I have previously dined here several times. I can honestly say I don’t want to go back there again. The food was sub standard. On my way out, I talk to the hostess, and I offered to speak with the manager, I was told she would inform him, but I felt like she just didn’t care.

I gave this location 2 stars because they deliver. However the food and delivery time was disappointing. Myself and two other coworkers ordered off of the 2 for $ 12 menu for lunch and an appetizer of Guac and chips. 1. It took well over an hour to get our food. 2. Theya got the order wrong. We ordered 2 wedge salads and a strawberry and walnut salad. They sent 3 wedge salads. 3. My coworkers ordered mac and cheese and it tasted like a child’s menu Alfredo dish. 4. I ordered a classic Chicago deep dish-which was cold when it arrived. It also tasted like they got their tomatoes right out of a can of diced tomato– no flavor. 5. My co workers iceberg lettuce was moldy. 6. The guacamole was brown and had hard bites in it. She hurt her tooth biting into the only part of her meal she thought was edible. Needless to say this meal was a waste of money. I have ordered from this location before and was neither disappointed not impressed and so today’s order was based off of my previous order. We have decided not to order from here again. I have been to other locations and was never this disappointed in the quality of food.

My husband & I had some time to kill before a movie so we decided to stop here for a snack & drinks. Our food was fine, I had an eggplant flatbread, which I’d go back for but the beer we had was so expensive LOL do not go here for drinks!

This has been a favorite of my Mom and myself for years now. The food is good, the service is efficient, and restaurant is clean. The environment is versatile; meaning it’s good for a date night or just lunch with friends. I just went to a Bridal Shower hosted out on the patio. It was a nice environment with really pleasant service.

I don’t usually go out of my way to post a review but I just got delivery and it was horrible. It took over an hour to get to my house and was cold when we got it. It said on the Internet 45minutes but it was more like 65 – 75 minutes and really didn’t taste very good to begin with. Don’t waste your time with this place, go somewhere else

I used to love Uno’s(about 5+ years ago), but I think their food has gone downhill in terms of quality. The sides don’t taste fresh and the entrée’s have been dried out and over salty the past few times I ate there. They do offer a good gluten free menu, but that is less hard to find these days at most places. I do still think their pizza is good, but that is it. I will not be returning for the very average to below average(and over cooked) food.

First time at an Uno Grill and I really enjoyed it! Our waitress was so nice. I ate the side wedge salad and bread pudding, amazing! My daughter ordered the kids make your own pizza and she really enjoyed that. This is a nice place for anyone!

Not impressed at all with the service or the management. Ordered a special order(no tomato or onion) and got my sandwich with both. Server looked at it and asked if I wanted another one… of course I do! That’s how I ordered it! But I don’t return food to the kitchen, so I picked them off. Not impressed at all with the food and all 6 of us felt the same. Pasta was very starchy and not good, but the Gluten free pizza for my kid was good. Manager stopped by and asked if everything was okay and before we could say anything, he walked off. Not very good and won’t go back. Price was okay, but we just didn’t have a good experience.

Great tasting pizza, especially the Chicago Classic deep dish, but one of these has more sodium than anyone should eat in a day!

It’s a chain. Food was marginal and pricey for what you get. Good place to catch a game on a Sunday afternoon and kick back with a beer but won’t be going back here for a meal. If I want pizza, I’ll go elsewhere in hampton roads. If I want deep dish, I’ll just get one from Costco.

We order pizza from here regularly. They do great deep dish pizzas with fresh ingredients. They also have gluten free and healthy wheat/grain options for the pizza dough. Delivery is always very fast. Love that we can order online.

I’m not a huge fan of chain places and when I do go I can snobbishly say its usually due to the company I keep but this spot definitely deserves 4 star, so allow me to explain. I’ve been going here for years since I was in middle school with my parents to when I was in a freshman in college with friends, and still today as a young adult I would come back if I lived a tad bit closer. It’s located in the Victory shopping center in Tabb, which is part of York County. There’s plent of parking in this so-so shopping center so thats not a problem. There is an outdoor seating area which is nice and has plenty of shade. Over the years I can say that the service, food and the renovations applied to this place have improved dramtically. It used to be pretty dingy and average food. The rice pilaf side was perhaps the worst and most undercooked rice I’ve ever had! However, I’m not sure what happened but everything has changed and no this place is pretty snazzy. I worked in the area for a while I used to hit this place up at least once a week. I’ve always been treated kind and the servers here generally have a good attitude. Yes, this is a Chicago inspired pizza joint which works for a lot of people. But I’m not really a huge fan of deep dish, I’m more of a bouge flatbread/flat crust kind. I like thier unlimited soup and salad selection and I think Red Robin should learn from them as far as what a decent french onion soup should taste like. I’ve had their quesadillas which were delighful and stuffed with yummy veggies. My favorite part of this place is the drinks. They make a mean long island and their apple cider margarita is just insanely good, sweet and huge. I like the ambiance here because it’s dark and comforting. My biggest complaint here since the change has been upon intial entrance even when it’s slightly dead that no one is usually upfront to greet and seat guests. I have walked out once because it just took way to long but hopefully they have worked on that since.

Ordered nachos. Order messed up… don’t know how since I asked for cheese only, no chili, no salsa, and no jalapeños. They brought out the works. Took almost 15 minutes for right nachos. Nachos are not worth it. Also, my family was done eating when I got my order. Go to Bailey’s at PH Mall for nachos. They’re mucho better and Bailey’s service is better too.

My wife and I decided to go on another of our PIZZASAFARI’s, where we try another Coastal VA pizza restaurant in pursuit of finding the best ideas for our own creations. If you can’t decide which pizza, do the 2 for $ 12 option! I did, and chose the Roasted Eggplant, Spinach & Feta thin crust and the Chicago Deep Dish classic. These are personal size pizzas. This was just what I was looking for, something on a pizza I have never tried, and in this case, it was the roasted eggplant. Excellent! It is roasted at 425 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes, according to our waitress. I will be trying this at home. Even though the Chicago Deep Dish Classic is what they are known for, I preferred the other. My wife got the 2 for $ 12, starting with the Wedge salad and a Pepperoni Deep Dish. I posted photos of each pizza. Environment is good, like a traditional pizza restaurant should be. Wait staff was very attentive — made the experience better. Kept the refills going before even asking. So why 4 out of 5 stars? While the pizzas were very good, I would deduct a star for the thin and deep dish crusts. I favor a NY style crust, and I have also experienced better deep dish crust at Giordano’s.

No, it’s not a casserole. And put down the fork, stupid. Let it cool a little and then pick it up and eat it like pizza. Small bias: I firmly believe Chicago style deep dish pizza is way better than New York style thin crust, any day of the week. This is the only place in town I’ve found that will make an authentic deep dish pizza, and they do it pretty well here. Just don’t expect it to be as good as the original in Chicago, just as you wouldn’t expect some chain in NN to have as good of pizza as you would find in NY. In my opinion, pizza is all about the toppings, and they pile them on. Expect a good inch-thick layer of cheese, sauce, and delicious toppings on top of that crust, as a pizza should be: way more toppings than crust. The service is pretty good, and they have a respectable bar. I often hit this place up after catching a movie at the nearby cinema. The interior is nice and usually quiet.

I used to frequent the UNO on military highway before I moved out to the stix. I’ve always liked that place for my Friday evening happy hour and bar food needs. This time though, my visit consisted of a quick drink(or two) and snack during the work week with a friend. We ordered and split a Farmers Market Deep dish in addition to a drink(or two) each. Being that it was a Wednesday afternoon, the place was dust and tumbleweeds. Certainly not a bad thing as long as the service is friendly and quick. It was. The pizza was good. The toppings on the Farmers Market include onions, eggplant, tomato, spinach and feta. Sounds like heaven to me! In actuality it was cooked well but waaaay too much dough for my taste. I suppose that’s to be expected with a deep dish pizza though.

I hadn’t had Chicago deep dish since I was last in Chicago about eight years back. The craving hit me on a Saturday afternoon so I made the fifteen minute drive to Uno’s. I should have just booked it twelve hours back to Chicago.
