Sunrise. America runs — away from DD Sunrise.

I would give this location 0 stars if i could. All the employees are idiots here. They make me so damn mad!!! Order wrong almost every time. Also, they NEVER fill up the iced coffees here. I hand it back each time and tell their dumb assess to fill it!!! dont come here, they suck

I must say that this is the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to I actually drive 2 miles out of my way to find proper service. Every single time that I go to this location I have to park and go inside because they messed up my coffee. Every time I am given granulated sugar inside my iced coffee which causes me to have to chew my drink. I have spoken to all managers on all shifts and they ask me to inform them at the drive-​through that I would like liquid sugar, after doing this I still get granulated sugar if I don’t get granulated sugar I guess sweet and low which tastes like liquid cancer. unless you have a flat tire do not go into this Dunkin’ Donuts I have tried numerous times to fix this problem with no results. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the reason that I signed up to Unilocal

Worst Dunkin Donuts EVER!!! Slow & rude service. Why does the guy behind me ALWAYS get his coffee before me??? We ordered the same coffee I just don’t get it… beware if u order food u will be waiting another 5 minutes for your coffee AFTER your food comes out… what is wrong w u people?!?

We use Dunkin as a convenience, as anyone can brew a good coffee or buy a Donut. This particular location lacks proper management. I work near by, so we go here often. 9 out of 10 times, there’s an error or delay and they ask us to move the car up to avoid tarnishing their corporate order time sensors which track how long a particular drive-​through waits. Other locations in west Broward are much better operated.

Cashiers always friendly. Always get my ice Carmel coffee every Sat. Can not stand the owner screaming all the time.

This location is very close to my office that is the only reason I come here. This place stays packed, but the drive thru moves pretty quick. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss if you received the right order or not so just be warned. The plus to this location is the coffee is always good…

Close by if you need something to wake you up or keep you alert during class. The staff is quick, efficient and nice. It can be a little crowded with the morning crowd but staff kept their cool and didn’t compromise service! I tried the caramel latte … Wasn’t really a fan personally more of tea drinker. I opted for this because the cashier recommended it with a shot of espresso. I was hoping it would address several needs 1) keep me alert (I was tired and dragging) 2) warm me up (I was freezing even though I called myself layering up against the beast known as the air conditioner 3) taste decent since I’m no a coffee fan unless it’s drenched in sugar and caramel. It covered two out of three and two out of three ain’t bad. However, for me to honestly finish it I would need more flavor. I went back to cashier and told her I didn’t like it. We had previously chatted about the pumpkin flavor as well and she recommend that and some more sugar! And whalaaaah that right combination I needed!

I used to love DD until every time I would go in, they either would forget my whipped cream, or too much mocha, or too little, or they didn’t stir it properly. I found a yummier version (mcdonalds or SB).

Line was down the street when I pulled up but they were very quick with my order. Order taker was outside on the curb taking orders. She even rang up a free box of munchkins since I got a box of Joe with a coupon on her phone. The little things makes a place special and this location is just that!!!

This trip to DD was a demonstration in efficiency (Could have been because I went there on an off hour — 1:30 PM on a Tuesday) but there is nothing to complain about here. The drive though was empty but i still decided to go inside. There was an older couple nursing some coffee in the corner and also reading a newspaper. I ordered a Iced Latte with a shot of mocha. But what i got was an iced latte with the bottom coated in chocolate. On the plus side it took no longer than it took me to walk to the end of the counter for the latte to be ready. So there’s that.
Will I go back again? Yes, because this is DD next to my work.
Do they make a good latte? No.

This Dunkin Donuts is much better than the one located on Hiatus Road and Oakland Park Blvd. They are more consistent with orders and don’t screw them up every single time like the other one. The jelly filled and crème filled donuts are actually filled with crème and jelly. They don’t seem to cut obvious corners like the other location and they really know how to move a line quickly.

Very convenient to get to, right off expressway. Drive thru also available. Coffee & food are always on point. Not like other locations where it’s watered down or too strong. I believe in consistency, & they provide that for every customer.
