I checked the rating before stopping by and I’m so glad I decided to go anyway. All of the sandwich combinations sounded amazing. While I couldn’t order them all, I chose two: the Ultimate Grilled Cheese and the Original. The Ultimate Grilled Cheese is one the best ones I’ve had and the tomato basil dipping sauce was an added bonus. The pretzel bun was so soft and the sandwich was warm and delicious. It was just as good as the description made it sound. I was just as impressed with The Original, which was piled high with meat and fresh toppings and served on a perfectly toasted sourdough bun. I used the drive-thru, and my order was ready in just a few minutes. I will definitely be coming back next time I want a good sandwich… I just might have a hard time deciding which one to try next!

I love there sandwiches omg I had the beefy cheese and bacon on gluten free bun and it had so much meat on it. It was huge! Very yummy… It’s just a little pricey though and they charge extra for gluten free, so that sucks. You shouldn’t be charged for something just cause you have an allergy. Ugh not fair! But it’s ok! Still gonna eat there.

Undercooked Cinnabon = bubble guts for days, possibly salmonella. Me and my boyfriend got sick after eating them.

The Cinnabon was a terrible decision! Me and my girlfriend got sick after eating them. Must of not been cooked enough I believe. I don’t suggest their Cinnabon’s unless you enjoy sitting on the toilet multiple times a day.

I don’t care what the negative commenters have said, I am impressed with the quality of the food and how it was delivered to my table shortly after I ordered it. I had chosen the Pick Two option for pasta and soup and was pleased with my choice. I even redeemed a coupon for three fresh cookies to round off my meal, having received that coupon from doing a survey after my previous visit to this Schlotzsky’s. I appreciate using their Internet service as well. No hassles.

I’ve never been inside the restaurant. I’ve only done drive thru and this is probably my favorite«fast food» restaurant on the block. What other fast food can give you cinnamon rolls?! Their coffee cup was huge and smelled so roasty. That’s a good thing because my car smelled like fresh coffee beans.

The food and staff were quite delicious. I recommend the Original on gluten-free bread without olives or onions. The sour cream and onion chips are quite tasty! Solid food choice.

I used the drive thru with my order. As soon as I said I had a coupon, the owner started to question the validity of it, and going on and on. I said my coupon expires in December. That shut him up! Beside the fact that I am a customer whose words had been doubted, my coke was flat and the chips stale!

Let’s make all our bread in molds, out of Styrofoam, and spray paint them tan. No one will catch on!

Don’t waste your time going to this place. I just unloaded my kids and walked into the restaurant expecting, at the very least, I’d be able to order some food. I stood at the register for a few minutes and no one came out to take my order. I’m pretty sure one of the employees was on her phone and couldn’t be bothered to serve me and my kids.

Customer service is horrible at this place ice creams are made sloppy, Cinnabon are half cooked. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

Normally, I looove Schlotskys, but this location isn’t the norm. The help is slow(dude taking orders also has to serve ice cream which is very time consuming-AND it’s summer). The straws are too short for the large beverages. And I was lucky enough to catch this location half an hour before closing on a 90+ degree evening when the air was either off or broken. The dining room was a sauna – no signs or staff warning me so I could get it to go!!! Staff was patient and nice and my sandwich came quickly, but the tomatoes were not ripe(hard and not quite red yet) forcing me to take them off my sandwich to eat it. The air just kicked on, so I’m guessing they turn it off pre-closing to save money until someone complains.

I originally added this business to Unilocal and I was excited to have one in the area. I am however getting continually disappointed. I literally just spent 12 minutes in the drive thru. The cost of the sandwiches are high also. I am hoping that in the future they get it together.

Schlotzsky’s menu is a bit hard for me to comprehend. They do sandwiches, pizzas and salads. On top of that this one serves Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and carvel ice-cream. It’s a bit of everyig which makes me nervous. The two times I’ve eaten here the food has been good though it is a bit on the salty side. I’ve tried the original and the windy city sandwiches between the those two I would recommend the original. A high point of the meal was their chips. They have the usual suspects of chip flavors such as BBQ, Jalapeño and sea salt. I’ve had the BBQ and jalapeño and they both were surprisingly good. Service at the restaurant is good and there hasn’t been much of a line on both visit’s. I’m sure I’ll be back here at some point for lunch.

The other Unilocalers here are correct. It will be interesting to see if this location gets their bugs worked out, or if this will be a Schlotzsky’s that will always have a lot to be desired. I had the smoked turkey on dark rye and a Cinnabon(Cinnabon was my reward for waiting in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes.) The sandwich bread seems to be tough around the edges and order accuracy could be a problem. I will return occassionally to see if things get better. Also, getting in and out of this area is rough because it is by I-85 and there is a lot of traffic on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd.

I went to your store in Suwanee at 1058 am. The good part was I arrived 5 minutes before opening and a member of the crew was nice enough to let me in so that I didn’t have to stand in the rain. After waiting for a few moments, the cashier beckoned and I placed my order… only one other person had ordered before me. First off, the cashier is in dire need of education on the menu. When I ask«Whats your tuna sandwich like? Is it tuna salad or more like a melt?» I do not expect the answer to be «Uh, I dont know… Tuna?» With my prompting he was good enough to go inquire and came back and said«Tuna and mayonaise»…since both melts and tuna salad have tuna and mayo in the ingredients list I was left no closer to my goal of discerning whether or not the Tuna sandwich was worth getting. I figured out though, that given the quality of employee I was dealing with, that it was going to be a lost cause. He works in a sandwich shop so why should he be expected to know the difference between Tuna Salad and a Tuna melt? Or what the ingredients of menu items are? Secondly…the place smelled like a nursing home. This is off putting for a place people where people eat. Third. It took about 4 or 5 minutes for me to get my sandwich. I had settled on the medium turkey and guacamole and understand that it takes time to put turkey slices, lettuce, onions, and guacamole on bread. That time however, should probably be less than it takes to type out the process which I just described. Why on Earth did it take so long? As the second person to place an order that day I must inquire as to whether or not one order is enough to back your staff up and cause those kinds of delays. If so, perhaps some training on rapid sandwich assembly should be in order? The sandwich tasted ok, but not worth the 8.54 that I paid for the sandwich and a small drink. This was my first visit ever to Schlotzsky’s due to the prompting of a coworker. They made quite an impression.

Glad to have them in the area. Our food was made to order and was fantastic. There is also a Cinnabon and a Carvel ingrained into the one store so dessert is in-house. Sheesh! I’m certainly happy to see them but my waistline will not be. I know I’ll be spending a fair amount of time here. They have drive thru and patio seating!
