Pronto Fresh

Amazing fresh salads, great service, and all at a reasonable price. Came here several times for a quick lunch or a filling meal after a workout at the gym. They really live up to the name «Pronto Fresh.»

Local, fresh, and pronto… What’s not to like? Fresh brewed Recess Coffee. Yes. Yes. Yes. I don’t mind paying a little more for fresh ingredients and excellent taste. I really hope Pronto Fresh succeeds. I have tried their chicken salad sandwich and I honestly crave it. It sounds like your average sandwich you can get anywhere, but pronto fresh makes it their own by adding a sweetness to the savory (you know I love that) with apples and craisins. When I took a bite into the sandwich I could see and taste the chunks of crisp green apples. The bread was soft and fresh. You could tell all the ingredients matched the name. I will definitely be back. I really love that Pronto Fresh offers quick healthy options for lunch goers downtown in a convenient location. Something Syracuse really needed. I hope they stick around. Oh also, the owner remembered me when I saw him again I thought that was nice. Thank you!

Perhaps one of the worst salad’s I’ve had in quite some time AND $ 8 and change. I ordered the Cobb Salad — the «crispy» chicken that came with it was soggy (obviously been around for a day or so). For what it is, I would never come here again considering the high price and low quality food.

I went here with my co-​worker for some iced coffee last week — the coffee was good and the price wasn’t bad — $ 2.50 for a large. The new owner was the one who rang us out.
I went back again this for a large iced coffee this morning and the new owner charged me $ 4.50! It doesn’t cost that much at Starbucks. I told him that last time I was there, it was $ 2.50. He didn’t offer an explanation and didn’t offer to honor the original price. Mind you — his menu on the wall lists «Coffee» at $ 2.50. There is NO distinction made between hot coffee and iced coffee. I told him that his menus states that a large coffee is $ 2.50. He said that the process to make iced coffee is much more expensive than hot coffee. (???)
VERY poor customer service with questionable business practices. I will never be back here and neither will any of my co-​workers.
I would stay away if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Named accordingly… food was fresh and service fast and friendly! Salads are AWESOME:) and my fave was mandarin chicken sooooo good! The chicken salad was hands down best I’ve ever had. So glad there is a yummy little spot like this downtown that delivers!

As the name suggests, the food was very fresh. That’s the first word that comes to mind amid the crisp vegetables, sweet fruits, and creamy cheeses. The portions are huge, and there is a very large selection. They get you in and out quick, which makes it a nice lunch stop.
