Starbucks

This Starbucks is great. The coffee is always fresh and good. The staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoy starting each day by stopping for my morning coffee.

I love my coffee the best part is the staff and how I can just hang with friends.

I don’t go to Starbucks often but when I do they sweeten my tea everytime when we say no sweetener! Iv said unsweetened, no sweetener, not with sweetener nothing works then always put the crap in there. So annoying, I’ll stick to sunsational from now on.

This Starbucks is as good as any other Starbucks. The one thing they do well which is also why McDonald’s does so well. It doesn’t matter which Starbucks you go to, your coffee always tastes the same. Consistency is a key to success.

Super fast service, nice outdoor seating. Great spot to meet someone off 301 and Hwy 60.

My usual is a triple espresso, sometimes I add some steamed milk to it. Customer service is usually nice, but sometimes when I visit, Laura the redhead is there. She is not a personable person in the least. She always has a scowl on her face, and she barks at you for your order. Laura will always find a way to belittle you when you try to order and make you feel stupid.
Customer service requires that you always have a smile on your face, and be cheery. If you aren’t happy with your job, maybe you should’ve done something more with your life instead of taking it out on people.

Very professional staff… Remembers frequent visitors and calls them by their names. Wished everyone a Merry Christmas as they pickup drinks or order.

I’m a fan of this location because of the convenient drive-​thru. I’ve never actually stepped inside but the service each time I’ve been through the drive-​thru has been prompt and polite. There’s not much more that I could ask for from a Starbucks.

Why does it take so long to get a darn coffee? Oh there are 10 golf carts going through the drive thru and all of them have a dog also getting a drink. Honestly I feel bad for the employees here as the manager (young guy) is pretty rude to the employees right in front of customers and these poor people probably make very little in tips due to the elderly neighborhood. Ya we won’t come back here.

Location & Aesthetics — Located in same lot with Big Lots and just opposite the hospital in Surprise. Forgive me for the lack of directions as I’m new to the area.
Lots of parking available and this Starbucks offers a drive through. If you wish to have your beverage outside, there’s lots of seating and tables along with the misters for that cool feeing.
The inside is clean including the bathrooms! There’s lots of space available to sit and charge one’s devices! This place fills up quickly with the elderly crowd and seating can become an issue but every time I’ve been there, I’ve always been able to grab a table and chair for myself.
Menu — it’s a Starbucks and as usual, it’s laid out in front of you above the cashier.
Service — The staff was very super-​friendly. Whether you’re a regular or not, you’re greeted immediately as you walk into the door.
One thing that needs to be mentioned is the reliable WiFi here. It’s robust just like the coffee and never drops which is always best if you’re there to work on that laptop or iPad!

My wife and I stopped in this location today for an iced caramel macciato because we were in the area and we love these drinks. The place was busy, but that is not a huge deal because Starbucks is a big name and has good drinks. The service was prompt and friendly. They were adequately staffed for a Sunday morning rush. Our drinks came up with a standard wait. However these drinks did not taste very good to either of us. Mind you this is the only drink we get when we stop at Starbucks so we know it very well. We tasted each other’s and they did not taste right. Mine was a quad shot and there was not a difference in the taste of either. Usually mine tastes stronger. The price was no different than any other Starbucks but the quality was less. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. I would try this location one more time and modify my review if the quality is any better.

This place is great! They have plenty of seating inside with outlets if you want to bring a laptop, perfect for studying, and I’ve never had more then one person in line in front of me. Staff was very friendly and the place seemed to be well kept.

Nice staff but a little slow to make the order compared to other SB’s I’ve visited.

Staff is usually nice. Most of the drinks are good.
They didn’t get my Americano right, but everything else has always been good.

This place is hoppin! It’s the bees knees! It’s the happenin place to be!

But seriously, I really am a fan of this location. Indoors they have seating AND unlike most places, they actually have light sockets that you can use by some of the tables against the wall :) Sometimes I need to recharge (literally!) & I appreciate that kind of stuff, lol. There is also a cool little corner with comfy chairs just begging for a book club meeting or some gossip ;) There are some outdoor tables and those not in the shade have umbrellas to keep you from frying to a little crisp.
The drinks, like always, are great.
Service is good, quick and friendly.
Going back to the ‘hoppin’, I wasn’t kidding. I have yet to come into this place and not find it at least ½ full.

I frequent several Starbucks, but mostly, when I am in Surprise, I drive further out of my way to go to this one due to the individuals that work there.
Anthony is consistently pleasurable, always calm under pressure and just cool in general. He should be teaching their training workshops!
Samantha and Cindy are both awesome and have such friendly smiles.
Ultimately, none of their staff makes me feel like a jerk for my part in creating a long line and ordering a coffee ;-)

Coffee was fairly good. The good thing with Starbucks is no matter where you are, you have a good idea of what to expect. It’s not my favorite coffee in the world, but it does the trick and there are worse you can choose.
I usually grab their dark roast with a couple shots of french vanilla with enough room left for a bit of half & half with a couple packets of sugar. If you get a chance grab one of their cinnamon crumb coffee cakes, good stuff!

Long line at Starbucks today. As always service was friendly and coffee was tasty (and needed)!

its starbucks right, (I know all you coffee aficionados are complaining now but work with me) and so they have the std drinks and std food servings. I’m assuming we all know this by now and so I’m rating them exclusively on service.
I was in here to get some coffee to knock me out of my somnolent state and these guys have to be the nicest bunch I have had serve me at a Starbucks in a while. I was beyond spaced out when i got here, and seriously discombobulated.
The barrista was very helpful and that fact he even figured out my rambling of an order and got it right is always a plus. He paired my coffee with the righ sugary confectionery to get my caffeine jolt an additional sugar high ! :) I know people can be so reckless !
The place was clean, the food was fresh, the coffee hit the spot. Woot woot ! I’d def come back if I’m in the neighborhood.
