I’ve been to what seems like hundreds of Starbucks. Everywhere. In numerous states. I always get the same thing. Trenta vanilla iced coffee with extra half and half. The total always comes out to $ 3.76. Well today is my first and last visit to this Starbucks location. They charged me $ 4.43 for the same exact drink I always get. Why? Because I requested extra cream. Are they serious?! I could put the cream in myself at the sugar bar if I really wanted to. The baristas response to my dissatisfaction was for me to next time order an iced coffee and request room so I can put the half and half in myself. This is the worst service at Starbucks I have ever received and I will never be coming back to this location.

I’m not big on reviewing Starbucks, but I have to say that this is a great Starbucks. Going there a few times, I have to say the baristas are fantastic. They are quite friendly and get drinks quickly and right. I don’t think I’ve been there with a bad barista yet.

Starbucks. What can I say? Prices keep going up. At the cash register, the clerk was polite and made small chat about clipping nails on dogs to the customer before me. A story I did not need to hear. Also, they do not have demitasse cups for espresso. A pet peeve of mine. Call me a coffee snob if you like, but the espresso burns the wax coating off the paper and creates little floatie things on your ‘spro. I’m only visiting this town for a little while. So, it ain’t bad. It’s just coffee. Nothing spectacular.

WORST service possible. I will never stop by here in the morning. Especially in the morning, because apart from there only being two people working(on a very busy intersection which guarantees customers) the people working there have NOSENSEOFURGENCY!!! I like other people stop by there on our way to work, Work! Which means I don’t have all the time in the world to be waiting while there’s 5 or more people still waiting to be served. I have been working at my job for 10 plus years which means I have seen employees come and go at this Starbucks and their service right now really sucks! It horrible. So if your in a hurry or at least trying to get to work on time DONOTSTOPHERE!

I will never return to this Starbucks again. I have never had worse service in my life. «Barista» Patricia needs a serious attitude check. I come in here at least 2 – 3 times a week and order the same thing every time — an iced coffee. About a week ago, I go in for my usual, and she starts asking me all these weird questions about how I want my iced coffee. Now, I come in 2 – 3 times a week, and she is ALWAYS the one who takes my order, so I say, «I’m not really sure, how do you usually make it for me?» I’m not really an avid coffee drinker except for iced coffees, and nobody has ever asked me «special prep» questions about how I want it… to which she blurts out, «Honey, you’re not special, do you REALLY expect me to remember YOUR order out of all these people, turn around and look at all the people behind you, yours isn’t special» — WOW! Public humiliation??? Really??? I have never been so disrespected in my life. She was hesitant to give me her name because she knew she screwed up. Will definitely be giving my business to the Dutch Bros across the street from now on.

Have been coming to this location for about 3 years now and I have to say that the level of service has declined. While I realize that payroll is always top of mind for any business I can’t begin to understand why you lack sufficient staffing during your peak business hours. Very disappointed…

Unfortunately, this was my worst experience at a Starbucks ever. I’d called an hour in advance(7am) for a Traveler on a Sunday morning; unfortunately, when I arrived(8am) it had been brewed but wasn’t ready and packed. There were only two very slow ladies working on orders, drinks, and food. Typically you go to the pick up area to pay and pick up the traveler. Instead I waited at the pick up area for 10mins before the lady even made eye contact with me, then she told me I needed to go wait in line to pay. So I stood in line for another 15mins before paying. Finally, I paid and was handed the traveler pack with a bag of supplies. By this time the coffee was 30mins old. Then, I’m driving to my event and realize they didn’t give me any hot cups, so had to turn around to get them… and of course waited 10 more mins to be acknowledged. I understand being busy, but people order travelers for business meetings, moving/packing parties, charity events, seminars, racing/running/fitness events and need to arrive on time — otherwise the coffee is cold or people don’t see it before the ever starts and it gets wasted. If a person says they have a call-ahead order or a traveler pick up, they should be able to go in, pay, pick it up, and get on their way. If a person goes in and comes back in 1−5mins later, it means something’s not quite right… acknowledge them and resolve their issue immediately. Don’t let them stand there waiting(again) while you service new customers.

Seating inside is very limited, there was more outside however hopefully you like the sound and view of traffic from Grand. Staff is friendly however they didn’t seem like they know what they were doing. Plus they messed my order up, ordered a tall chai tea and got charged for the grande, I tried to explain but he didn’t seem to know the difference. Not the Starbucks you want to come to if your trying to read a book or study a bit, it’s more of a social Starbucks.

I’m a Huge fan of this Starbucks!!! It has awesome outdoor seating and if someone is smoking(which they are not supposed to) You can ask the manager and they will have the smoker stop immediately. My family loves coming here and it’s great for business meetings too!

One of my absolute favorite features at this particular Starbucks is the patio. Granted it overlooks a very busy highway, but there is a screen-like buffer that helps to minimize the traffic noises and the view. Too bad it doesn’t run the full length of the patio. But there is also patio seating, which is a wonderful addition. I find that this Starbucks is more conducive to, say, socializing — not studying our meeting for business. There seems to be a bit less interior seating than what I’m accustomed to seeing at your typical Starbucks. Also, they have tall seat. Think bar like seating. Not good for the back at all. But this location still has that wonderful cozy feeling that so many Starbucks have. The service is attentive. Not as quick as other Starbucks, per se. But they get your order right the first time and are quite cordial.

I’ve never been a huge fan of this particular Starbucks location, the coffee is almost always lackluster and the shop just seems messy. On my last visit, which was about 2 weeks ago, a young man maybe around 19 was working as the barista and couldn’t seemed to be bothered because he was busy flirting with some young girls that we’re hanging out there. I just had a tall cup of coffee which was burnt… Needless to say I won’t be going back and instead I’ll be going to the Barnes and Noble café across the street!

If you make chai tea lattes, they will come! At the very least, I’d show up for sure, lol! This location is small, has some indoor seating and outdoor seating. Service is friendly, but they always seem to be training new batistas when I visit of late & the wait time to get my drink(not order) seems to be higher than in most other locations. The drinks are as great, as always :)

I can’t, for the life of me, remember the Barista who assisted me, but she was HILARIOUS and fun! I would come back just for her customer service. She was a little short blondie. The customer service was great. It is located near a frozen yogurt place as well. Win! Win!

Had a great experience here. Such friendly service. They rang me up quickly. There were tables available, so I was able to do work while I drank too many iced green teas. Also, they passed out mini cups of blueberry muffin to taste, which were delicious!

Stiff competion from the other 2 starbucks near by. Employees are nice, but I often forget about this location since it is hidden from the street view and this intersection in surprise is such hell, I rush past everything in this corner. I hate trying to get out of this parking lot, be it onto bell or onto grand. There’s one right across the way inside of B&N… i usually go there.

This particular Starbucks has some very friendly barista’s however you’re positive experience at getting a tasty cup of you’re favorite caffeinated beverage and doing some light reading or surfing Unilocal stops there unfortunately. They are very inconsistent at making their drinks. They seem to have different people working each time I visit. Their is nothing worse than spending TOOMUCH money for a cup of coffee already, let alone have it made wrong with either too much ice, not enough coffee or too much water… Argue… Another note, they need to focus more on cleaning their table/chair area for their customers. It was so dirty I could not stay and enjoy my watered down, over iced, not tasty beverage…
