I love the pizza man, the delivery time is awfull I will say that, but what makes me call back is the food! Man I love their wings, and the pizza is great! A little tip before ordering is to call an hour to 2 before wanting to eat. Just go for the food, it’s really worth it.

I love Pizza man and the Golden battered chicken. there battered fries are the bomb.
The service is great and delivery with a smile and a Thank you… They have my business as long as they stay… If you have complaints always feel free to call back and they will handle the problem very professionally. Keep up the good work guys Love you all

The pizza couldn’t come to my place within 2 hours. It had to take close to 3. It’s actually ridiculous. Who is actually working there? It’s 1 star just by service. I didn’t even taste the food yet and I am terrified it will be as awful as the service.
First rule of business. It is always more profitable to retain your customers and clients than acquiring new ones.

My boyfriend and I along with his cousin discovered this place randomly after deciding to walk to the local bar. Stopped in out of curiosity and ended up ordering 2 pizzas and a box of chicken. This is by far the best pizza and chicken spot in Sylmar! Is it a hole in the wall? Yes! But the food is beyond delicious !!! It’s ran by this little old Italian guy by the name of Sal, after hearing the backstory on this place I will definitely be a returning customer.

Had friend coming over an we decided to order pizza.
Normally I don’t order from big names, I like using local businesses. And don’t get me wrong, after this review I’ll keep using small businesses just not this one.
Anyway, as I said we decided to order pizza and this place was the closest. We ordered a large pizza, garlic bees and cola, they said 35 – 45 min. After one hour I called and asked about my order and they said its on its was. Well on its was was another 35 min. My friends already left. I paid full amount and never even got a simple sorry.
Will never recommend them.

I started trying out places I never usually go and I ran into this place, passing by I always thought chicken delight and pizza man were different places. We go inside its pretty dirty, gaming machines don’t work and no one at the counter. We wait a few minutes for someone to come over even though we were calling them. We order a pepperoni pizza and it takes about fifteen minutes. I don’t mind waiting because of course he was making the pizza but we don’t want to hear him argue and insult a delivery boy. On top of the that he insults my friend in a friendly way but we don’t know him like that. So as soon as we get to pizza we go home open up the box box the pizza was flat and it tasted like the ingredients ingredients were little expired. Little Caesars tasted better and cost half the price. Never going back again.

The cheesecake was frozen with freezer burn the order took 1:30 mins when quoted 45 mins. Order turkey sandwhich recieved a ham sandwhich, ordered off eat 24 they even said this place has poor service they are under staffed and poorly run place

This little place is pretty good, it looks like it’s gonna be kinda low budget judging by the exterior and the interior but the smell of the fried chicken Is what brought me in. I ordered a large pep with fried chicken and fries. The pizza was good but the fried chicken was pretty damn good and juicy too! They definitely need to remodel but the food is still good anyways.

The first time I ordered delivery from them, the driver got lost. I am not sure how that happens in this day and age when we have free map apps on our phones. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food. The second time we ordered from them, it took an hour and ten minutes for our order to arrive. That was ridiculous. The Pizza Man is about 5 minutes away. The food is mediocre too. I think I am done with them.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery and the driver couldn’t find my place. The driver called and got mad at me for not having an easier place to find. I never received my sandwich!

Just stopped in out of the rain at Pizza Man. It’s a tiny little pizzeria, run by a little old Italian guy. The place doesn’t look like much, but it smells amazing and the pizza was delicious– flaky, crunchy crust, fresh toppings, cooked perfectly. Simple, good food speaks for itself.
He takes cards, and if you’re lucky like I was, you’ll be entertained listening to him order his helper kid around in the back as he whips up sandwiches, pizzas, and dinners for delivery. I recommend you take your business here if you’re the type of person who prefers supporting small businesses and local people. And who likes bomb pizza made to order.
