It’s a standard Gap store, but what sets this one apart from others nearby is the level of customer service. I’ve been stopping in here on occasion for a few years and have always just felt like the staff show more enthusiasm for the products and are more eager to help customers than at, say, the Northshore or Square One Mall locations. Maybe the more upbeat dynamic just stems from this store being in a plaza rather than a mall, but whatever the source, I find this location a much more pleasant shopping experience and, if I’m not in need of other stores in the mall, will go slightly out of my way to patronize this one.

i almost always score really really big in the clearance section at this gap. like, ridiculously big. last spring/summer i got a $ 89.50 dress for $ 22.99 or something insane like that. it smells like yuppies in here. the gap should stay consistent with their sizes and should stop charging so damn much for their non-sale items.
