Great spot, right across from the ocean! Service was excellent, very friendly staff. Food was great, good size portions. Potatoes were nice and crispy. Guacamole omelet special was very tasty.

Good food, good service. I think the only downside is that it is small, so there can be a bit of a wait.

This is our new FAVORITE restaurant! WOW what a find… The staff is AMAZING, the owner-Laurie cooks everything from scratch. You feel like you are in her kitchen. She puts so much love into every single dish. I would eat there every single day if I had the chance. The omelets are delicious, pancakes are sinful and seriously every item on the menu looks tasty! I want all of her recipes.

Had an excellent turkey club on marble rye. They roast the turkey in house here, folks. It was good enough that I went back for breakfast the next day and had a pineapple upside down pancake. In a word, yummy. The bacon is crisp, the coffee is hot and the staff is friendly. I will be back here, and often.

Great spot for a quick bite after the beach. Casual menu and breakfast all day! Family run and suitable for families. Wasn’t a huge fan of the mozzarella, tomato and basil sandwich being made with shredded cheese.

Excellent tasty food. Stopped in after we landed at Boston airport on our way up to Maine. I got an omelette that could have used a little more fetta. But the home fries and cinnamon toast combination is delish. I don’t even Like pancakes. But the kids pancakes were amazing. And we all said the whole time«the food is so good, the food is so good.» IHOP has nothing on Lincolns landing(or did I say that backwards?) FTW #waymobetta #gohere

Wanted to try this place because some of our friends said its a «great» place to eat. So we went over we walked in the place was full no tables available so we went outside to wait for a table. Five minutes later a table opened we went in as we were waiting for the table to be cleaned other group of three people walked in. Thinking we were going to be seated the rude lady said that the three guys at the door checked in first NO they did not we were there first the lady said you did not check in. WHAT are you kidding me there’s no signs saying must check in. And the lady saw us walk in before the other group. BULLSHITNEVEREATINGHERE if the lady was nice about it BUT she was rude and it was obvious they were profiling. Telling everyone NOTTOEATHERE.

Most of the reviews of Lincoln’s Landing rave about the food. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the opportunity to back up that claim. I met a couple of friends here at noon today. I’ve never tried this place and was really looking forward to it. Two of us ordered decaf and it tasted pretty awful. When my friend asked our waiter for more cream and told him the coffee tasted old and burnt, he offered her a new cup. She said only if he was going to make a new pot. Shortly thereafter, a woman came to the table(not sure if she was the owner or manager) to tell us that the coffee was only made a half hour ago and wasn’t old. She did begrudgingly offer to make a new pot but, when my friend mentioned she didn’t’ have a lot of time, she was told that our food would take at least a half hour to forty five minutes because there was only one cook and she was backed up. We all got the feeling we were no longer welcome anyway after complaining about the coffee because this woman was not very gracious during our exchange. We had already been there for at least 15 minutes and noone had taken our order yet. So we left. My friend’s coffee was taken off the bill but that doesn’t make up for the rude treatment. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there.

The blueberry pancakes and waffles are awesome. My 18 month son loves the French toast sticks too! Always a treat.

Great small place for a big breakfast at a good price. The breakfast meats and eggs are standard fare: nothing special but just what you’re hoping to arrive at you table. The home fries deserve a special nod as they are made with real chunks of potatoes and browned with a nice crispness. But the pancakes… the pancakes! So many options with so much fun & flavor! Pineapple upside down cake pancakes were part breakfast part dessert. Yum! The folks running the place were friendly and attentive. Small and homey, Lincoln’s Landing is likely to become our go-to option for weekend mornings. … and did I mention the pancakes?

Wow! This place is a gem! Their food is cheap, delicious and always hot. Stopped here with my wife for a quick breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised at the quick service and tastey food! Their omlets and pancakes were amazing. Love their crispy bacon, none of that soggy stuff.

Yummy omelettes, nice staff, good little breakfast joint. They make REALLY good home fries and serve a good cup of coffee, too.

Best breakfast in town. Right on the beach, this place is a find. Nothing like a solid breakfast then heading to the beach.

This is a local spot for us as we live a 10 minute walk away, so we go every few months for breakfast on the weekends. Eggs/omelettes are always good with fresh ingredients like spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. Home fried potatoes can sometimes be a little undercooked in the middle for my liking as I prefer a smaller cut to the potato, which allows for more of the yummy spices. Waffles come piled high with fresh strawberries and whipped cream(wish I could eat them but they aren’t Gluten free!). Refills on ice-tea are offered with out me having to ask. Service is good even though they are usually quite busy on the weekends. There can be a wait after the church down the street lets out on Sunday so get there early.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Make sure you order the home fries, which are really these seasoned potatoes that are absolutely delicious. Epitome of what a breakfast nook should be.

This place gets my vote for the most inscrutably named restaurant. In Swampscott’s dim past there must have been someone significant named Lincoln, it certainly doesn’t have anything to do with Abe, and its across the street from the water, so no one would mistake it for a landing. It also gets my vote for the best breakfast east of Lynn. Particularly the french toast. I chose mine with apples, cinnamon and whipped cream. My highly moral wife had whole wheat french toast with fresh blueberries, yoghurt, and granola. Both were huge portions and delicious. The bacon was flavorful, the coffee hot and refilled often. The place is small, with only one chef slaving away in a very hot kitchen. About the only kvetch I could come up with is the bathroom facilities are pretty primitive. The unisex loo is through the kitchen, which does give you the opportunity to thank the chef as you are going to use it. I was tempted to give Lincoln’s Landing one star to keep the rest of you away, but I thought that would be unfair. That must be what Heather S. did in her June 11 review. I haven’t eaten enough items on the menu to determine whether or not this is a five star place for breakfast, but it might be a candidate for an update. Stay tuned.

Weak coffee, terrible service, eggs that have the consistency of styrofoam.

I love this place. It serves breakfast and lunch daily 7a-2p. All of the food from muffins to soups… all homemade. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. It’s a small place so you may have to wait a bit on weekend mornings but it is well worth it. The waitresses are very freindly and helpful. They only accept cash so make sure you hit the ATM before you go… again, absolutely worth it!

My kids(3 and 7) love this place they take guests there to go out to breakfast(I have never been). What they tell me is the breakfasts are very good… areal locals place but food does tend to come out when each dish is ready so it might be 1 order at a time but at least it did not sit under a hot lamp at all.
