McDonald’s

Have you ever set your expectations so low that the annoyances of slow service, annoying, unprofessional staff and management, unkempt, dirty surroundings, disorganized and missing supplies, dried ketchup coated counters and this still does not stop you from indulging in your fast food carnage??? I did. However, no more! After I ate at this McDonald’s, where I had come for my masochistic treatment, I have returned for my last time.
The McDonald’s receipt asks you to complete a survey about my experience, so I did. Here are the comments I provided to McDonald’s:
«Food: Double Quarter pounder was poorly assembled; bread not aligned with meat or cheese… a real mess. Chicken Club Sandwich: was poorly assembled; bread not aligned with meat or cheese, brown lettuce, cold breading on chicken was not „crispy“ or flavorful, exterior of box splattered with mayonnaise. Restaurant cleanliness: many flies behind the counter, in cook and prep areas, in dining area; ketchup dispenser tip and handle coated in dry ketchup; soda dispenser and supplies disorganized with spilled soda on counters; bathroom floor sticky, sinks, counter, soap dispensers coated in oil or mechanics grease apparently due to person cleaning hands. This grease stained my shirt and prevented me from cleaning my hands after using urinal. How did employees clean hands in bathroom under these circumstances?»
I failed to note that the Quarter Pounder meat was, at best, luke warm (OK room temp) and dry. The swarming flies looked quite warm and fresh… and they’re free! Also, the flavor of the Chicken Club sandwich was suspiciously less than fresh. I do not want to characterize the taste inaccurately as moldy but, in all fairness, something is not right in Hamburger University in Oak Brook, Illinois.

2 times I ordered a 20 piece chicken McNuggets and both times I was missing chicken nuggets first time I was missing three nuggets the second time I was missing two nuggets so make sure you count McNuggets before you leave

It is stupid. Went there got kids meal didn’t have fries. Asked the person he was
Probley 17 18ish. He was the dumbest person on earth, Venus or mars. He said geez i will get it. Remember I’m only 10. After the end of the world he finily gave me my fries. The catch is that it had only like 2 fries. So i ate them anyway. I think he was expecting a tip. So I left without giving him anything.

It’s a McDonalds. Clean and attentive service.
