McDonald’s

I was waiting for my food and Manage Roberto was putting the drinks in a cup holder. He ask if I needed anything else Plus they were fast too. The other McDonald’s you have to ask and still they look at you like what? Thank again great customer service…

Just a quick note… we are passing through and stopped for the restroom and a quick bite to eat. Don’t normally stopped at McDonald’s but have to say the staff at this McDonald’s is the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful of any fast food restuarant I’ve ever experienced. Kudos to the manager and staff for a great job!

Usually I like McDonald’s breakfast. We were on our way to go snowboarding in the morning and stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast. There were 6 of us in the car, so we got our things and kept driving. I passed out everyone’s food, and when my boyfriend took a bite of his McGriddle he found that is buns were hard and half frozen. Everyone’s sandwich was flavorless and frozen, with hard nasty buns. We had all ordered orange juice. It was soooo watered down you wouldn’t have known it was supposed to be orange juice. This has been all of our worst experience at a McDonalds yet. Breakfast here, never again.

It was great for a McDonald’s. The cashier was funny and enjoying my big conversations as well as my kid sleeping and snoring away, the food was great, nothing missing or wrong.

Very disappointed on their fries, I went into this Mcd’s and it was not busy inside whatsoever and I ordered 2 large fries and the fries was very soggy and it was not good at all. Very disappointed

Why is it that every time I order the egg white delights I get soggy dripping bread?! It was so disgusting to eat it like that I had to throw a slice away to eat it properly. Egg whites are the healthiest yet expensive 3 something for a little sandwich that takes 3 bites to finish. Have care over food please or just quit. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the nice girls that work there.

Made me wait 10 min for them to bring the order outside and I go home open the bag its not even my order…

Bad service, drive through took long. I wasn’t planning on eating there as i was going to be late to dinner so I bought a number 2. Woke up in the morning vomiting, diarrhea etc. i will never eat there or any mcdonalds

hell i know Micky D’s aint all that anyway (shoulda gone to in n out or a taco truck)
but hot damn was this just a nasty meal
first the parking lot is rididulous; i didnt really notice what it was but there is a large wall or something in front of the restaurant so only 1 row of parking and a row of handicapped spaces
came in and i start looking at the menu when the cashier says she can take my order. okay good theyve spotted me
i decided on a big mac and fries as i havent had either or let alone mcdonalds for ages
it was rather speedier than usual, of course not surprised as the food usually just sits on the warming shelves
but another older waitress just starts yeelling my name ten times like after the first time i looked up, raised my hand to let her know i was coming, yet she still continued to yell my name obnoxiusly
i get to my table and realize the medium fries i ordered were half full… and didn’t taste like the mcdonalds fries i remember
mcdonalds usually has a good crisp on their fries and rifht amount of saltiness… these had no salt whasover
my big mac too… oh god
at firsr i was like hey, this doesnt look half bad like the picture, then i took a bite.
no ‘special sauce’ whatsover, no onions, bread was stale, and the patty was dried and shriveled up
wow
i mean i know mcdonalds isn’t healthy for you at all but that unhealthiness is what makes the food sinfully good

Slow drive though, got my Big Mac order wrong, gave me soggy cold french fries. Upside — very friendly staff.

I wish i could give them a half a Star because 1star is too much. This has to be the worst McDonalds ever!!! They cant get orders straight, you bring it to their attention and they make u wait longer. Start over… FIRE everyone ! It’s on Foothill in San Fernando.

when you put regular sugar in my bag and make me drive back around get out of my car and come inside. EVERYTIME. Dont ask me what i want in my coffee if you are going to just GIVE ME WHAT YOU WANT! The end.

Great view from inside the play place. The kids love how big the play place is. I wished they cleaned the kids area more frequently. I’m giving them one star alone because this is the only McDonald’s that didn’t make it a mission for me to order a chocolate chip frappé mixed with a shamrock:)!!

Run away! When Team member cant get a Hot Fudge Sunday right… You will have problems ordering a side of ketchup

I understand its early in the morning but the little snotty cashier shouldn’t rush people with their orders. Also, how difficult is it to put in a set of utensils in a bag when needed? Do they expect people to eat with their toes?

It’s a McDonalds… what else can I say about this place that hasnt already been said.

Like my fellow Unilocalers have said McDonalds is pretty consistent all around.
The few factors that effect my review when it comes to McDonalds is its overall feel, appearance, service, and quality.
This particular McDonalds is located within a shopping center with other stores and fast-​food joints. There is a Home Depot, Sam’s Club and I believe an Office Max when it comes to stores. On the other hand when it comes to fast-​food joints there is a Quiznos, El Pollo Loco, Taco Bell, KFC, Yoshinoya, Subway, and a few other family owned places. All these attractions make this particular McDonalds extremely packed. I am also sure that it doesn’t help that it is located right off of the 210 freeway.
Service
Given that they are typically packed, they have exceptional service. They normally have fairly long lines but the staff is usually on it. For the most part they have improved their service throughout the years and know how to handle the high volume of customers.
Food
You pay for what you get. If you’re paying $ 1 for a cheeseburger don’t expect it to be gourmet or char-​boiled. It’s decent, salty, and doesn’t break the bank.
Tip
They no longer offer the Double Cheeseburger on their dollar menu since the new year; they have since replaced it with a Single Cheeseburger.
They currently offer $ 1 «any size» soft drinks.

McDonalds is always pretty consistent, but this one sucks because they don’t have any ice cream at night, and they always try to talk you out of getting chocolate chip cookies 3 for a $ 1, because they are too lazy to make them. So they have to lose a star, for the no ice cream super weak.
But I have to give McDonalds props for having and awesome $ 1 menu, must tries are double cheese burger with BBQ sauce, McChicken Sandwich with sweet and sour sauce, and their ice cream sundaes which come in strawberry, chocolate, and caramel, I suggest the caramel.
Also try their McDonalds McWrap fried chicken with BBQ style, its really good. If you want a real burger go somewhere else. McDonalds also has a great breakfast, try the deluxe big breakfast, switch the English muffin for a biscuit cause biscuits rock.
