Dutch Bros Coffee

Easy to miss because it sits back in from the road at a busy intersection but absolutely love their people and their coffee!

The people are great, service is fast and very efficient. The location is extremely convenient and it is always busy. The coffee, for me, was too sugary. I will have to try other flavors/​types.

You can always count on a great product and a great cup of cheer!

Love this place! Everyone is great and friendly! They definitely do a great job on making my drink every morning. Only concern is when there is a long line that to much conversation is being had. I always try to ensure to keep it short if there is a long line behind me. I wish others would do the same.

Staff is great!!! Customer service really is so important to me, and these people are very friendly! It was my 1^st time here and I just got an iced kicker with vanilla and coconut milk, i might try adding sweetener next time.
The coffee is good, I’m a Dunkin Donuts coffee person. I still prefer DD, but I will be back to try other variations of their coffee.

Great tasting coffee, open early for the drive to work. Less expensive than Starbucks. Have Juices too.

Thank you Dutch Brothers for your FREE coffee on my birthday, I was taken back and a little shocked with the guy at the window said it was free! Recently moved out here from Southern California (SD) where there is a billion local coffee places I miss and love, but I haven’t found a drink I didn’t like on your menu. The staff is amazing ALL the time! And I look forward to getting my coffee here at least 2−3X a week. Thank you Dutch Bros staff for your smiling faces all the time!

I’ve only been here twice, but I’ve tried 3 drinks all of which were amazing. The line seemed long, but they are very fast and extremely friendly. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 because the drinks are just a tad weak. I learned quick and ordered an extra shot and am quite happy.

We stopped by here during a road trip and left as completely satisfied customers.
Location: situated on the main road with easy accessibility by car and foot. There are two drive through lanes so be sure to check which line is shorter before pulling in. There is also an ordering counter in the front with about 4 outdoor tables.
Ambience: really lively environment with techno music (Swedish house mafia) playing in front of store. Even though it was 10 am I felt the music gave a nice boost to your energy in addition to the coffee.
Customer service: Dutch bros is known for the friendly and and conversational service and this visit did not disappoint. The person who took our order was named Helen and she was super friendly and helped us pick our ideal drinks as our first visit. We noticed customers in the drive-​through striking up conversations as if they were regular customers.
Drinks: delicious! We ordered the kickers and the dutch freeze which were delicious. The kicker was a little sweet but that was expected given the Irish cream. Prices were very reasonable as well.
Conclusion: overall great location, ambience, and customer service that is fitting for a small town. Will definitely come back to this location again. Unfortunately there are no Dutch Bros south of Merced in California. Hopefully they will open one in SoCal soon!

Awful! The coffee is so weak its like toddy shots instead of hot brewed. They maybe Dutchy, but their coffee stinks!

I love Dutch Brothers! This location is living right up to the name, too. Upbeat, quick, friendly and always right on point. My coffee was delicious & they always offer their seasonal treats (which were awesome btw)

LOVE IT HERE! This place is my fave. I used to be a Starbucks fan but not anymore. Dutch Bros has knocked them to second place. The people who work there are always friendly and eager to please. The coffee is great. I also love their tea. I love when they do special days like 9 stamp days. Makes me happy.

This is the best location! Each and every time I come here the lines are long but they move fast. The kids come to your car and take your order or suggest one for you. They get so excited when you ask for a surprise flavor. I usually get iced green tea with a surprise flavor or a iced rebel with a surprise flavor and it’s never ever been bad. They get so excited making a concoction that’s new.
Every single staff member there treat you like they have known you forever and if you are a regular they remember you I remember your drinks they always have a great conversation make you feel great give you compliments and just over all treat you with respect. Very cool bunch of kids and managers.
And if all that wasn’t great they run specials on their punchcards and always make sure to ask you for your cards to give you punches. This is by far the best coffee drive-​through place I have ever been. I’ve been to a few other ones in town and although the Dutch service is awesome there to this one is in my neighborhood.

Just moved here from CA so I had never tried Dutch Bros. I’m not a coffee drinker but I figured I could get something else. I had an Iced Chai Tea Latte with coconut milk and it was AMAZING!!! One of the best chai’s I’ve had for a long time.
The service was beyond expectation. The drive thru guy was very friendly and delivered outstanding customer service. The drive thru line also moved very very quickly.
I’ve never been. Starbucks fan and this place made me like it even less!

My wife and I have made this a regular stop whenever we run some errands. Let me begin by saying if you want a review about their extra bold, double roasted, black blah blah blah, stop reading cause I can’t help you. I always order their iced tea and my wife prefers the blended drinks. Neither of us are coffee connoisseurs but we enjoy the friendly staff and laid back attitude. I never realized how much I really hated Starbucks until I started comming here. I dont need someone to correct the way I order my coffee drink. «No whip» goes before the size duh!
Anyway, I like how even through the drive through I get to speak to a person and not a machine. All the staff are friendly and like to spark up conversation while you wait which is a genius business tactic in my opinion. If you don’t want to engage in conversation with staff and just want to stick your face in a laptop without being bothered than go to Starbucks.
The tea is good and they have a wide variety of flavors you can add. My wife swears buy the blended coffee drinks. I’ll be honest, I usually swipe a sip and they are delicious. They have kid’s sized smoothies which my boys love. I really enjoy their frequent buyer cards. You get a free drink after buying so many, I think it’s 10. It’s obvious that the staff truly enjoy working for this company and it shows. If you are friendly back and engage them in some good convo while you wait, sometimes they will throw you an extra stamp on your frequent buyer card!

My absolute favorite coffee of alllllllllllll time. I usually come here 3 – 4 times a week. I’m an addict I know, but it’s just that good. The other day was a little hectic & the barista made my drink just all kinds of wrong. I did take a few sips since I was desperate for caffeine but after those few sips I threw it away. Today, I let them know what happened that day before. He apologized a few times and I received my drink on the house. My go to drinks are: the iced white zombie, the iced green tea w/​pomegranate, & of course the caramalizer.

I’m a die-​hard Dutch fan. The staff here are always friendly. They love their customers. Dutch Bros promotes the theme that they are «about MORE than just coffee» which is very visible in their philanthropic ways — the corporate office, local franchisees and employees are always giving back to the community.
Dutch Bros is all about the experience. Every visit is a GREAT visit.

Starbucks is still number 1 in my husbands eyes, but every once in a while he likes to come here for their unique flavor. The staff is always so much fun and very friendly. We appreciate that. Would be nice if when they had a long line they would be shorter but still sweet when talking with customers. =)
