I’m trying to be very politically correct when I say Denny’s, Waffle House, and IHOP are the sh*tstains of the Breakfast Concepts. Only low lives and/or students work there. Thus creating the concept of bad service in the morning. I usually don’t have a disdain for IHOP as they are the lesser of 3 demons. But this location is GODHORRIBLE. Not the location or even the food. Just the service and waitstaff. Either they hire people straight from Work Release or emo kids. Terrible waitsfaff in the mornings, very bad service if you get any, long seating times, and long cash tickets times. It’s not worth it. If your server has tattoos that are visible, a very condescending and entitled attitude, and offering bad service, it’s time to consider a new restaurant.

IHOP has impressed me the last few times I dined here. I used to eat at a different IHOP regularly with one of my best friends but was never really blown away by the food. Started eating here probably a couple of months ago and was impressed by the creativity of some of their menu items. A very solid 3 stars. Toasted marshmallow hot chocolate — Always comes out nice and warm. It’s sweet and tastes like marshmallows. The whipped cream on top is nice and cold. It comes in a very large cup, so I always share it with a friend because I don’t want to get diabetes. The hot chocolate itself is a bit thin, but overall tastes nice. Strawberry-glazed, stuffed French toast — So delicious and scrumptious! The cream cheese filling in the middle is not overly sweet or heavy. When made correctly, the toast is nice and crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. It’s topped with syrupy-glazed strawberries on top, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. The strawberries are obviously frozen, because once they came out still half-frozen. Don’t care for crunchy, icy strawberries. A very solid item, and I usually get it as a combo, which comes with 1 stuffed French toast, hash browns, 2 sunny-side-up eggs, and 2 sausage links. The hash browns sometimes come out more on the soggy side instead of crispy, and my eggs sometimes has the whites still a little under right near the yolk. Peach streusel crêpe — The crème cheese stuffing tastes a bit like the one in the stuffed French toast, except slightly more cheesy. I really like the cinnamon streusel on top, as it adds a different texture to the dish. Chicken and pumpkin spice waffle — I wanted to try something new, and this dish exceeded my expectations. The chicken doesn’t look anything like the picture on the menu. It came out very flat and dark, and I was expecting it wouldn’t taste good at all. However, I was pleasantly surprised, as it was a little crispy on the outside, seasoned with the right amount of salt and pepper, and nice and moist on the inside. Definitely tasted better than it looked. The waffles had just the right amount of pumpkin spice, but were a little soggy. I prefer them crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. It comes with soup or a side salad, which my waitress was not aware of until I pointed it out on the menu. No big deal, this is a new item. Overall, a pretty tasty twist on classic chicken and waffles. Service — The few times we’ve been here, service has always been prompt, and we receive our food very quickly. No complaints here.

When dining at IHOP, you don’t normally expect superb service. However, you shouldn’t be ignored and treated like an uninvited guest either. My husband and I decided to have breakfast here, as it wad convenient for us. We ordered the Mozzarella Sticks, Egg and Avocado Bennie, and Chicken and Waffles. We also ordered the Swiss Crepes for to go. The mozzarella sticks were obviously microwaved. The plastic lid of the sauce was well wilted from being in the mocrowave for too long. It was vety unaplealing and we wondered if we should eveb attempt to eat our radiated cheese. It was no better then the mozzarella cheese sticks you get at the frozen section of the grocery store. Egg and Avocado Bennie is a take on the traditional egg Benedict. This dish came with two slices of bread that were sickenly sweet, slices of what seemed to be boiled turkey, scrambled eggs and avocado. Topped with a white gravy. It was as if Thanksgiving had decided to be healthy and failed. My husband had thr Chicken and Waffles, which seemed like it was made by Chef Microwave as well. Again, frozen chicken tenders went through radiation and set on a plate. After we were done and received our check, we waited for about 20 minutes for the to go crepes. Our waitress never came back. We ended up walking to the front counter to ask for our order. The cashier looked around and found a food box and asked us if that was ours. Then three more waitresses came and examine the said box. Our waitress finally said yes that is our crêpe order. They all chimed in and said they had no idea what it was in the food box and why it was there… They proceeded to bag this mysterious box that was my child’s breakfast and added as an additional item to our ticket. After explaining the situations and a lot of eye rolling, we were out the door shaking our heads. Thanks IHOP!

First time eating at an IHOP in several years, first time at this location. Came at noon on a Sunday and the place was packed!(Which was expected). Wait was only 15−20min and upon seating our waitress took our order. Food came out fairly quick considering how busy they were, and the waitress was very polite and checked up on us often. The noise level was not loud or bothersome at all considering how many people and children were in the room. Ordered the French toast combo which comes with 4 slices of French toast, two eggs, hash browns, and two strips of bacon. Everything was delicious and left me very full. Good experience at this location, and would return.

My family and I work a lot and we don’t have a lot of time to spend with each other, so every moment we spend with each other is valuable. This morning my sister-in-law wanted to try the new blackberry lemonade waffle so we took a trip to the ihop in Suwanee. It took us about 15 minutes to get seated, which was fine because it was busy but when we entered the dining room, it was filthy. None of the tables were bussed and the floor was covered in dried food and straw wrappings. The lady who served us was equally as awful as the dining room. It took us 10 minutes to get greeted and another 10 to get our drink order in. She was not attentive, and we had to ask several times to get obvious things like silverware or coffee. We even had to get ketchup off a dirty table because we knew she wasn’t going to help us. When she did grace us with her presence, it was very brief and rushed. My coke refill was abruptly placed on my empty food plate instead of on the table. Our food was alright, nothing impressive but my nephew’s food came out when ours was already almost done(we had to ask for that too). After everything was done and we were fixing to leave, I let the person in charge know that our experience was unpleasant, and he wasn’t even sympathetic. Maybe another location could give us different results, but after this horrible experience, I doubt I’ll be back to another ihop.

I have been going to this location the entire time it has been open. When it first opened, it was a really good IHOP location. We went last week and I sent my elderly inlaws there last night. Both times the food quality was not good at all. Cold coffee, cold crepes, cold over cooked eggs. I was very disappointed, as I really like ihop. This location is by far the worst one one I have visited. I will drive to johns creek next time I have an urge for I hop, as that location is so much better. Management needs to take a serious look at the lack of quality coming out her kitchen. I called to speak with the manager and was told she was too busy to speak with a customer. It is sad to see how the quality of the food has dropped over the years.

If I want something a little more nicer than waffle house but not willing to drive or spend at Egg Harbor kind of place… which I’m not too crazy about. I come here sometimes… if anything its normally a late weekend night. My service has been back and forth… sometimes good and sometimes bad. I don’t like burgers here for one thing and if you order a steak, they probably won’t cook it to what you asked. You asked for medium rare? That means no pink at all here. If there is anything I like the most it’s the strawberry banana pancakes. The place is always chilly whenever I’ve gone. Bring a jacket! Even in the summer. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone but if your reading this trying to decided if you want some IHOP this place isn’t that bad.

Big mistake going to this iHop on Christmas Day. We were seated quickly and that was the last time my party of four was acknowledged. We sat there 20 minutes and no one spoke to us at all. They were not that busy. Other people were sitting at tables looking irritated. One couple finally got their food and asked for a to go box. We got up and left and went to the Waffle House where we were cheerfully greeted and waited on. Next year just stay closed for Christmas.

Food was just average … Nothing special and my omelette was bland, even after a high dose of Tobasco sauce. Nothing to see here, just move along …

Used to go in here every week, but things have changed. The coffee is never hot even when you specifically ask for a hot cup of coffee, the sauces aren’t the same, they don’t taste as good as they used too especially the strawberry one. the food is average, the tiny sausages are terrible.

Went on a Sunday morning. Had to wait around 15 minutes to be seated. Ordered French toast and it came out alright. Not the best(I personally prefer the ones at Denny’s), but it was definitely filling. You’re not going to leave unhappy with the food, but you won’t exactly leave satisfied either. The service was okay. My server was courteous when taking our order and bringing the food to our table, but she never came back to ask if we wanted to refills and whatnot. She only came in the end to hand us our check. As with most IHOPs, the place is a good, affordable place to eat at. I wouldn’t mind going back to have breakfast at this particular one. One star knocked off for inadequate servers. Would be a solid four stars otherwise.

First off let me say that our waitress was great! I think her name was Brandy but could have been Brittany, I am getting old! She had an awesome smile and a very out going personality. The food was prepared perfectly. The best sirloin tips which I have ever had at any IHOP. I will return to this location.

IHOP is IHOP. You get what you pay for. I’m usually a Rooty Tooty Fresh n Fruity gal, but I didn’t want sweet on this particular visit. I needed carbs and some protein. I was going on barely any sleep and had an almost hour drive home. This was about sustenance and coffee. The coffee was decent, but it is IHOP coffee when I am usually drinking serious coffee. Again, it was about ingesting the caffeine. It wasn’t sludge, that was all that mattered. Equal and cream covered up the bitterness. I had the biscuit and gravy combo with scrambles eggs. The eggs were rubbery and after two bites, I was done with those. The biscuits were good, but the gravy had little flavor, except maybe salt. Thank goodness for the sausage links on the plate to give it a bit more umph. The hashbrowns were seriously flat — not even salty. It was fine. It was what I expected — no more, no less.

After finishing a photoshoot earlier this evening, my daughter and I decided to stop here for a quick dinner. Eventhough it was dinner, we still ordered off the breakfast menu. Incidently, IHOP has special«Holiday Hotcakes» which include pancakes such as «eggnog», «white chocolate chip mint», and«Pumpkin praline». We tried the eggnog and Praline which were both very tasty. The food arrived hot and right on time. However, the best part of our dinner was our server, «Joe». He gave us absolutely wonderful service and was very attentive, something which isn’t always easy to find now days. We also observed that all of the other servers seemed equally attentive to their customers — truly outstanding customer service. I was really surprised to see all of the low rating on here, perhaps the restaurant has changed management since those earlier reviews. We rarely get out to Suwanee but next time we do, I’ll definetely try to stop in for a bite at this particular IHOP.

Got up early, headed to IHop to start off Dadurday fathersday weekend. There was a party of 6 so we waited 15min.(allgood)…We had a easy order 6 Rootys.2cakes 2sausage.2bacon.2eggs your way.4orange juice.2milk…Waiter handled it, with no problem. Its always easy when you already know what you want. When the order came out. The waiter John also brought lots of EXTRASTRAWBERRYS/whipcream. The waiter never had to be reminded to bring anything out. The pancakes were Moist/Fluffy. Sausage, bacon cooked just right. I usually go to the MOG location. This IHop was just as good. waiters/hostees with smiling faces are a plus. I’m glad we decided to visit this IHop because they were on point.

Haven’t been here for a while, based on the previous Unilocal reviews, you can imagine why. But if it is for breakfast and you’re craving pancakes, where else can I go… Waffle House? Nah, WH is for ALL other breakfasts; IHOP, pancakes, especially Rooty Tooty Fresh n Fruity. I give 3 starts b/c on this visit, I had a really experienced server who’s been there a while. Service is really a hit-n-miss.

«Come Hungry, Leave Happy» is an overstatement, when it comes to IHop. The new advertisement slogan should be Come Hungry, Leave hungry and Un-Happy”. My husband and I stopped in this morning to have breakfast. We rarely go to IHop for reasons of bad service. We decided to give IHop another try, as you never know if service has improved or not. It’s clearly obvious the service is still as lousy as it was prior. We were seated, our server took our order for drinks and said he would come back and take our order. About 15 minutes later, another employee came to our table to take our order, we questioned if she was taking over for the guy who was serving us earlier, and she just laughed and said«yes». We placed our order and waited. About 20 minutes from the time we had placed our order had gone by. Employees were constantly walking by our table, or server and the previous server never bother to ask us if we would like refills on our drinks(apparently it’s there policy not to give refills on soft drinks). Our food arrived about 30 minutes after we placed our order. The place was not busy; there were a few other customers, but not that many to make it take that long to receive our food. Our server told my husband that his chocolate chip pancakes would be out shortly. Our food was cold; it was like our server had ignored to check the kitchen to see if the food was ready to be served to us customers. 5 minutes later, our server came to our table and laughed and then said«Oh, it looks like you will have chocolate chip pancakes for desert». This comment was the deal breaker for us. We were close to having just walked out earlier, but opted to wait. We stressed to our server that this was not acceptable and if we had wanted Chocolate chip pancakes for desert, we would have ordered the pancakes for desert. We asked to speak with a manager, who was kind enough to take our food order off the tab, but still felt the need to charge us $ 4.22 for drinks that were never refilled. Our server had the nerve to come back to our table, after we had spoke with the manager, to ask if we would like drinks to go. Why bother. This was our last time we would ever consider the IHop. We know several others, who live in other States, who also have bad service. In this tough economy, anyone can choose to go ANYWHERE to eat. Apparently IHop doesn’t have procedure to train there servers what good customer service is about. Provide good service, you will get people to come back, provide service and you get people like us who will not tip and who will spread the word of bad service.

Bait and Switch! Stay Away! The sign out front says from 4pm to 6pm, if you are a senior 55+, buy one entrée and 2 drinks at regular menu price, get one of equal or lesser value free. We’ve done it frequently here. Not today. The new manager has her own interpretation. Both people must be 55+, not just one. And, you can only order from the senior menu. The sign on the front door doesn’t say either one. Eventually after a discussion we were provided the discount, probably to get us to quiet down. The manager commented«Most people know how to order here», and«I’ll work with you this time.» We’re done. Good luck with your restaurant. We won’t be back.

An average IHOP, for me, would be 3 or 4 stars. This IHOP is squeaking by with 2… Service was meh. It was busy, but not *that* busy. The girlfriend and I were given a half-full carafe of coffee that was impossible to drink. Like… surface of the sun hot. Or Natalie Portman with the shaved head hot. Or more like those two hots combined. This coffee was as hot as Natalie Portman with the shaved head standing on the surface of the sun. I used ice cubes to cool it down. Anyway, we got 4 cups out of it before it was empty. It took us about 15 minutes to get a refill.(Our waitress didn’t come back between the time we ordered our food and the time the food came.) I had eggs that were considerably overcooked. I don’t even like my eggs runny. ugh. My pancakes were pretty good, though. I got the strawberry and banana pancakes. They put on a handful of whipped cream. A big handful. I’m not so good at estimating sizes, but I’d say it was about a cup and a half(or one half the distance to Type II Diabetes). I just pushed it aside. The pancakes were good, the bananas were a bit less ripe than I’d like, but good, and the strawberries were excellent. Sure, they were soaked in super sweet syrup, but they were cold. It was a nice touch. I like IHOP, but they’re all over the place. Avoid this one.
