I say 4 stars because the entire experience here was WONDERFUL. I’d give them 5 stars if it wasn’t $ 30/hour. The owner(older woman) And I believe the attendant(younger man, early 20’s maybe) were very hospitable and made all of us in our party feel comfortable. They ensured that we had one hell of a time.

We came by for a birthday event with 13+ people the other night and they were able to get us in rather quickly for a Saturday night. We were a bit of a rambunctious group, and at one point, we were all scattered about the lobby, outdoors, bathroom, etc. They did not seem to have a problem with us, and if anything, provided us with a great experience. We got one of the bigger rooms and ordered 3 bottles, rounds and rounds of shots, yogurt soju, tons of beers, and got great fruit to accompany it. We came in around 11pm and didn’t leave till closing and was pleasantly surprised at the cost because we expected it to be more. They were also nice enough to let me in after closing to go use the restroom :) We were not the neatest group to come through, especially since some the guys decided to have a water fight which each other leaving the room and lobby wet but the employees joked around with us and some of the guys helped clean up too. We all had a great night out and I’m sure the birthday girl had a blast.

Loved it here! Came here with a bunch of friends and the room we went into was in very spacious, we had 15+ people there. We stayed for about 2 or 3 hours and they gave us service, an extra 20 minutes for free. The woman that gave us our mics and assigned our room was nice enough to let us keep our food when we brought it in, no outside foods or drinks allowed guys. They also serve delicious food, but it could go a little pricy. We we finished we didn’t pay much maybe about $ 5 per person that’s it. We also plan on going again next week. Great place for parties and hanging out with friends. Tip: You might want to bring a Korean friend or know some because there’s quite a bit of Korean there.

I love karaōke and I love that this place is near home. They have a decent selection of songs and service is pretty good. Rooms, depending on size, range from around $ 20−45/hr.

I was the chaperone and ride for my sister and her friends last night when we went to Echo to do some karaōke. It would have been second time at Echo, but I think it’s going to be my last. We were a party of nine, and when we told her we would only be paying for an hour, the woman on shift(the cashier? owner?) was incredibly rude, to the point of practically saying, «As if,» before leaving us in our room. She was stand-offish when I went to ask a question about the lights, and even worse when we went to pay for the one hour that we told her we would only be paying for. I realized that our party consisted mostly of teenagers, but we were still paying customers. I had the feeling that if we had been ten or twenty years older, we would have been treated better. Or if we’d had an older woman or man with us, despite the fact that I’m an adult myself. While the room we were given was more than big enough and clean as well, in the future I would rather patronize an establishment that’s friendlier to teenagers and young adults.
