My go to Subway in Sylmar/​San Fernando. And take it from someone who has done some real testing for the best subway in this area! Much politer employees than the Hubbard & Foothill location, tastes a million times better than Maclay & Truman (seriously don’t even let your dog eat meat from that one, YUCK!). Has more drink options than Hubbard & Truman location. Also consistently has Fuze green tea with honey that I loveeee. Not sure who the other reviewers were referring to as rude employees, today I went in and got my sandwich as usual and all I observed was some very rude customers, not employees. Treat others how you want to be treated. Seriously you’re talking to a human being stop shouting orders at them. I was amazed at the employees’ tolerance for such bs. I will never be rude to someone who has the opportunity to spit in my food.

Food: tastes just like every other subway
Service: Belinda you are so rude. You need to do something about your attitude if you’re gonna be working in food service. Maybe working in service for others isn’t the place for you. The worst experience today I felt like I was dealing with my teenage students. I’m sure you’re tired and had a long day but so are most of the people that walk through your doors.

Employees are super rude and will literally give you attitude. The manager is Indian and he is super rude and doesn’t care to see his employees give bad customer service.

In Pacoima, the staff members are rude, don’t understand English well, I couldn’t understand their mumbling and they were reluctant to create a sandwich the way I wanted it. I haven’t been to a Subway since and I don’t miss them. My wife had a similar experience in Encino and hasn’t returned in 15 years. Minimum wage to $ 15/​hr??? I don’t agree.

I’ve been to several subways around the valley, and this one is by far the worst. Employees are super rude and don’t even ask what you want. They just stare at you. Not welcoming at all never coming back.

I’ve gone here several times and had slight problems with each visit.
Today was the worst. The Honey Oat Bread is at least a day old, I mean hard and crumbly.
I had the Black Forest ham which was great.
I had to ask three times to get any quantity of vegetables at all.
My worst experience here ever.
The employees aren’t even that friendly, better to go to the one down the street on Paxton.
