The place needs some remodeling but I have to say they’re menudo is AWESOME!! so tasty. Their tortas are good too or at least better than los tres Hermanos. I really recommend their menudo

I didn’t like the quesadilla y taco I got. The rice looked like it had been reheated. The same with la tortilla del taco. I asked my quesadilla with carne asada, and they also put some chicken inside it. Not to mention the asada didn’t have a delicious flavor. The lemonade was alright. It could had been better. The only things I liked were the beans and the side of chips. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends or other folx.

Food isn’t terrible, I just have a problem with the fat I always get on my tacos.

This is my taco place, Period. Little joint in a strip mall that only takes cash. Air conditioning is a little sketchy at times and the people behind the counter don’t always speak a lot of English, but they get my order right most of the time. The food on the other hand is the best around. I usually go for tacos or the shrimp tostadas but the other times I got a burrito or nachos they were great as well. I love the tripas and their al pastor is amazing, different than most places but delicious all the same.

!!!**DONOTEATHERE**!!! This place is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever eaten at… literally. I do not ever write reviews on bad place but this place takes the prize. I am disgusted by the facility and the food, and amazed that they are allowed to serve that stuff for money. For starters, we should have walked out when I saw the place from the inside but we were hungry, ordered and asked for our tables to be cleaned.(The pictures on Unilocal of the restaurant itself were obviously taken by an employee or owner on a day they had cleaned and no one had been in there to eat — right place, wrong impression). There were 5 of us, and no one was able to eat the food(not finish eat, eat it — at all). They got my order wrong to start, and insisted that I keep the incorrect order but either way it was terrible. The red sauce that they used on my burrito and on my daughter’s enchilladas was almost a… neon red(just bright and an odd color red that I’d never seen in a salsa before). The french fries my other daughter had were painfully obviously reheated and refried, and the meat in all of the food we ordered EWWWWWW!!! — SAVEYOURMONEY and your STOMACHS!!! I think the only decent thing we got there were our drinks. They also have a very interesting policy(weird way of charging you more money by only) allowing you to «charge»(actually debit) a maximum of $ 25 at a time and adding $ 1.50 per transaction. I had to make 2 transactions. BADPRACTICE!

Ok this place is fair. there isn’t any wow factor or anything that screams out flavor. there carne asada is just like any other hole n the wall spot. don’t get me wrong I’ve had bomb flavorful tasty carne asada, but this taste so everyday. so normal. so what I’m trying to say is, this place doesn’t suck buck it doesn’t scream out wow. I’ve had better, bomber food from a food truck. harsh I know but it’s the truth.

This place is awful. I’ve been there a few times and every time I am disappointed. Their meat tastes like dirt and I had some old, hard rice. Service isn’t that great either.

My first time coming here I got a bean and cheese wet burrito. Word of advice DON’T get the red sauce that they put on it. It left a weird after taste in your mouth. This burrito would’ve probably been a whole lot better without the sauce. I might go back to try something else though since the place does smell good when you walk in.

Me and my ex-girlfriend went into this place around 830pm to get some food. We’ve never been to this place so we decided to try it out. For starters, if you want to use debit or credit they charge you $ 1.50 followed by they can’t just charge you the amount your order is for. If your order is $ 7.50, it comes out to $ 8.50 and they press $ 10.00 on their ATM card processing machine. So you essentially get«cash back». Horrible practice. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito, no onion and no cilantro. The burrito was great except I had no idea how hot the chile was gonna be. If I order this burrito again, I will ask for no Chile. Also if I come here again, I will bring cash. Otherwise a good experience for me. Gave them 3 stars instead of 4 because of the way they handle debit transactions.

Well first of all this is a small place open 24hrs. I think. I’ve tried about 6 of their menu items and I for to say not bad for a little place. The burrito with carne asada is pretty good, tacos al pastor were amazing, they were the best tacos in the area hands down. There also is there most popular item which is papas con carne(French fries covered by your choice of meat and mozzarella cheese). Amazing but greasy. Then there is the their burger, its low priced for a reason. Plain and simple, its not good. The fried fish is also great. The bad thing about this place is the drinks are slightly over priced but the store next to it sells drinks for less. Also I don’t like it when movie piraters bother the hell out of you going in and out of the store. The staff is friendly and I would recommend this place for a quick snack or to stay away from the norm.

I got the asada burrito. No better or worse than other places in Sylmar. The hole-in-the-wall’s are mostly all the same around here but each one has it’s own flavor.

Always our go to spot. Food is consistent and the seafood is fresh. Love that they’re open late. Some past orders have been wrong but they were corrected with either a refund, free food or a replacement. The ladies at the counter are always friendly. The only con, the men that sit outside and hang out. They like to stare like you’re a Dish from the menu. The food is good enough to keep coming back for late night cravings.

This restaurant is pretty simple. No flares no disco balls just a plain simple sit down and eat your food place. Which is perfect! Very good Mexican food and great prices

Wait, how are there no reviews for this place yet? I’m a fan of the burritos here. Clean and simple with no frills, extremely filling, and only $ 5. I prefer carne asada or al pastor. Try the burrito mojado(it’s basically a burrito with red sauce and cheese on top) for extra flavor and moisture.
