I FINALLYHAVEUNLIMITEDDATA! I didn’t even know AT&T brought it back but while I was in the store Laeshun and I ended up talking about my home and my entertainment system. Soon enough we got to talking about how I have DirecTV and how AT&T is offering unlimited data for DirecTV customers! I literally have been going over my data 3 to 4GB per month and now I can use all of my music apps without worrying about getting data overages! This is what sales is all about finding out needs and solutions I didn’t even know existed! I will continue to give the 38th St. AT&T my business due to Laushun and her coworkers! Keep on keeping on and thanks for making me comfortable in your store!

5 Stars, 2 Thumbs Up, a twist with a snap, and a HUGE thank you to Laeshun at this AT&T Store. Somebody better give this young girl a raise, a promotion, a paid va-cay, and buy her dinner. She’s all that and a bag of chips… heck, she’s a whole partay mix. She helped me with my iPhone when no one at the AT&T «resellers’ locations would give me the time of day. I was having technical issues with the phone that were starting to get beyond annoying. Laeshun told me that she had had a customer a few weeks earlier that was having the same problem and that she found a solution to the problem via the almighty Google Gods. Laeshun made a few tweaks to my phone and everything is back to normal. No charge, no hassle, no upsell. Just great customer service. Can you tell who I’m going to go to purchase iPhone 7+ when it comes out, that’s right… Laeshun. Thank you… you R-O-C-K!

First AT&T store I went to… HORRIBLE customer service. There were only 2 employees there… and it was basically empty. I tried to get some help about getting my Galaxy Note 3 getting activated and changing my number. Shouldn’t be that difficult to do. Just rude and lazy customer service. I’m glad I found this place. Soooooo much better! It was a bit busy when I got there but I was acknowledged the moment I came in and had to wait just a few min until I got helped. All the times I’ve been there the employees were very kind and helpful. LOVEDTHECUSTOMERSERVICE. Took awhile for everything to get figured out but the employee was there the entire time helping us out. I really did feel like they were doing all they could to help. Definitely coming here in the future if I ever need help with my phone~

Nick and hakim the retail store manager and assistant store manager are both incredible and his team was so supportive and helpful in a really bad situation. A wonderful employee named Nick at this store helped an elderly, homebound woman that I know in Tacoma switch her AT&T service from prepaid to postpaid. She is unable to go to the store, which is typically the way it must be done to keep the number and everything else the same. However, he figured out how to do it by working with a representative on the phone, and they got it done. It took almost an hour of them working diligently, but they truly made her day. A+ service, would highly recommend this store and AT&T. They take the time help their customers, be compassionate and friendly, and listen to their needs.

Raeshun was very helpful. My sister was in the car with two children under the age of two and I had to be in a hurry. She made the service very quick and easy. this is contrary to what I normally believe about dreading the long lines at most AT&T stores! Thank you!

My i-phone 4S was broken and I went in to get it replaced. I spoke with the sales agent, who could not help me and then with the manager and they were both disrespectful and rude. Neither of them would look me in the face and talk to me, they just kept their faces in their ipads acting like they were looking something up. They wanted to charge me $ 549.00 for a new i-phone 4S. I laughed at them. I was in an AT&T store less than a year ago and paid $ 99 for the same phone and I was not due for an upgrade. They looked it up on their ipad and saw it there, and then continued to say that the price was still $ 549.00 I explained how I would buy a new phone and have my contract start again from that point on. I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years with multiple lines and I am not going anywhere. You would think they would be a little more accommodating and helpful. The manager said she would have to call her«boss» and would get back to me within 24 hours if she could get approval to do that. It has not been 24 hours and I have not heard anything yet. I literally walked out of the store and called the 1 – 800AT&T line and within 5 minutes had a brand new 4S phone being shipped to my house within 7 days for the price of $ 1.08(with tax!) Don’t waste your time at the store, it seems they are paid on commission and will not actually help a customer out. The gentleman on the phone thanked me for being a loyal customer for all of these years and he waived my shipping charge and the other fees that they have. When I get my phone next week I am going back to the store to share my experience with the manager there. Good luck!

My wife and I have bought a number of AT&T phones through this store(and a few others) and have always received fast, friendly, competent service at this store. This has not always been the case everywhere, so we now make a point to go here.

After the flight from hell, we ended up having to take a cab home. Husband lost in phone is said cab. Cab company naturally played dumb. AWESOME! As the one authorized to handle affairs on the account, I naturally got the wonderfulness of dealing with this situation that I was sure was going to be bad. He was still under contract and outside his upgrade so we figured he’d be SOL and have to buy a phone full price. Not so! We went to this store and explained our predicament. The manager went ahead and authorized upgrade pricing on the condition that we bought some accessories package that cost us like 70 bucks. WAY cheaper than buying the phone outright, lemme tell you! We were helped quickly too and greeted with a smile as we walked through the door. I forgot my ID and had to run home and get it, but in that time the associate had everything packed up and ready to go so when I walked in the door I just had to show ID and pay. I truly appreciate his forethought to have that all put together so it didn’t take more time than I’d already wasted. If you have the misfortune of having AT&T for your service provider, these guys at least take the pain out of having to deal with someone in the store!
