Need to listen a little better asked for a diet pepsi and regular pepsi she repeated 2 pepsi’s I corrected her and said no one regular and 1 diet got back to work and I get 2 regular pepsi’s being diabetic can’t drink my soda so wasted time and money not to happy

I’m a Pepsi warehouse employee that works close by the establishment. I went there for lunch time at 9pm through the drive thru. I gotta say it was one of the worst experiences ever. Originally I ordered a number 4, which is a chicken bacon sandwich. He responded they didn’t have it at their establishment. That was fine, so I ordered a number 3 instead, which is the chicken littles(small chick sandwiches). He told me to hold on, which I waited 5 minutes. He then said«number 2, pull up to the window.» I said, «I would like a number 3, large with an extra side of Mac and cheese.» He then replied, «yeah, pull up, please.» By that time I was skeptic he even got my order. He didn’t even ask for my drink or repeat my order. So when I pull up, I asked him if he knew what I ordered. He said, «number 3, large Mac.» I had to correct him 4 more times what I wanted. He looked lost as though he was new or didn’t know what he was doing. The employees on the inside were snickering and having an unprofessional conversation about a girl. Finally got my order: number 3, Diet Pepsi and extra Mac and cheese. I didn’t get napkins, no fork, and the Diet Pepsi was actually club soda because they ran out of diet syrup in the fountain drink machine. The chicken sandwich bread was cold as though they didn’t even bother heating anything up. The only thing that was delicious was the wedges. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this restaurant. The first time was almost similar. I just had to give a review this time. They need to retrain their employees. What I witnessed and felt this time around was an embarrassment.

The drive thru sucks. Got our order wrong twice, charged us the wrong order and took over 5 min of us waiting at the drive thru window. Cars were all honking as well. Sucks!

I used to go here when I was younger, and had only a little amount of money to buy food. Now I don’t go there or even eat it if someone else has bought it and offers it to me. I’m not even sure if the chicken is even real anymore. Some pieces look like it has a weird bone structure. I never eat pieces like those when it’s homemade. What the heck are they trying to feed us. Nothing wrong with the flavor, but with chemicals dirt can taste amazing. So I just don’t trust it.

Worse KFC I been to. I been coming for four days straight and each day they still don’t get my order right. My food was cold it’s just horrible.

Don’t drive off without checking your. Too many times I have had to go back and pick-up what they forget to put in the bag. Most times what you order is not ready and you will have to pull around the corner and wait for your order to cook.

Best fucking KFC ever! Not for the food though. I ordered 4 Snackers and the shits were dry, no lettuce, stale ass buns, tasteless ass chicken, etc… Why the five stars you ask? The total came to $ 7 bucks and change, gave the cashier $ 8 bucks, after waiting at the drive thru for about 10 minutes he opened the window and handed me my change… plus the $ 8 bucks that I had just handed him 10 minutes prior. That little fuck up is what makes this KFC the best ever! I’ll probably never go back though.
