The waiting time for my order was a little longer in comparing with other fast food restaurant. But, it is affordable in term of pricing. I have both dine in and take out experiences in here. No problem to me.

If you like homeless people begging you for money INTHERESTAURANT, this is the spot for you! No one in the restaurant did anything about it.

This is the slowest service I have ever had at any taco bell. They got the order wrong too. The sprinklers were on at 2pm. It is defiantly under staffed. Only 1 cashier for the restaurant and drive thru. The problem has to be ownership/management. The food was good.

DONOTVISITTHISLOCATION. this is the third time I’ve waited 25+ minutes for two items. I thought maybe the first two were a fluke. Awful service. The person in front of my ordered a drink & my single taco and drink took 27 minutes. You could get served at a steakhouse before these people had your 99 cent taco ready. TERRIBLE. Negative stars.

I came to have lunch with a drink. Can’t have a drink without it being diet. None of the diet drinks are dispensing. Really know wonder why they are a two star. I don’t know why I keep coming back. Probably because it is near Home Depot

old Taco Bell on Foothill in Sylmar The Good — the food, all Taco Bells are the same good — food served up pronto, thank you! The Bad — slow service to place your order The Ugly — décor from the nineteen seventies — the bathroom — graffiti on the tables

Very upset because they don’t put any meat in the quesadillas or burritos very little meat is what they put. I could have gone somewhere else and would have gotten more food. Never again will I come to this place!

This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to! It took along time for this«fast» food to be made. Im talking about the amount of time when you get to the point to ask if they forgot your order. There was one other customer ordering at the same time and I think they did lose his order because by the time I finally sat down, and finished eating, he was still waiting and getting mad! He even started calling to the people who had left the counter to go to the kitchen… The food was typical taco bell delicious, but about half way home I felt a little pukey but it went away so maybe it was or wasn’t the food…

it’s good and they’re friendly but they lack a sense of urgency that you really need at a fast food restaurant.

I am an avid Taco Bell consumer and this one is the worst one out there. I have honestly been to close to all the Taco Bells in the valley over the past, oh say, 13 years or so and this one has CONSISTENTLY messed up my order every single time I’ve been there! It got to the point where I actually felt the need to write this review, because come on who really needs to hear how good or mediocre every fast food place is, am i right? This one just has generations of underpaid workers who don’t seem to give a crap about your order. The people their this round were very nice, but just messed it up as always. Avoid and go to the one on Van Nuys and Glenoaks or Hubbard and Glenoaks.

Love this Taco Bell! Ive only been inside two or three times, and it was clean. I always go to the drive-through… super fast and theres never a line. I love the Cool Ranch tacos and cinnamon twists. Diarrhea or not, i love Taco Bell

I’m trying to keep it low calorie, so I usually get a fresco taco. I think they keep the veggies cold until they add it to the taco, so my one complaint o. that item is that the fresco tacos are always cold when I eat them. The veggies cool off the meat right away. It’s like a «frio» taco instead of a «fresco» taco. I wish that they would find a way to create the fresco tacos so that they would be warm when they are served to the customer. The credit card machine seems to break down in this particular store a lot, so it’s a gamble on whether you will have to pay with cash.

One of the more expensive taco bells around and not really the nicest and cleanest inside. The place has quite a bit of gang engraved tables and half the time the credit card machine doesn’t work. Probably be better to drive down the street to a few of the taco trucks.

Every time i eat here i am very disappointed. Its like they make the food for an animal and wrap it up. They hardly put any ingredients in anything you order. Del Taco across the street is way better.

So I have been coming to this Taco Bell for the greater part of my grown up life. Being that it was just blocks from my childhood home, I remember frequent walks here with my youthful«homies» as soon as I was old enough for my parents to allow me. Lol. Although I don’t still live at the same place, its still the closest joint to home for me. So, amid a hectic rat-race day, I hit the drive thru for a quick meal. Now, if I wanted true, authentic mexican grub, then I would have gone elsewhere. Does ANYONE expect authenticity here? Hell no. What do I expect? Cheap sustenance, that has been sitting under a heat lamp for no more than 20 minutes, and can be smothered in dozens hot sauce packets, each of which have been individually labelled, «take me, I’m yours» or «No, not the glovebox!» But todays experience was a tad different. Upon approaching the drive-thru speaker, the ghetto chola on the other end(that’s not the unusual part, by the way) greets me… the conversation was as follows: Chola: «Hello, how are you today.» Hungry customer(me): «fine. Thank you.» [Insert uncomfortable pause waiting for her to ask what I would like] Me: assuming she’s ready…“Can I please have one bean burrito and one taco with sour cream“ [Insert another pause waiting for order confirmation– it doesn’t arrive] Me: «ummm. And one chicken burrito» [Insert another identical pause] Me: «And one large mountain dew.» [Silence] Me: «ahh. That’s it» Chola: «Did you say sour cream?» Confused customer(me — again): «uh, yeah. But that was for the taco.» [Silence] Aggravated customer: «Did you get all that?» Chola: «that’ll be $ 5.85 at the second window.» Seriously. What the fuck? Aren’t they supposed to repeat your orderback? When they go through drive thru ettiquette 101 aren’t they taught to acknowledge your orders. So, I pull up to pay and the chola takes my debit card, hands me my soda, then asks me to pull around to the side and they will bring my food to me. Huh? I tell her,“but there’s nobody behind me.” You know whather response was? «Well, we are trying to lower our drive thru services times, so if you could pull forward, that will help. We will bring you your order.» Wow. I guess I can’t blame her for being honest… but talk about fudging the numbers! Now…why did they still get 4 stars? Well, they DID get my order perfect(believe it or not). And the food was as expected. Sure, the process was unconventional… but hey… times change, right?
