KFC

I have gone there twice. I live very close. Once they had no pot pies. The second time they had no chicken. NO CHICKEN !?? Not a slam it’s true take that for what it is.

OK. Can I just say this sole business is THE reason I joined Unilocal?Every fast food place in this strip is bad. But this one is by FAR the worst. Each and every time I have been to this KFC, I have waited 10 – 15 minutes for my order. (never gotten more than maybe a snacker or a KFC bowl.) and not only that but the food would either be cold, poor quality .or they would manage to SOMEhow get my 2 item/​1 meal order wrong. Therefore I haven’t been here in months. When I did give it another chance, they proved to me again why I stopped going there. Again and again. Last time i went i had a coupon and wanted to substitute a side with the meal for a different side (always done for me before at this location with no problem). Lady tells me there is no way they can do it. Ha.
So I’ve now vowed not to go to any of these fast food places in sylvan lake. (sparing my wallet and my health). And maybe some frustration too. *win win* (win)

This location deserves a review entirely on the staff and the cleanliness of the store. You could replace the food here with any food and I’d still write this review.
This KFC is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever seen. You’d never guess they serve greasy fried chicken.
I stood at the counter chatting with the friendly associate while my soda was being filled and my son’s popcorn chicken was being boxed. Looking around, I asked how old the store was. Fully expecting her to say a year old, maybe less — it was THAT clean. The number of years were so many more than I expected, that I don’t even remember what she said. I told her I thought this was a new store because it was so clean. She smiled and simply said, «Oh we just keep it clean.»
Yes, they do. No sketchy associates, no bugs or dirt ground into the floor. When you need a greasy chicken fix, feel safe heading to this location. (Just don’t look at the calorie count!)
