We booked 2 non-smoking rooms. Like the other reviewers have mentioned, the person at the front desk was absolutely incompetent and gave us two smoking rooms in two separate buildings. Again, he was very short and told us there was nothing he could do. This was despite seeing rows and rows of empty car spaces so there were definitely other rooms available. Also, it’s not like there were less non-smoking rooms either because after dragging our suitcases up the stairs(we didn’t see an elevator), we passed rooms that were all labeled non-smoking. To add insult to injury, he gave us a scented spray for our rooms. Our secondary complaint was the facilities being run down and intrusive. Our bedsheets had stains and burns in them. We had to manually lift our door handle back into the original position so the door can be locked. The lights turn off by themselves unless you get out of bed and wave at the motion sensor. I’m sure there will be more to say, but we only got to our room 10 minutes ago.

When we arrived, the desk attendant barely acknowledged us. We asked for a room with 2 double beds, and he didn’t respond. He pushed one room key to us across the counter. Despite the hotel having 2 separate buildings, he gave us no indication of which our room was located in. The buildings also had no signage as to what rooms were located there. We finally found our room, only to see it was a single bed. We called the front desk and asked to be moved to a room with 2 beds, only to be cut off and told to contact Priceline(which we bought the room through) for special requests. Priceline states that all special requests should be handled through the hotel, and we told the man such. He said he could not change our booking. There were a total of 6 cars in the entire lot, so there were clearly a ton of empty rooms we could have easily been moved to. He was short and rude and extremely unaccommodating. Furthermore, the hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke, even in our nonsmoking room. The ice machine struggled to produce a few half melted ice cubes, and the stains on the carpets were disheartening. This hotel is not worth the money, no matter how cheap the rates.

I recommend avoiding this place if at all possible; the staff was rude and unaccommodating and the facilities are shabby.
