My favorite spot to come get Pizza and wings
at. Love the bartenders too. Cool chill bar. My favorite dish would be definitely the lasagna, it’s been my favorite for years now. I hear they also have a good lunch buffet.

I had a birthday dinner there this week. I called the same day in the morning and reserved a table for a large group. (It was mid week) They were very accommodating and provided excellent service that evening. The food was delicious as usual. Thank You ladies and gents. Smoothest Bday dinner ever.

Service was sssssslllooww with plenty of attitude. Will not go back. The waitress was extremely unprofessional and rude, kept rolling her eyes every time I asked her for something. They should really work on training their staff properly.

Oh yum, yum, yum. The lunch buffet is soooo good. The waitresses are very nice and not rude at all. The only complaint I have about this place is ITS TOOO DARK!!! For lunch it should have a little light coming in. But that won’t stop me from going there. Can’t comment on the rest of the menu, its too hard to pass up the buffet. It makes me want to move to Sylmar. And they have good draft beer on tap.

I came to this place for the first time last week. We ordered a pizza and it was by far the best pizza I’ve had in the area! Plus, the atmosphere was fun and there was live music by 9pm! It looked a little shady from the outside, but totally worth coming in! The waitress we got wasn’t particularly friendly, but it wasn’t bad enough to affect our experience, so I’m not even taking off a star for it. I will definitely be coming back to this place!!!

Customers service was horrible. I sat myself and my party down to an available table. As I was not acknowledge when I walk in. After we sat down it took 8 minutes to finally have the waitress take my drink order. That’s because I got up and ask her. Need to work on their customers services A.S.A.P!!!
I order a pizza cost $ 20. To receive a soggy and raw one. After 20 minute wait. Horrible experience.

I love the food here been coming for over 30 years. However all it takes is one employee with poor customer service to ruin one of the few favorite places to eat when I visit my family. Food is a 5 customer service is a 2.

Very descent pizza and antipasto salad. My Girlfriends family and I called in our order. We ordered an everything pizza and a antipasto salad. I would say for a reasonable price and good food, this a good deal.
This is one of those neighborhood places where yhe customer service is specific. It isn’t horrible but you only get great customer service in specific ways and it seems like never from everyone.
You get great customer service if:
* You know one or more of the staff personally
* You are from the neighborhood and a repeat customer
* You are ine of the lucky ones.
As I said, the food is very good but the customer service seems hit and miss.

I’ve come here for years with my family and always had pizza and salad. Today I ordered a seafood salad. Worst salad I’ve ever had in my life.
1st the salad smelled horrible coming out of the kitchen. My daughter complained that it smelled bad from the minute it hit the table
2nd the seafood was hot on top of the salad. I’ve had thousands of seafood salads over the years and never had one that had hot seafood on top of lettuce.
Most disgusting thing ever.

I’ve been coming here since 1985 when I moved to the area (my step-​dad even longer… probably since they opened). We’ve sampled the menu a bit, but always come back to their Caruso’s Combo pizza (well-​done) or the lasagna. Their ingredients are always fresh and their mozzarella cheese is amazing (wish we could purchase the cheese to take home!). I can’t recall the dishes my husband or kids have had, but I’ve had the Chicken Piccata, Marsala and Parmagianna with all being fantastic. I also remember ordering a dish with sausage in it, but can’t recall what it was called… that one was good too.
Their addition of a bar is great and has brought in many new customers. Unfortunately their mixed drinks are not consistent… I always order a lemon drop martini and it has never been made the same way. Sometimes it’s awful and other times its good, but all times it’s strong so I can’t complain too much.
In all, this is one of my favorite restaurants.

We loved the pizza and the pasta dishes…
The bar on the side is cool except for their rules.
The waitress staff is a bit young and the biker vibe is a bit off…
Not sure how many bar brawls but the bouncer at the door says it all…
The Mgr/​Owner is usually not nice or happy. Weird vibe.
Pizza can be bought anywhere in the city without bad vibes.

So since I live just up the street and there really is not any kind of restaurant selection in the area, naturally I’ve eaten at Caruso’s many times, usually picking the food up to bring home. The pizza’s are actually quite good but a little to expensive, but since they only have dominoes to compete with they can keep their prices high. The rest of the food there is good but not amazing. (I’m also a huge Italian eater that lived in Italy for 4 years, so my standards are pretty high.)
They do have live bands and such playing on the bar side of the restaurant a couple nights a week which makes for a nice environment. It’s a great sit down place to take your family and I believe they have a salad bar set up at times.
