Dunkin’ Donuts

GREAT coffee. Horrible donuts. Breakfast sandwiches are ok. But really, without the coffee they’d be just like Krispy Kreme and Tim Hortons… out of business. Nice people and quick service at this location. Plenty of parking.

Everytime we’ve come here they are out of what we want. I mean granted some beauty school girl are always in frot of us but still, it’s only the halfway through the morning you should still have most of your stock. Not to mention half of the staff don’t seem very enthusiastic about even being there, every morning. The food we do get is usually very good, but thats only if they still have it.

My drink order is always correct when I go here, although the staff is sometimes on the surly side. There are worse Dunkins in the area, though, by far!

This Dunkin Donuts is conveniently located on Rt 11 in N. Syracuse adjacent to the Syracuse Airport entrance at Eileen Collins Blvd. It is perfect if you pick up a dozen donuts on your way to the airport with the intent to bribe your way through TSA screening. I jest… Great location, clean interior, a fast moving drive thru service, free Wi-​Fi, and pleasant and efficient employees.
I usually order and eat in and always am able to grab a nice table or counter. They also have some outdoor seating [ it is always easy to get an outdoor seat from November to March !! :) ]. I have nothing to gripe about and can say that this is a solid, reliable, clean and pleasant Dunkin Donuts which I enjoy ! Thanks to all the DD employees who do a great job at serving us, their hungry customers!

Nice lady at the counter, but everything else was awful about our experience. We received cold hash browns, a biscuit sandwich with a biscuit so stale is should have been thrown away 2 days ago, and my flat-​bread sandwich wasn’t toasted, after 2 attempts. The worst food ever, bar none.
