I went to this location on my lunch break today. I have an hour break but had to go home to walk my dog before going back to work so I was in a hurry. I went through the drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I got my food quickly and headed home. Once I got home, I opened up the sandwich to find that I had a double cheeseburger. Since I don’t eat hamburgers, this is worst thing they could have given me. I even checked the receipt in the bag, and it had the correct order on it. Frustrated because I already had a tension headache before my lunch break, I walked my dog and went back to Wendy’s. When I got there, I parked and went in because there were quite a few cars in line at the drive thru. When I got inside, it was hard to get anyone’s attention even though I was obviously holding a Wendy’s bag and waiting to speak to someone. When I got to talk to someone, I told her the mix-up and she laughed. Like it was funny that what I got was so far off from what I ordered. I wasted over half of my lunch break on this mistake but no «sorry for the mix-up» or offer of a coupon or refund was extended. They just fixed the sandwich and went on their merry way. Not my idea of customer service.

Dude. I was blown away by my experience at this location! We used the drive thru and the woman that helped us was very nice and clear. She repeated the order, thanked us, and told us the price. We pulled around, again greeted by friendliness. We exchanged cash and food and pulled over in a spot, because let’s be honest, we were out Christmas shopping and felt like lounging and eating in the car. Y’all…the food was PIPINGHOT. Never have I EVER had a fast food sandwich that was HOT let alone luke-warm! The fries were freshly fried and perfectly salted. The Spicy Chicken sandwich had the perfect amount of mayo to chicken ratio and the tomato was not one bit mushy. This Wendy’s is HIGHLY recommended if you’re in the Wendy’s mood!

Went to the drive thru for my lunch where I Pulled Up Waited About 5 Minutes to Place my Order. I did and Pulled Up to the Was 10 minutes before Anyone Even Knew I Was There. I could see them talking even the manager in the grey shirt looked my way and continue to talk… basically ignoring me… I didn’t get my Credit Card receipt nor did I get my coupon book that I purchased for the frosties. The burger and fries were cold the Nuggets were warm. Bottom line– worst customer service ever… food mediocre… never again, not at this Wendy’s !

Order a double burger with no cheese. I stated no cheese twice, and she read the order back to me. Then said to pull to the first window. Well for one, there is only one window! That should have told me something about the place. So here I am driving home munching on the burger, thinking how the meat had a dairy taste to it. Pulled over and took it apart. I could see where they removed a slice of cheese from between the two meat patties, and where they try to remove a slice of cheese between the bun and on patty of meat. So reached in the bag for the receipt for the phone number, and there was none. Seems they screw up orders all the time, since they do not give receipts. Bet Dave is turning over in his grave!

This location always give me reason to come back. The food is always fresh and hot at the time it’s presented. Plus the restaurant has a clean, bright, and open dining area.

I have recently discovered the salad options at Wendy’s and I like it. So far they have been consistently fresh. There are about 4 – 5 different salads to choose from. The protein — usually chicken is cooked when you order it too. I recently had the apple pecan chicken salad and it hit the spot. I loved the blue cheese with the apples. It comes with a pomegranate vinaigrette dressing, but they have other options too. If you are looking for a healthier option and you find yourself in a hurry or needing food fast, then I would definitely suggest the salad options at Wendy’s and this location in particular is great.

My whole experience there was just odd. I drive up to the window and say my order. The girl says, «ok.» And nothing else. So I just figure I should drive to the window. Before I can close the gap between myself and the car in front of me, another car cuts me off. And I’m just thinking, «This is a drive thru. What’s going on?» So the random car in front of me gets to the window and the girl gives him something that looked like a piece of paper and then he goes and parks and walks inside. Then I get to the window and the girl had forgotten what I ordered. Gives me the wrong order. AND it’s cold. Never going back again.

I have never physically been inside this store, I’ve only driven thru. Tonight I drove through for a small chocolate Frosty, my personal favorite reason to ever go to Wendy’s, and I’m sure I’m not alone here. Anyway I order and they say pull around that will be $ 1.07. When I get there the lady says I’m not charging you for your Frosty because we ran out of spoons. Here’s a fork and a straw and your Frosty. I was kind of wondering if this was a Candid Camera gag, but it wasn’t. The fork worked pretty well actually, as long as you eat it quickly. Anyway, I thought that was the perfect customer service move under the circumstances and I appreciate that they solved the problem themselves. And my Frosty was delicious. I’ll be back.

The complaint is not about the food, because the food is good! But it’s about the employees. They are so rude here! Not only do they just sound like they hate their jobs through the drive through. But once you get up to the window. You can definitely sense the anger. I understand it gets busy, but so does my job, and we aren’t rude! I kept telling the girl at the window today 4/12, thank you! Thank you have a great day. And she gave me the ugliest look and didn’t say anything back and shit the door. But they are just always rude here.

Good luck actually getting the order that you paid for when you go through the drive thru. Even if it’s right on the screen, chances are it’s not even close when they hand it to you. And if your order is wrong, don’t bother trying to let anyone know, because none of the staff cares, and if you say something to the manager about it, you don’t even get an apology.

I really like Wendys but why is it so difficult to get an order right? Last 2 times my order has been wrong. I guess I need to check every little detail. I’m done with this Wendy’s.

Dirty bathrooms, mud all over the floor(hope it’s mud), no toilet paper, and we told them about this before we got our order, and when we finished eating, it was exactly the same. Wasn’t until I told them I was going to post this on Unilocal that they even paid attention.

This Wendy’s is SOCLEAN, and has lots of small private tables. Also, the staff there recognized me on my second visit, and they were especially friendly. I also love the fries. A+.

I wish I could rate this as a ZERO! Dear Drive-Thru window employee, Thank you for constantly slamming the window in my face while I was trying to tell you that my order was wrong, again. Had you listened the first time and not cut me off multiple times while I was trying to give my order at the drive-thru speaker, you may have heard my complete order. Also, fries are supposed to be dry and at least warm, not cold and wet.(I’m hoping they were wet from condensation, however, I don’t think so.) When I came back inside to complain, there was not a manager available and they were too busy to listen or take a message. Needless to say, I had to throw the food away because I couldn’t eat it. I eat fast food only about 5 times a year, and Wendy’s used to be my favorite, but I’ll definitely reconsider going there again. I wish I could rate this as a ZERO! Thank you rude and impatient drive-thru employee for ruining Wendy’s for me, as well as my appetite.

Obviously it’s Wendy’s so we all know the food is good. Im really rating more along customer service. I always am shopping in this area and like to get Frosty’s or a snack for the Elderly people I care for in our nursing home. Everytime I go through the drive through and most of them time it is at a time that their not busy. Even though I am the only one in the drive the line though I am always incredibly rushed at the window. No one ever make eye contact or asks if you want Ketchup or napkins. Most of the time they forget straws. They take my card swipe, hand it back, close the window and come back with the order. No have a nice day or nothing. Obviously why would I keep going back, it’s close, the elderly people I care for LOVe their frosties and I keep hoping it will get better. Not in this order but here are some examples: –NO straws for 5 Drinks — I bought 6 burgers 6 Fries, was not until I got to the residence that I realized that 2 were the wrong burgers and I was missing 1 French Fry, called and the«manager» said nope I remember bagging that. I’ve worked in the food industry I get that mistakes happen. But don’t be rude. Especially the main reason I was calling was to let them know that they had given us the wrong burger so that they can double check at ORDERUP and send out the right food. — I got 5 Drinks one time and was rushed at the window as usual, when I got home to give people there drinks, 2 people spilled it on themselves because the lids were not snapped on all the way. — They never put ketchup, I ask sometimes at the window and she said«it’s in there», I peek in bag, she says it’s at the bottom and of course I come home take everything out and NO ketchup :-/ Obviously there are hundreds of burger places around and these people know that, but really Customer service should be improved here because it ANNOYING.

Let’s not go into details why we ended up here an hour after we ordered from a local ”Cajun” café. Blame it on Evangeline. I just wanted one order of fries, and my boyfriend wanted a combo. Long story short, my boyfriend got his food, and my one SIMPLE order of fries got left out. And the ladies at the drive-thru waited until we almost drove off to hand back my debit card. Riiiiight, first the fries, and then my debit card. Do I look like a fool? Oh, wait… I’m at Wendy’s.

Anytime I need a quick lunch, I come here. Wendy’s drive thrus are typically faster than most and this place is no different. Even if there is a long line of cars, the drive thru moves quickly. I’ve been here many many times and I have not had any issues. I usually order off their $.99 menu and I can get a lot of food for $ 3. I really like their chili especially during the winter time. Don’t forget to ask for the Chili Seasoning. It makes the chili taste ten times better. This is a fast food joint that sells cheap food that is pretty good. If you are expecting anything else, you will be disappointed.
