McDonald’s

There are no option zeros for Unilocal,so a 1 star rating will have to do for this McDonald’s. This place is a shit pit, stain disaster hole where people who work here and there dreams go to die permanently a slow and indifferent death. That’s just the thing everyone who works here doesn’t care, but at this specific location only. EVERY single employee!!! Bad attitudes all around, effed up orders continuously, never any decaf at the ready, they always have to brew. The happy Ronald Mcdonald would have clinical depression and be popping Latuda like candy if he came into this McDonald’s!!! Happy meal My ass…

Customer service is awful. No smile, no thank you, no hospitality at all. Forgive me for giving you business.

Again this Mcdonald’s is THE WORST!!! I ordered some large drinks at the counter and this BIG nasty woman sticks her almost ENTIRE hand into the cups and actually HANDS them to Me, like I’m going to go fill them up and drink out of them now… WTF?! Lady go back and take a class in sanitation, your just NASTY!!! What the hell is wrong with these people, and what’s going on in the world?! Where do these people come out of?! Wow… Just WOW!!! A NEW low!!!

I don’t need to go into details on the food because we’ve all been to a McDonald’s; so let me explain why I will not go to this or any of the fast food joints in this particular strip. Service. Plain and simple. Yes I understand you work at McDonalds and wish you didn’t. But you do, so I expect the same care with my order and respect that I give to my customers at my job. They may have only gotten my order completely wrong 2 or 3 times at this location, but that’s enough for me to stop going. But what really made me stop is the crappy attitude I get 9 times out of 10. And as for their drive through (I hate all drive thrus but this really does it.) their recording says «please place your order when ready». Right when pulling up to the box. But beware. If you don’t start placing your order within 5 seconds of that recording, you’ll have a frustrated cashier who might as well be saying: «Wtf do you want???» well damn! I thought you specifically said, when ready. And I’m not ready! :|
Like I said in my other review, just hit up the mcd’s on Elizabeth lake road in Waterford :)

I love getting food from this Mcdonalds for my kids but there fries r so, so, salty all the time.
