If I coud leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and their agents are not educated. I reserved a POD to be delivered 1÷21÷16, I was told by a rep that I did not need to be a the location for delivery. I got a call that afternoon from the driver who said he couldnt find a place to park it and also wouldnt be able to leave it anyway without me being present and I needed to call to reschedule. I was at least an hour away at the time and went into panic because my move was scheduled for the next day. I had to get up early the next morning and make alternate arrangements(mind you pods had already charged me for th delivery). on 1÷25÷16 after being on hold for an hour I speak to a rep and ask for a refund, I am told it takes 3 – 5 business days. It is now 2÷2÷16 and still NOREFUND, I call this morning and am hold for 1 hour and 38 minutes, this is absolutely ridiculous!!! I ask the rep about my refund(her name is Mercedes Robinson) she tells me the refund had not been processed because the customer service rep I spoke to at the time was not authorized to process refunds. I think, well why wasn’t I transferred to the correct person? Why was I told by previous rep that my refund will be in my account in 3 – 5 business days? When I repeat this to Mercedes she gets curt with me and says well I just processed your refund. So no apologies? No trying to expidite my refund, nothing. You guys need to hire more help, one should not be on hold for almost 2 hours to get their money back. I will never ever use this business again and will make sure to spread the word to family and friends. I will be leaving another review if I don’t see my money n 3 – 5 business days.

We rented a Pod to house items from a remodel. We had intentions of renting for 4 – 5 months only. We were so naïve! Almost a year later we just unloaded the Pod contents and we had a great experience with Pods from beginning to end; from opening the account to deliver of storage Pod to picking up and storing said Pod. All the drivers were very nice, punctual and informative. It was fun to watch how they unload and load the Pod container on the flatbed rig. My spouse and I are no newbies to packing so it was amazing to see all the contents we packed, way back in March, to be in the exact position when we opened the container door to unload. I mean with all the loading on flat bed and driving to Fontana and unloading one would think it would shuffle lots of the contents, but no, everything was where we placed it. Again we are really good packers! Now we have wrapped out from Pods and thought the pricing for our storage needs was reasonable. Thanks to Pods for keeping it so professional.
