A little expensive for a battery replacement on my Tag, but quick and nice service. ($ 35 for a battery).

What’s this? My first 5 star review? Yes. When I get Rock star *genuine* unpretentious service along with great shopping experience and positively wonderful products with zero complaints, 5 stars are earned.
Nothing about my experience (s) here was forced or uncomfortable.
I actually stopped in the first time just to check something out and ask a question. The jeweler clerk (I didn’t get her name) was helpful and didn’t treat me like a commissions opportunity. She knew I wasn’t buying anything that day but still helped me with great service.
I returned after much thought about what I was going to pick out. This time it was a little busy. Even so, we were acknowledged promptly.
Ian (I hope I spelled his name correctly) helped us with our purchases. He was very helpful and knowledgable, the least bit salesperson-​y or pushy.
Shopping was fun, we browsed and compared jewelry leisurely and casually without any sort of pressure. (Which I have experienced at just about every other jeweler I have been to.)
After we made our purchase, we had an awesome conversation with Ian. It was very nice feeling comfortable enough to talk on a casual level with our clerk.
I was respected on both occasions and felt valued as a person, not just a customer.
The jewelry offered here is genuine brand name. Beautiful quality pieces. Prices are the generic suggested retail price, not jacked up. They have awesome specials from time to time, too. (Like free Pandora sterling silver charm bracelet with purchase!!!)

Great jewelry repair. Consistently great customer service.

They treated me right. I dug up my 10 year old Tag watch which was pretty horrifically scuffed up and had not run in several years. I asked them what they could do. They inspected the watch and said all the pressure, water resistance, etc. was in tact, they also discussed refinishing the watch — removing all the scratches, getting a new battery in it, etc. For a very reasonable price my watch was restored basically to new condition! I couldn’t be more excited and was very pleased with the friendly and informative staff!
