Great staff, great customer service! I have been purchasing from this company for years and have not had any bad experience. Other reviewers on Unilocal are not posting an accurate representation of this Family Owned and operated Local business.

I took a 14k bracelet to this store to sell and I asked him what the price of was the clerk said well let’s see what you have so I gave him the bracelet and he weighed it then did a test all of which is fine but he did the test 4 times (acting like my item might be fake .it’s not) finally he asks me what I was wanting for it this bracelet weighs 53 grams and he offered me $ 450 that’s about $ 8 per gram and the price per gram that day was $ 24.45.now I understand that a business needs to make a profit but this was trying to rip off my jewelry. Bottom line is don’t sell your jewelry here.

I was told that my watch battery changes would take less than an hour & then the guy would call me to let me know when they were ready. I left two cell numbers since we’d be shopping. We came back after four and a half hours since they hadn’t called yet and the mall was going to close. The guy blamed us for not coming sooner. I told him that we were waiting for him to call & he said he didn’t say he’d call and that the watches had been done for hours. Then he told me he only did one of mine, not the other one. I handed him my AMEX just trying to get out of there & he said (very rudely) «we don’t take American Express, honey.» I said, «no problem, here’s my debit card. And please don’t call me honey. It bothers me.» He immediately threw my AMEX at me. It bounced off me and hit the ground. He then said, «get the hell out of my store and I never want to see your faces again!» It was crazy! I don’t know what his deal was, but I highly recommend never stepping foot in there. That guy is mean!
